There are tremendous changes in various families which have bartered from the ‘breadwinner’ role of traditional men to single parent families and dual earning couples. This study furnishes an insight into work life balance and job satisfaction of teachers working in School of Villupuram District. The sample comprises of 75 school teachers from Government and private schools in Villupuram District. The Study results that there is increasing mediating evidence in Work-life balance as well as Job satisfaction of teachers are not affected by the type of school in which they are working. Job satisfaction or Pleasure of life will be affected as a whole by Work life balance of an individual which is the main which can be calculated by construct of subjective well being.

Researcher determines the sample taken is the University of Jember education contract staff who work more than 1 year and have shifts work schedules outside regular working hours several days a week. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that workload and Work life balance had a significant effect on job satisfaction of Education Contract Employees at Jember University.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between work-life balance, organizational pride and job satisfaction. When evaluating employee work-life balance the present paper takes into consideration two relevant antecedents: supervisor support and job autonomy; and explores their link with organizational pride and job satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach – To verify the hypothesis, a questionnaire survey was used to collect data in a Spanish pharmaceutical organization; 374 responses were obtained. Structural equation modeling was used for the data analysis. Findings – Data confirms the relationship between the analyzed constructs. The results support the hypothesized relationships of supervisor work-life balance support and autonomy with employee work-life balance. In addition, employee work-life balance is positively related with organizational pride and job satisfaction. Practical implications – This study provides a useful measurement model that employers and employees can use to evaluate and improve work-life balance through job autonomy and supervisor support. Companies should pay attention to employee work-life balance to enhance organizational pride and job satisfaction. The research tries to help companies to more effectively use their human capital resources. Originality/value – The paper addresses gaps in the current literature in work-life, organizational pride and job satisfaction. This study seeks to understand the relationship between subjective well-being and job satisfaction among Peruvian millennials, in addition to determining the influence of components of subjective well-being, such as work-life balance, opportunity to demonstrate abilities, socialization, and possibility of learning. This study is based on the results of a questionnaire, which included questions to measure the different variables, applied to more than 300 workers in companies in Lima, Peru, from the commercial, industrial, and service sectors. The results indicate a close relationship between job satisfaction and subjective well-being. Because people are unique, organizations must be attentive to the needs of each worker's personal life and the effects of personal life on job satisfaction and must be willing to create balance and provide workers with time and space to resolve situations that arise in their lives.

Purpose The goal of this study is to investigate that how Employee Well-Being and Work-Life Balance affected Job Satisfaction in healthcare centers with the moderating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Design/Methodology/Approach: Research was carried out in a quantitative approach. The healthcare centers of Multan region were chosen at random. Using a convenient sampling strategy, a questionnaire was created to collect data from different healthcare centers situated in Multan region. The Cronbach’s Alpha and Discriminant Validity were used to assess the questionnaire's reliability in the pilot phase. Descriptive and inferential statistical techniques (using Smart PLS) were used to assess quantitative data. Findings: Employee Well-being and Job satisfaction have a positive relationship, whereas Work-Life Balance and Job satisfaction have a negative relationship, according to the results of this study. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) moderates Employee Well-being and Work Life Balance to Job satisfaction. Employee Well-Being is one of the major strengths for employee productivity, according to the findings of this research. When professionals practice Organizational Citizenship Behavior, employees' job satisfaction begins to rise in healthcare centers. Implications/Originality/Value: This study was a complete report on Multan's healthcare centers that will be highly beneficial and instructive for policymakers and administration staff of healthcare centers for employee’s development, and for researchers in the Multan region to alter programs and policies according to the requirement for achieving goals

Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a phenomenon that collaborates with cyber technology and automation technology. this research aims to conduct scientific research on the role of work-life balance and the level of welfare of millennial employees through work engagement as a variable intervening. The participation of respondents to this study is the general of millennials who has worked in the Jakarta area, aged 21-36 years. Researchers used the purposive sampling method. This study uses a work-life balance measurement tool with a balance dimension in time management, engagement balance, balance in expectation fulfillment, and satisfaction balance. Besides, at the level of well-being with meaningful work-life factors, good social relationships, work attachment, self-actualization, comfortable circumstances, self-acceptance. While employee performance is measured through the work environment, ability to do work, and motivation. Work Engagement is measured by vigor, dedication, and absorption indicators. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling based on VB-SEM using SmartPLS software. The results showed that five hypotheses of direct influence were accepted and one rejected. While the two hypotheses of indirect influence are each rejected and accepted. Work Engagement variables as intervening variables are only capable of mediating Work-Life Balance against Employee Performance.

Employee performance is fundamental to successful execution of construction project where it depends by internal and external factors. To increase employee performance, the organization should analyze the external factors that may reflect on employee performances. This research examines the relationship of work-life balance, mental workload and job satisfaction with the performance of construction employee. Data collection using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and relibiality and sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data processing was done by using NASA-TLX method to find out the mental workload and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The results showed that the mental work load negatively affect job satisfaction and employee performance, work-life balance positivetly affect job satisfaction and employee performance, and job satisfaction positively affect employee performance. The findings of the paper can be a guidance for construction companies to formulate strategy for increasing employee performances by adding the number of employees for the workload to be decreased, compressing work week for a balanced work-life and to promote the employees more frequently to increase job satisfaction.

The aim of this study is to investigate the association among work-life balance, intrinsic motivation, subjective well-being and job satisfaction among the healthcare professionals of Pakistan. Utilizing a sample of 301 Health Care Professionals, the authors tested the proposed relationships. Findings were constant with the hypothesized theoretical scheme, and mediated association between work-life balance and subjective well-being through job satisfaction was stronger when intrinsic motivation was low rather than high. Based on the findings, we suggest that the association between work-life balance and subjective well-being in Health Care Professionals is more complicated than was previously believed—thus yielding a pattern of moderated mediation. In brief, it was found that work-life balance enhances subjective well-being through job satisfaction when intrinsic motivation is low. We also discuss the theoretical contributions and practical implications of the research and directions for future studies.
