This paper aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees and compensation at PT. AL. A total of 31 employees of the construction division involved as respondents. Data were obtained through a questionnaire containing closed questions with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organization culture and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

This study aims to find out the role of work ethics, organizational culture, and work discipline on Employee Performance at PT Balai Lelang Bali in Denpasar. This research is included in the associative causality research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bali Lelang Bali with 37 people. Because the total population is 37 people, all of them become respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Ethics on Employee Performance, then there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, then there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance, finally there is a positive and significant influence. Between Work Ethics, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT. Bali Lelang Bali in Denpasar.

Abstract : Research aims to understand the influence of competence, training and career development simultaneously and partial of the performance of employees PT.Kharisma Potensia Indonesia in Jakarta. The kind of research to research this is explanatory research. The size of the population in this research was 55 employees and  The sampling method used is a saturated sampling. Variable free is competence ( X1 ), training ( X2 ) and career development ( X3 ), while variable their lack of roots is a an employee ( y ).Equation of Multiple Linear Regression Y = 0,450+ 0,278x1 + 0,258x2 + 0,402x3 + e; Rsquare = 0,403; F = 11,498, Career development is the most dominant factor in employee performance. Competence, training and career development have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of employee performance are 0.450, If X1, X2, and X3, are considered zero, it will affect employee performance of 0.450 if the 1-5 Likert scale is included in the not too good category.   Keywords : competence, training, career development, employees’ performance, outsourcing   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan perkembangan karir baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Kharisma Potensia Indonesia di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory research Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 karyawan dan Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh. Variabel bebasnya adalah kompetensi (X1), pelatihan (X2) dan Perkembangan Karir (X3), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Persamaan Regresi Linier berganda Y = 0,450+ 0,278x1 + 0,258x2 + 0,402x3 + e; Rsquare = 0,403, F =11,498, Perkembangan Karir menjadi factor paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi, Pelatihan, dan Perkembangan Karir memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,450, Apabila X1,X2,dan X3, dianggap nol, maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karawan sebesar 0,450 jika dalam skala likert 1-5 termasuk dalam katagori sangat tidak baik.   Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pelatihan, Perkembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan, Outsourcing

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees. The population is the sum total of the object of research. The population in this study is all employees who exist in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Due to the small number of employees in the company, this study did not use sampling. So the sample in this study is the total number of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questioner), study documentation and interviews (interview). While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, and there are positive influence and significant organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

This study aims to discover the significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance in cluster 1 Rambutan Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency . This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance of elementary school with a t count value of 4,182 and t table of 1,998 where t count > t table then Ha2 received. The conclusion of this research is that good organization culture where they would actualized teacher performance.

This research examines and analyzes motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (division Customer Satisfaction) that have not been maximized, due to the achievement of the results of performance appraisal in the 2017L and 2018F periods there was a decrease in each assessment indicator which greatly impacted employee performance. The method used is quantitative research. With a population of 110 employees, PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction), with sampling techniques using Slovin formula with a total of 86 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture together (Simultaneous) significantly influence the Performance of Employees of PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction).

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.
