Based on historical and theoretical analysis of the development of social functioning of musical communication, as well as some problems of its management, the author attempts to theoretically justify the ways and means of optimizing music and communication processes that contribute to enhance the social and cultural role of musical art. The article describes fundamental concepts, which should be taken as the basis for the organization of musical life in modern society. The author puts forward such a conceptual theoretical statement as the principle of multi-factor audience differentiation. Consequently, the paper considers important facets of the theory of musical communication management in society, namely the target programming, scientific forecasting and long-term planning. The ways and methods of implementing these principles aimed at the achievement of a certain level of control over the music communication processes in society are also considered. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of current social and economic changes in Russia on the formation of marketing and management in the social life of musical art.

AbstractThe paper used a social exchange lens to explore the impact of the quality of the relationship between supervisors and service employees on individual and organisational outcomes. The findings provide further evidence that the quality of the relationship between supervisors and service employees is a significant factor - in this case explaining almost half of the reasons as to why employees accepted or rejected organisational changes. Using the social exchange lens, the theory argues that the same characteristics evident in high quality leader–member exchange (LMX) relationships (effective levels of information, feedback and respect) are also likely to provide the ideal conditions for employees' to address their fears and answer their questions about potential organisational changes. As a result, service employees are more likely to accept the organisational changes. In addition, this study suggests that approximately half of job productivity and satisfaction is affected by the way LMX firstly affects employees' satisfaction with organisational communication processes, and secondly, their acceptance of organisational changes within SMEs.

The author sees that at this time some teachers have difficulties in dealing with millennial students. Based on this problem, the authors do a study about the role of teachers in utilizing learning media empirically. Based on the study which did by the authors in this paper, three important point must be done by teachers in dealing with millennial students, that are: first, teachers can take advantage of all forms of technological development. Technological progress is something that cannot be avoided in this life, so the teacher should not be allergic to all forms of development that exist. Second, teachers can understand the power of the media as a source of learning. The benefit of learning media is determining the quality of learning delivered by a teacher. Therefore, teachers need to prepare learning media before teaching in class. After that, the teacher has to understand the needs of the millennial students. The needs of millennial students are not the same, but at least the presence of teachers provides solutions both cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The uniqueness of the teacher, in this case, is a teacher can act as anything as long as it can influence student behavior towards positive actions, even those students can become actors of the progress of the media. This is evident from the student activities that have been narrated in this paper

Mobile devices which make use of 802.11 Wi-Fi are ubiquitous in modern society. At the same time, there is an unmet need in research and monitoring applications, and particularly in those relating to service and healthcare scenarios, to accurately detect the occurrence and hence frequency and duration of human interaction between subjects. Various sensor modalities exist that are able to perform localization of human subjects with useful degrees of accuracy, but in all cases they are either expensive, inflexible, or prone to influencing subject behaviour via the Hawthorne or observer effect. Given the ubiquity of mobile devices, it is the contention of this paper that a system which localizes human presence based on the human body's obstructive effects on RF transmissions through interpretation of perturbation of the Received Signal Strength values generated during transmission, may offer a system that is both inexpensive and flexible, while avoiding the need for direct subject participation, and thus reducing the impact of the Hawthorne effect.
