The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Project-Based Learning to student’s learning outcomes on Dynamic Web Programming subject of class XI Software Engineering in SMK Negeri 2 Padang Panjang. The Type of this research is quasi experimental design. By using post-test only design, this experiment has explained that average value of experiment class is about 77.72, better that average value of control class about 70.65. Hypothetic testing has shown that t value of 3.73 is bigger that t table of 1.67. It means that H0 is rejected and yielding of result and conclusion how PjBL can improve student’s learning outcomes. However, this research has proven that PjBL is more effective and significant to increase student’s learning outcomes rather than conventional method, especially on Dynamic Web Programming subject. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model (TSTS) to the history of student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Medan. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The study population was students of class X IPS with a sample of 65 students consisting of 34 students of class X IPS 2 as an experimental class and 31 students of class X IPS 1 as a control class. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. The observation results showed that 91% of the experimental class students who took part in learning with the TSTS model got very good average scores. The average post-test value of the experimental class was 80.3, while the average value of the post-test of the control class that followed the learning with the conventional model was 63.70. T-test results for the post-test scores were obtained tcount > ttable (7,004 > 1,670).These results indicate that the TSTS learning model has a great influence in improving the history of student learning outcomes in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 7 Medan.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of a teaching materials based on local wisdom in jigsaw learning model to skill of writing description. The method used in this study is a quasi experimental design with two groups: the experimental class and control class. The results showed differences in the skills of writing description between the two classes. In the control class tend to not experience a significant increase, while the experimental class increased. The average value of the current skill of writing description in control class pretest to post-test by 61.25 to 71.40, increased 15.57% with average value of n-gain 0.274 in low category. Meanwhile, the average value in experimental class pretest to post-test by 61.22 to 83.31, increased 36.08% with average value of n-gain 0.570 in medium category. The difference of gain indicates that a teaching materials based on local wisdom in jigsaw learning model effectively used to improve the skills of writing description.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal dalam model pembelajaran teknik jigsaw terhadap keterampilan menulis deskripsi. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen kuasi dengan desain dua kelompok yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kelas kontrol cenderung tidak mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen terjadi peningkatan. Nilai rata-rata keterampilan menulis deskripsi kelas kontrol pada prates 61.25 pascates 71.40 peningkatan sebesar 16.57% dengan rata-rata n-gain 0.274 termasuk kategori rendah. Sementara itu, nilai rata-rata keterampilan menulis deskripsi kelas eksperimen saat prates 61,22 pada pascates menjadi 83,31 peningkatan sebesar 36.08% dengan rata-rata n-gain 0.570 termasuk kategori sedang. Perbedaan peningkatan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal dalam model pembelajaran teknik jigsaw efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis deskripsi. Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experimental (eksperimen semu) menggunakan Post-test Only Nonequivalent Control Group Design yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar kimia siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah di kelas XI IPA MAN 2 Mataram Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling dan terpilih dua kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen, yaitu kelas XI IPA U1 (kelas ekperimen 1) dan kelas XI IPA U2 (kelas ekperimen 2).Data hasil belajar kognitif diperoleh melalui tes tertulis (post test) yang dianalisis menggunakan uji beda (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelas eksperimen I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 67 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 7,69%sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen II diperoleh nilai rata-rata 70 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 28,57%. Hasil uji-t dua pihak pada taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh thitung = -0,4709dan ttabel = 2,060, sehingga thitungberada pada daerah penerimaan adalah Ho diantara -2,060 dan +2,060 yang berarti Ho pada penelitian ini diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kimia antara siswa yang diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah siswa kelas XI IPA MAN 2 Mataram Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.Kata kunci: Koloid, Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek,Model pembelajaran berbasis masalah Abstract: The aims of this quasi experimental research  is  to compare the chemistry study result by using the project based learning model and problem based learning model at class XI science of MAN 2 Mataram in academic year 2013/2014. Sample of this research were class XI science U1 as experiment I class and class XI science U2 as experiment II class which taken by using purposive sampling technique.Data cognitive of the result study obtained through a written test (post-test) were analyzed using a different test (t test). The results showed that the experimental class I obtained an average value of 67 with classical completeness of 7.69% while the experimental class II obtained an average value of 70 with classical completeness 28.57%. T-test results of the unequal sample at the significant level of 5% was obtained  tcalculation =-0,4709 andttable= 2,060, with the result that tcalculationin the range from to -2,060 and +2,060which means that the Ho in this research is approved. In conclusion, there is no significant difference in result study between students who are taught chemistry using project-based learning model and the problem based learning model students of class XI IPA 2 Mataram MAN in  Academic Year 2013/2014.Key words: Colloid, project based learning model, the problem based learning model.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Project Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi optik geometris SMA Laboratorium UM. Jenis penelitian quasi experimental design dengan teknik post-test only design. Instrumen pengukuran terdiri dari 10 soal uraian dan rubrik keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang belajar dengan Project Based Learning lebih tinggi daripada peserta didik yang belajar dengan Problem Based Learning. Hipotesis diuji dengan uji t dilanjutkan dengan Uji Scheffe. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang belajar dengan Project Based Learning dan Problem Based Learning. Hasil Uji Scheffe menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang belajar dengan Project Based Learning lebih tinggi daripada peserta didik yang belajar dengan Problem Based Learning.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan model pembelajaran langsung. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif hasil posttest yang diberikan pada kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas eksperimen 2, diperoleh skor rata-rata kelas eksperimen 1 sebesar 78.60 dan skor rata-rata kelas eksperimen 2 sebesar 70,57. Kriteria ketuntasan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen 1 lebih banyak dengan persentase sebesar 64,29% dengan standar deviasi (SD) yaitu 7,33 sedangkan kelas eksperimen 2 dengan persentase sebesar 39,29% dengan nilai standar deviasi (SD) 8,95. Hasil penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan uji-t. Kriteria pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu terima H0 jika –ttabel  < thitung < +ttabel, Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh thitung  = 3,75, ttabel = 2,014 maka -2,014 < 3,75 > +2,014 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis ditarik kesimpulan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (kelas eksperimen 1)  dan siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran langsung (kelas eksperimen 2).Kata Kunci: Berbasis Proyek, Pembelajaran Langsung, Hasil Belajar  ABSTRACTThis research is a quasi-experimental that aims to compare the learning outcomes of students who were taught by  project-based learning model and direct learning model. AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif pembelajaran  tematik peserta didik kelas 2 SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01 Semarang. Sebesar 38,46% peserta didik yang telah mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Hal tersebut disebabkan kurangnya variasi dalam penggunaan media dan model pembelajaran saat proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media animasi SANDISKO dengan model Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually terhadap hasil belajar tema kebersamaan kelas 2 SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk desain quasi experimental design yang digunakan adalah bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas 2 SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01 Semarang yang berjumlah 27 peserta didik yang terdiri dari kelas 2A dan 26 peserta didik dari kelas 2B dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest kelas eksperimen sebesar 68,65. Setelah diberi perlakuan nilai rata-rata posttest mengalami peningkatan menjadi 80,96. Data tersebut didukung oleh analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan r2= 0,541 jadi variabel x (media animasi SANDISKO dengan model SAVI) mempengaruhi variabel y (hasil belajar tema kebersamaan) sebesar 54,1%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media animasi SANDISKO dengan model Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually berpengaruh signifikan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tema kebersamaan kelas 2 SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01 Semarang. Kata-kata kunci : Animation media, SAVI, learning outcomes AbstractThe background of this study is the low cognitive learning outcomes of thematic learning in grade 2 students of SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01 Semarang. 38.46% of students have reached the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). This is due to the lack of variation in the use of media and learning models during the teaching and learning to process. This study aims to determine the effect of SANDISKO animation media with Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually models on learning outcomes of the theme of togetherness class 2 Tambakrejo State Elementary School 01. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of quasi experimental design, design used is the form of nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all grade 2 students of SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01 Semarang, amounting to 27 students consisting of class 2A and 26 students from class 2B using saturated sampling techniques. The results of data analysis obtained the average value of the experimental class pretest of 68.65. After being given treatment the post test average value increased to 80.96. The data is supported by analysis using simple linear regression analysis with r2 = 0.541 so variable x (SANDISKO animation media with SAVI model) affects the variable y (learning outcomes of togetherness themes) by 54.1%. So it can be concluded that the animation media SANDISKO with the Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually model has a significant effect on improving the learning outcomes of the second grade togetherness theme at SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01 Semarang.Keywords: Animation media, SAVI, learning outcomes

This study aims to determine the feasibility of project-based chemical teaching materials and increase student learning outcomes on acid-base material using project-based teaching materials and adobe flash multimedia at SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta. This type of research is research and development. This study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data were processed descriptively, obtained the average value of the validation of the modules developed, namely the content eligibility of 3.62; presentation 3.67; language 3.72; and graphic 3.72; with an average of 3.68. Data collection techniques for student learning outcomes by providing pretest and post-test. For the pretest data the experimental class was 48.11 and the repetition class was 46.47, while the post-test data were the experimental class 84.11 and the repetition class 81.32. The mean percentage of improvement in student learning outcomes in the experimental class was 68% and the repetition class was 65%. Hypothesis testing with the right-side t test at the level of α = 0.05 obtained> (7.99> 1.697 (experimental) and 6.65> 1.697 (repetition)) which means that the chemical module integrated project-based learning with adobe flash multimedia developed it is good and in accordance with BSNP criteria standards and is suitable for use.

Identifying learning of the information in explanatory text requires creativity in its implementation. One of the things that affect identifying learning of the information in explanatory text is the students’ reading intensity. Therefore, it takes the most effective learning method to be applied and the learning method chosen is the SQ3R method. The purpose of this study was to explain the effectiveness of identifying learning of information in explanatory text by using the SQ3R method based on the reading intensity of the XI grade students at Madrasah Aliyah. The method used in this study was an experimental research design with a quasi-experimental factorial. The sample of this research is students of class IX MAN 2 Kudus. The collection of data uses identifying learning of the explanatory text information and reading intensity test to determine high or low reading intensity. Non-test data collection uses observation and photo documentation. The results of this study were (1) The SQ3R learning method was effective in identifying information in explanatory text for class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah with an increase of 12.23, from an average of 66.51 to 78.74. This is evidenced by the sign value=0.000<0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of the experimental group pre-test post-test which is used the SQ3R learning method. Meanwhile, the ability to identify information in explanatory text to students with low reading intensity treated with the SQ3R method, and an average value is 67. Identifying Learning of the information in explanatory text based on reading intensity of the XI grade students at Madrasah Aliyah by using the SQ3R is an effective learning method. The result of this learning has increased by 12.23, from an average of 66.51 to 78.74. This is evidenced by the sign value=0.000<0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of the experimental group pretest posttest using the SQ3R learning method

Physical education is basically an important part of the education system as a whole. Therefore the implementation of physical education must be directed at achieving that goal. In the process of learning physical education the teacher must be able to teach various basic skills, so that teachers are required to be more creative in providing physical education subjects. A teacher must be able to create something new or modify existing ones to be presented as attractive as possible so that students feel happy when attending physical education lessons. In carrying out the process of physical education learning, giving learning modifications through a play approach is one of the efforts that can be done. In the study studied the influence of the play approach on increasing student motion activity in class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Trienggadeng. The purpose of this study were: (1) To find out whether through the play approach can improve students' movement activities in attending physical education learning in class VII SMP Negeri 3 Trienggadeng (2) To find out how much the increase in motion activity of students in participating in physical education learning through the approach of playing on class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Trienggadeng. The type of research used in this study is quasi-experimental research using a quantitative approach. In this study there are two variables which consist of independent variables namely motion activity and the dependent variable namely the play approach. The research instrument used in the study used a pedometer. The population in this study were students of SMP Negeri 3 Trienggadeng, samples were taken using cluster random sampling techniques as many as 33 students of class VII. Data analysis using t-test for similar samples. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen the average value and standard deviation of the learning outcomes of the motion activity between the pre-test and post-test. The average learning outcomes of students' motion activities in the pre-test were 840.94 with a standard deviation of 58.778. Post-test obtained the average learning outcomes of student motion activities is 1456.67 with a standard deviation of 168.353. The mean value of the difference between the pre-test and post-test is 615,727 with a standard deviation of 182,971. Based on the results of statistical tests obtained a value of 0,000, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test amounting to 73.2%. So the play approach has a significant influence on increasing student motion activity in class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Trienggadeng. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Kodama props in the process of doing Mathematics exercises material The equation of straight line conducted in SMPN 5 Wonomulyo VIII classroom learners by looking at the learning outcomes, activities and responses of learners. This type of research is a quasi experimental research involving 2 different groups but has a homogeneous ability. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 5 Wonomulyo which amounted to 177 people. The sample of this research is the students of class VIII C as the experimental class and class VIII D as the control class. Data collection is done through tests, observation sheets and response questionnaires. The data of the research were analyzed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The result of the research based on descriptive analysis in the experimental class obtained an average value of 79,86 > KKM or 80% classical completeness, reaching 82,76%. Based on the inferential analysis, the ost test value is obtained with the degree of freedom 58 hence obtained at 1,67. Because it is larger than it is rejected and accepted, it means at a 95% confidence level statement that the average value of the experimental class is higher than the average value of the control class is acceptable. It can be seen that the value of post test experimental class completeness is 82,759 % or 24 students from 29 students over KKM. Based on the analysis of the instrument nontes obtained activity learners experimental group meets the criteria of effectiveness of reaching 57,59% and the response of learners are in the positive category with an average value of 78,28%. It can be concluded that Kodama props can improve learning outcomes of students of class VIII SMPN 5 Wonomulyo and able to make learners spirit in doing Mathematics.
