The purpose of this research is to analyze and examine between the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation to human resources performance in an organization. This research used purposive sampling with 131 people as respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study is questionnaires and interviews. Data analyzed by using SPSS 19 software with regression test to find out the determine of independent variable to dependent variable, independent variable to intervening variable and intervening variable to independent variable. Demonstrate that human resources performance can be improved by increasing the intensity of learning orientation, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. Learning orientation has a significantly positive influence on human resources performance. While emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significantly positive influence on human resources performance. So in this research, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation have a significantly positive influence on human resources performance.Keywords : emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation, human resources performance

The development of the business environment in globalization era has been triggered an increasingly tight business competition. Every companies who have an established its own strategies to manage a variety of information, human resources, allocation of funds and others. Accounting information system is a great resources that very valuable to an organization for the smoothness management of the company’s financial and decision making wheter it is to long term and short term, however there are several aspect that can be a factors the effectiveness of the accounting information system, that is manager’s participation. The research is aimed to proves that manager’s participation and manager’s involvement had a positive influence on the effectiveness of accounting information system (AIS) at manufacturing company, especially in the industrial zone Batamindo Mukakuning Batam City. The research method is using regression analysis to proves are the manager’s participation (independent variable) and manager’s involvement (independent variable) gives effect to the effectiveness of information system (dependent variable) or not. The result of this research is shows that variable of manager’s participation and manager’s involvement has a significant influence to the effectiveness of information system. The method is using purposive sampling is done by taking a sampling of the population according to certain criteria.

This study determines simultaneous and partial influence of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on academic achievement of Management Department Students of 2013 and 2014 at the Faculty of Economics, Tadulako University. The type of research is quantitative and sampling technique applies purposive sampling, with a total sample of 83 respondents consisting of 36 students of class 2013 and 47 students of class of 2014. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study show that the variables intelligence (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) simultaneously influence academic achievement (Y) with sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, variable intellectual intelligence (X1) with sig. value of 0.003, and Emotional Intelligence (X2) with sig is 0,001 that showing partial influences on academic achievement (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi akademik Mahasiswa Manajemen Angkatan 2013 dan 2014 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 responden yang terdiri dari 36 mahasiswa angkatan 2013 dan 47 mahasiswa angkatan 2014. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan intelektual (X1) dan kecerdasan emosional (X2) terhadap prestasi akademik (Y) berpengaruh secara simultan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya variabel Kecerdasan Intelektual (X1) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,003, dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,001 yang berarti secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Akademik (Y).

National development of a nation includes economic development and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSME performance needs to be examined because the contribution of the MSME sector to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has increased from 57.84% to 60.34% in the last 5 years. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence of the owner on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Research subjects are the performance of UMKM in Denpasar City. The sample determination technique used in this study is Probably sampling used using a simple random technique. There are 100 MSMEs as samples with a questionnaire statement totaling 71 statements. Based on the results of the analysis of research obtained intellectual intelligence has a positive influence on the performance of MSMEs, Emotional Intelligence has a positive influence on the performance of SMEs, and Spiritual Intelligence has a positive influence on the performance of SMEs. Auditors who apply professional skepticism will be critical in conducting audit assignments taking into account existing risks and collecting audit evidence. In order for skepticism to be achieved, auditors need to pay attention to factors that can influence the skepticism of professional auditors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence and leadership style on professional skepticism of auditors. This research was conducted at the Denpasar Regional Public Accountant Office (KAP). The number of samples obtained based on the purposive sampling method is 45 people. Data collection using the questionnaire method. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that independence and leadership style had a positive influence on the auditor's professional skepticism. <p>This study aims (1) to determine the quality of human resources at KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City, (2) To determine the development of business in KPRI “Pertaguma”, and (3) To determine the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City. The independent variable in this study is the quality of human resources while the dependent variable is business development. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling. The researcher uses purposive sampling technique as sampling technique. Results showed that there is difference between the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun. Free variable at this research is the quality of human resource while variable tied is business development. It can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression of Y = 61.738 + 0.210 X. Where the variable quality of human resources totaled</p>0.210 shows the influence of the quality of human resources to the business development are positively correlated, meaning that any increase in the quality of human resources 1% resulted in higher business development at 0.210 units. Based on the results of the analysis can be said to be a significant relationship between quality of human resources and the business development, meaning that there is difference business development of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun.

Abstract: This research aims to find out how the application of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model and the Jigsaw learning model on students' cognitive learning outcomes in labor issues material in Indonesia. The independent variable of this study is “Two Stay Two Stray learning model (TSTS) and Jigsaw learning model”, while the dependent variable is “Learning Outcomes”. The research approach used in this research was a quantitative approach. The form of research used in this study was an experiment form with Two Group Pretest Posttest research design. The population in this research were all students of class IX IPS consisting of four classes namely class IX IPS 1, IX IPS 2, IX IPS 3, and IX IPS 4 with the total number of students were 134. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection tools used were test questions, observation sheets and documentation. The results showed that There were no significant differences in cognitive learning outcomes between students who used the two stay two stray learning model and the jigsaw learning model with the results of Z_ (count) of 1.72 and Z_ (table) at a significant level of 0.05 were 1.96. Keywords: TSTS Learning Model and Jigsaw, Learning Outcome Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dengan model pembelajaran Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada materi permasalahan ketenagakerjaan di indonesia. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah “model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dan model pembelajaran Jigsaw”, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah “Hasil Belajar”. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Two Group Pretest Posttest Designs. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX IPS yang terdiri dari empat kelas yaitu kelas IX IPS 1, IX IPS 2, IX IPS 3, dan IX IPS 4 dengan jumlah keseluruhan siswa yaitu 134. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah soal tes, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kognitif antara siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran two stay two stray dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw dengan hasil  sebesar 1,72 dan  pada taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 1,96. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran TSTS dan  Jigsaw, Hasil belajar

Human resources are an important factor in globalization to face competition among organizations. Leadership style can be defined as an individual ability to be able to organize, direct, motivate employees to be able to help run an organization. The quality of a leader can be recognized if he can influence, direct and improve employee performance in carrying out all assigned tasks. Rewards will usually be given to employees who have contributed to advancing the company in accordance with the standards set by management. The sample used in this research is 34 employees who have become Civil Servants at the DPRD Office of Seluma Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple regression. Before the regression test was carried out, the validity and readability test would be carried out on the data used in the study. From the hypothesis testing, it is found that the leadership style variable (X1) and the reward variable (X2) have a partially significant relationship to employee performance (Y). The amount of the determinant coefficient is 0.590, which means that the independent variables X1 and X2 will be able to influence the dependent variable Y by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. While simultaneously the variables X1 and X2 have a simultaneous effect on variable Y

Human resources are an important factor for the creation of quality financial reports. The success of an entity can be influenced by the intelligence of human resources. This study aims to determine how much influence the intelligence possessed by a person to the quality of financial statements. Indepedent variables used in this study are intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and physical intelligence and the dependent variable is the quality of financial statements. The sample used was 84 respondents, namely the finance department employees in the Sukabumi City Regional Government. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and the results were tested using statistical test tools. The results of the study show that (1) intellectual intelligence influences the quality of financial statements significantly; (2) emotional intelligence significantly affects the quality of financial statements; (3) spiritual intelligence influences the quality of financial statements significantly; (4) physical intelligence does not affect the quality of financial statements; and together the level of intelligence accountants affect the quality of financial statements with the value of determination coefficient of 96.5% and the remaining 30.5% influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates, and CAR on the profitability of conventional banks. This study uses four variables, namely inflation, interest rates, and CAR as the dependent variable, and bank profitability as the independent variable. The population in this study are banking sector companies that have been listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) for the period 2015-2019, totaling 43 companies. The data collection method uses purposive sampling using financial reports on conventional banks in Indonesia which are listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The results show that inflation, interest rates, and CAR simultaneously affect the profitability of conventional banks listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period, inflation has no significant effect on ROA, interest rates do not have a significant effect on ROA, and CAR has a significant effect on ROA.
