The versatility of the concept and the need to develop the culture of students’ intellectual activity as a way of adapting in the modern information space are shown. The article considers the features of designing a joint cognitive system “The teacher – educational information – the student” as a condition for developing the culture of a future specialist’s intellectual activity and improving the quality of mastering educational information in the professional training process. The results of studying the factors reducing the quality of a student’s intellectual and educational activities within higher education environment are analyzed and discussed. Findings and recommendations are made to direct psychological and pedagogical correction in the system of higher education for further research.

The article presents the organizational support for the professional training of bachelors in agricultural engineering in the conditions of information and educational environment: regulatory support for filling the information and education environment and preventing plagiarism, regulatory support for conducting online and offline classes, and regulatory support for independent work, self-control, and monitoring. Regulatory provision for filling the educational environment and preventing plagiarism includes provisions for the Cloud 365 information and education environment and provisions for the prevention of academic plagiarism while learning in the educational environment. Regulatory support for online and offline training includes online training and interactive computer training to provide a competent approach to the training of higher education applicants. Regulatory support for independent work, self-control and monitoring includes provisions on monitoring the quality of the educational process, provisions on the quality of the educational and provisions on the organization of independent work of higher education students in the context of information and education. educational environment.Key words: organizational support, vocational training, bachelors in agricultural engineering, information and educational environment.

The study and solution of the problem of informatization of higher education, which is that as a result, global rationalization of intellectual activity in education through the use of artificial intelligence should be achieved in order to increase the efficiency and quality of training specialists to the level of information culture. Ability to use artificial intelligence systems in the learning process allows you to have an idea of the object of knowledge, and helps to master all the diversity and complexity of relationships characteristic of real processes, trace the dynamics of these relationships when changing external and internal factors. The article analyzes the use of information technologies as a factor for improving the quality of training of future specialists in higher education institutions and the actual problems of professional training of specialists and ways of their solution. The types of innovative teaching methods in higher educational institutions are investigated and the role of information and social technologies in education is considered. The peculiarities of the programmed educational facilities are revealed and the directions of use of information technologies in the educational environment are substantiated. The stated goal set the task: to analyze the possibilities of modern information educational technologies and to investigate the development of the concept of pedagogical innovation as an innovation in the field of pedagogy; to determine the possibilities of using artificial intelligence systems in order to implement a differentiated approach to students with different levels of training; to identify promising directions in the field of application of information technologies in the process of training future specialists in higher education institutions.

Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested

The article discusses the current state of professional training of engineers, in particular, electronics engineers in Ukrainian higher education institutions (HEIs) and explores best practices from US HEIs. The research outlines the features of professional training of electronics engineers and recent changes in Ukrainian HEIs. Such challenges for Ukrainian HEIs as lack of collaboration between higher education and science with industry, R&D cost reduction for HEIs, and downsizing the research and academic staff, the disparity between the available quality of human capital training and the demanded are addressed. The study attempts to identify successful practices of US HEIs professional training of engineers in order to suggest potential improvements in education, research, and innovation for training electronics engineers in Ukraine.

In recent years, higher educational institutions of the Baltic countries have become more and more popular among Russian youth wishing to get higher education (or take a certain course of professional training) abroad. The article, covering the period before the onset of the coronavirus epidemic, highlights the education of Russian students in universities in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. It is noted that a significant part of the students from the Russian Federation come from the Russian regions bordering on the Baltic states. The appendix presents the opinions of Russian students about the learning process and the quality of education received in Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian universities.

This article highlights current issues of the organization of distance learning and its role in the educational policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The role of this form of education as a factor in improving the quality of education in higher education is considered. One of the factors for improving the quality of education in the system of higher professional education is the widespread adoption of modern information technologies, including multimedia and virtual. Modern information technologies in combination with pedagogical technologies can significantly increase the effectiveness of the educational process; to achieve a solution to the main problem: the development of cognitive skills of students, critical and creative thinking, the ability to independently construct their knowledge, navigate in the information space.

ABSTRACT In today’s competitive higher education environment in Vietnam, higher education institutions have focussed more on quality education services to improve students’ satisfaction, which is considered an important factor for attracting and retaining students and evaluating the success of these higher education institutions, as a result. This research aimed to examine Vietnamese students’ perceptions about the quality of education services offered at Hue University in Vietnam. The data were obtained from the questionnaires completed by 2933 students from four-university members of Hue University in Central Vietnam. The research results showed that the students were generally satisfied with the quality of education services provided by Hue University. In addition, students’ satisfaction at Hue University is most affected by their perceptions about access to education services and the educational environment. The study also provided several implications, for Hue University in particular and other Vietnamese higher education institutions in general, to enhance their education services to improve the level of education service quality for attracting and retaining students.

The improvement of language skills in the higher education environment is expected to be able to help students get to know themselves, their culture, and the culture of others, so that they can form polite and polite language characters. The era of the industrial revolution 5.0 which first appeared in Japan in 2015, brought a new civilization in the educational environment, which made humans the center of innovation by deepening the integration of technology in improving the quality of life, sustainable social responsibility. The vision of society 5.0 demands a transformation in learning, especially in terms of the needs of students, the preparation and organization of teaching materials, and the pattern of mix in learning. This study describes the improvement of Indonesian language skills in shaping the character of students in the Industrial Revolution era 5.0, which is viewed from the needs of students. Lecturers as agents of change in forming smart, skilled, innovative and creative young people need to make changes in preparing lecture materials based on current technological developments.

Higher education institutions face the challenge that their graduates have the competences that allows them to quickly enter to the labor market and obtain an adequate economic remuneration. us graduate satisfaction is a key element in the assessment of the quality of institutions, since it allows us to know their perception regarding the quality received in their professional training. e objective is study the quality of higher education institutions and the satisfaction of the graduate in the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. e methodology is descriptive and transversal  based on graduates information and satisfaction. As a result, Students are satisfied with their professional training received and their expectations were met since the academic level of the institution is good. It is concluded that studies on student satisfaction are useful for higher education institutions to identify educational and administrative priorities about the service they provide.
