In general this research is intended to build knowledge about the extent to which the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, motivation to learn effect student learning outcomes. Therefore, the authors make the title of research is "The Effect of Parents Attention, Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation of Learning Outcomes Learners Educate High School 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of parents' attention, emotional intelligence and motivation to learn the outcomes of learners in SMA Negeri 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with 76 samples. The results showed that the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, and motivation to learn partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes of learners.

Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia sangat diperhatikan perkembangannya. Hasil belajar seseorang bisa dipengaruhi oleh motivasinya dalam belajar serta fasilitas yang menunjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar serta fasilitas saat belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebanyak 79 orang siswa dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (2) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (3) fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signitifikan dan positif pada hasil belajar. Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar, Fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar   Abstract In Indonesia education is one of the factors that has been considered in its development. There are several factors that affect learning outcomes, namely learning facilities and learning motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economic subjects. The method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 79 students. The results showed that (1) learning facilities has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. (2) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. <p><em>The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of self efficacy variable consist of; Level, strength, generality to the learning outcomes of Mawapres (outstanding students) in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Where, students are taken are students who follow the mawapres in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan as many as 22 people. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis of this study is Self Efficacy consisting of variable level, strength and generality influence on student learning outcomes. Based on hypothesis testing is acceptable. The findings of this study indicate that self efficacy variables consisting of: Level, Strength, and Generality have a significant effect on the result of learning mawapres STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. And obtained the value (R²) = 0.643 means the variable Level, Strength, and Generality gives the effect of 64.3% of academic achievement, while the remaining 35.7% influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Media and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes in Man 1 MusiBanyuasin.  Students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin were the object of this study. The sample was conducted on 87 students of Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the respondents were some of the students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin. The data collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 73 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that first, students' interest in learning and the use of learning media simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Second, student learning interest had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes. Third, the use of learning media had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

This study aims to determine the effect of anxiety disorders on student learning outcomes in accounting subjects class XI at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. This study uses questionnaires and documentation in collecting data. This study uses descriptive percentage analysis, and statistical analysis for statistical analysis of data. Statistical analysis of data includes Simple Linear Regression Analysis, and t-test. The results showed that anxiety disorders on student learning outcomes in class XI accounting subjects at SMK 1 Makassar through nine indicators namely: tense, confused, worried, difficult to concentrate, unable to sleep, heart palpitations, excessive cold sweat, frequent trembling, and Mules' stomach has a negative and significant effect. This means that if students experience anxiety disorders it will reduce student learning outcomes.

Microfinance is one popular product of Bank Syariah Mandiri. The purpose of this study is to know factors that influence the realization of microfinance as well as the characteristics of microfinance debitors. Characteristics of microfinance debitors are dominated by male, age 31-40 years old, high school education, 2-4 people dependents family, over 2 years age of business, net income per month from Rp1,000,000 to Rp5,000,000, dominated by trading companies, 1-3 times of borrowing frequency, amount of financing is more than Rp20,000.000, value of collateral is more than Rp50,000,000, and purpose of financing is for productive activities. Using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test at α = 5% there are three variables affect the realization of microfinancing, namely type of business (trade), the amount of financing proposed and value of collateral.

<p><em>This aims of this sudy was to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of intel-lectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence to ethical behavior accounting students in financial reporting practices. The population of this research was 37 accounting students at the Jambi Polytechnic. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence positively influence the ethical behavior of accounting students in financial reporting practices.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to obtain an answer empirically the effect (1) the learning style to learning interest partially, (2) the emotional Intelligence  to learning interest partially, and (3) the learning style and emotional Intelligence on learning interest simultaneously. This research was conducted at SMK Bina Utama Depok with 103 students as respondents.The method used was a survey with multiple linear regression analysis approach. Based on the research an calculations SPSS obatained the following results: (1 )There is the effect of learning style to learning interest partially, (2) There is the effect of  emotional Intelligence  to learning interest partially, and (3) There are the effect of the learning style and emotional Intelligence on learning interest simultaneously. Therefore, it could be concluded that high or low of learning interest effected directly by the learning style and emotional Intelligence. This conclucion implies that when we want to improve learning interest, we have to take on to consideration those two variables, learning style and emotional Intelligence as well.   Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin memperoleh jawaban secara empirik  pengaruh (1) gaya belajar terhadap minat belajar secara parsial, (2) kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar  secara parsial, dan (3) gaya belajar dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Bina Utama Depok, dengan responden sebanyak 103 peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linear ganda. Berdasarkan penelitian dan perhitungan SPSS diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) Terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap minat belajar secara parsial, (2) Terdapat pengaruh  kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar secara parsial, dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar secara simultan. Dari kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa tinggi rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik ditentukan oleh gaya belajar dan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Oleh karena itu perbaikan pada minat belajar harus mempertimbangkan variabel gaya belajar dan kecerdasan emosional. Kata Kunci : Gaya Belajar, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Minat Belajar

There are still many teachers who have not been able to act professionally. Lack of emotional intelligence and motivation of teachers to complete tasks hampers teacher performance. This research was an ex post facto research. The population in the study involved 46 respondents. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The instrument used in analyzing the data is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used consists of classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Classical assumption test consisted of residual normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and SPSS-assisted linearity test. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS. The study results based on simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis showed that (1) there was no effect of emotional intelligence on teacher performance. (2) There was an effect of workload on teacher performance with a contribution of 98%. (3) There is an influence of emotional intelligence and teacher workload on teacher performance with a contribution of 14.3%. It can be concluded that there is an influence of emotional intelligence and teacher workload on the performance of elementary school teachers.

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia.
