Studying Tajwid (science of reciting the Koran) is the fardlu kifāyah, but practicing it in reciting the Koran is fardlu ‘ain, so Tajwid has been taught to Muslim children since they learned to recite the Koran. However, it has been considered to be very demanding and problematic. The conventional methods used tend to be uninteresting and boring. For that reason, a learning media that makes teachers and students is in an interactive, effective and joyful learning process is needed. One of them is Tajwid Putar, a media created by Jeni Agustina Suyanto, a teacher of MAN 1 Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra. According to her, TPQ Ar-Risalah is the only educational institution in East Java that used Tajwid Putar. The objectives of this study were to describe the Tajwid learning process by implementing Tajwid Putar, the students’ interest in learning in Tajwid using Tajwid Putar, and the learning achievement in Tajwid using Tajwid Putar. This study used a qualitative approach. The data was collected by interview, observation and documents, which were then analyzed by using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The result suggested that the learning process of Tajwid which employed the Tajwid Putar has been effectively made students to be more active, interactive and festive, so that they quickly understood Tajwid and was able to recite the Koran well. Students’ enthusiasm was increased in learning Tajwid compared to the use of conventional methods. The students' learning achievement was also shown to be increased, which could be measured by the score of the test contained within the student report book

This study examines the effectiveness of using the iqra' method to improve the ability to read the Qur'an to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. Based on the facts in the field, the convert students who are already young have not been able to read the Qur'an well. This institution seeks to improve the quality of convert students in the Qur'an reading, which aims to be one of the motivations for other students to study the Qur'an well. This research has two objectives, namely: How is the ability to read the Qur’an, and the use of the iqra' method to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were teachers and students. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation and interviews. From the results of the study found by researchers that the use of iqra' method has been effective against the ability to read for convert students, although there are difficulties in the learning process, caused by lughat (pronunciation) their tongues are still stiff. From this study it can be concluded that every educational institution that is specifically in charge of the education of the Qur'an must be able to improve its quality in carrying out the Qur'anic learning process especially in terms of reading the letters, so that every student, especially converts, can learn the Qur'an 's well and correctly so that they can instill Islamic laws based on the Qur'an and as-Sunnah.

The school committee is a partner of the principal who has a role as a giver of consideration, as a supporter, as a supervisor, and as a mediator. All of these roles cannot stand alone but have a relationship between one role and another. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. The purpose of the article is to find out activities related to the objectives of the research. The subjects in this study were school committees, principals, teachers, and students' guardians. The results of the article are that the condition of facilities and infrastructure at the Karang Jaya 1 public elementary school is generally adequate, although there is still a shortage of supporting media such as projectors, the teaching and learning process is still not available.

This study discusses the application of reward in the learning process in order to improve the learning achievement of students of accounting class X in SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas on economic and business subjects aiming to find out how the application of rewards in learning to improve learning achievement. Learning treatment in the form of reward giving is one type of approach in the process of teaching and learning activities that can provide stimulus to students to be more academically achievers in economics and business subjects. Academic achievement is the cognitive ability that begins with enthusiasm and the emergence of student enthusiasm in dealing with the process of teaching and learning activities.This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas- Serang Banten. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with a qualitative approach. The sample of this study were all students of class X accounting SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas as many as 36 students.The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning achievement in economic and business subjects by using a learning approach with the application of rewards in class X Accounting students in SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas .This is evidenced by an increase in learning achievement in economics and business subjects by using a learning approach with the application of rewards in class X Accounting students in SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas. This is evidenced by an increase in the number of students who passed the Minimum completeness criteria by 28 people or 77.78%.

School or Madrasah is an educational institution in which the learning process occurs, which involves teachers and students. In order to always be able to exist in carrying out its function as an educational institution, education implementers in schools must be aware of anything that can support or influence the teaching and learning process, so that they can understand each other, and together can formulate appropriate formulations in carrying out the teaching and learning process. Learning interest is an indicator that supports or influences a student's learning. Students who have a strong interest in a particular subject, then naturally feel very interested and happy in learning these subjects. Unlike someone or students who have no interest in a particular subject, it will be easy to feel bored and even lazy in learning the lesson. Interest is a feeling of preference or a feeling of interest in a thing and activity, without anyone asking. Therefore, the teacher must have a strategy that can arouse students' interest in their learning. As a teacher, they are required to be skilled and to master teaching materialsas well as to be creative and innovative in delivering their teaching materials. So that the implementation of the teaching and learning process can run optimally, the efforts of teachers in increasing interest in learning need to be taken seriously.

SMK PGRI 1 JAKARTA is an educational institution that is on the road PLK II no.25 East Jakarta. Learning system that occurs in SMK PGRI 1 JAKARTA is still done in a conventional way, which the teachers and students do the teaching and learning process with face to face in a classroom. Conventional learning system, the teacher is unable to attend with a goal or time that is not sufficient in the delivery of subjects. Then there will be ineffectiveness of teaching and learning process. With the identification of problems above, it can be concluded that SMK PGRI 1 requires an online-based learning media that can help teachers and students in the effectiveness of learning in SMK PGRI 1. Research methods used in this paper is the technique of data writing and system development model. Problems that exist in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta among them is the absence of online learning media, teaching methods are still done directly in the classroom, Limited time of study in class so that materials that require discussion in a long time should be explained in a short time and if the teacher unable to attend for a reason it will result in delayed delivery of material that has been adjusted based on the curriculum, Lack of efficiency and practicality for students in obtaining material or collecting tasks. Because there are still many teachers in providing materials and gathering tasks conventionally or manually, so that felt inefficient in time and energy.

<p>Quality of learning can be affected by the effectiveness of the communication that was built by the teacher in the learning process. To produce an effective learning process, teachers are required to have good communication skills. Therefore, to know the implementation, effectiveness and communication enabling and inhibiting factors in the learning that takes place in an educational institution conducted a study entitled "Analysis of Communication Learning Institute of Islamic Education (Case Studies in Karawang regency MAN)". This study aims to determine the implementation of learning communication, enabling factors, inhibiting factors and the effectiveness of communication and how learning occurs in MAN Karawang regency. Results of this study are expected to provide solutions to the problems of learning communication especially in MAN Karawang regency. The method used is the case study method, the study design using the communication network analysis of Rogers &amp; Kincaid. In this study developed the concept of the fifth components of learning communication, communication source, message communication, communication channels, message recipient, and feedback. Research instruments developed through questionnaires, interviews and field observations. The study was conducted in 4 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Karawang district with a total sample of 120 students and 127 teachers. he results show the communication of the fifth components of learning, which is best done by teachers and students is a component of the message communication with a percentage of 96 %, whereas the lowest was learning media component that is equal to 72 %. Fifth components of learning communication concept which is based on the results of this study suggested to do in madrasah aliyah in Karawang regency.</p><p>Keyword: Learning communication, communication variabel, effectivityy</p>

This research came from a background of the need of using Playing Blocks method to increase children’s creativity in learning process at Kindergarten. This research had a purpose to know the use of playing blocks method in increasing the student hijaiyah learning capability at Group B TK Sandhy Putra Telkom Ternate.This research used the class room action research which was carried out Group B at TK. Sandhy Putra Telkom Ternate by 2 cycles. This research used qualitative approach to get data and analized by observation sheet, observation rating, teachers and students documentation.The research result showed that in the first cycle, the criteria of success rate reached 47,06%  (10 students)  from 28 students, meanwhile in the second cycle, the criteria of success rached 78,6% (22 students). Thus, it can be concluded that playing block improved the student hijaiyah learning capability.Keywords: Playing blocks media, hijaiyah, learning capability

The background of this research is that in the teaching and learning process MTs Nurul Huda has applied rewards. The application of rewards is a means to encourage students to improve students' questioning skills in the learning process. The objectives of this research are: to find out whether the implementation of rewards can improve Questioning Skills in the subject of Islamic Cultural History for class VIII MTs Nurul Huda. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers and students. Collecting data in this research using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are to give rewards to students, generate or foster enthusiasm for students' curiosity about learning so that students ask a lot of questions. Thus, students' asking skills automatically increase

The purpose of this study is to describe how the Microsoft Teams application is used in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data technique is done by collecting information, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then described descriptively. From this method, the research results show that the use of Microsoft Teams in online learning activities is said to be quite effective and efficient. With various features in one application that makes it easier for teachers and students to access, because teachers can deliver materials using various facilities or features provided by the Team, not only in text but also in text. video form. In addition, teachers can also assess the activeness of their students with the chat feature, and can efficiently assign assignments as evaluation materials to see the level of student understanding. In addition, Teams can also be used for video reservations for face-to-face learning via online. The problem that is the subject of the study in this study is the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education, and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the instruments used in data collection by researchers include interviews, observation and documentation. The informants from this study are the Heads, Waka, Teachers and Students. The technique used to check the credibility of the data is the extension of the presence of the researcher, in-depth observation, triangulation, detailed description and analysis of negative cases. The results of the study show that the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of management of Islamic education institutions is to use several methods, which are varied and some of the approaches taken by the head of the madrasah which can then improve the quality of education in this educational institution, then the other is to use an approach individuals, group approaches, educational approaches, religious approaches or religious approaches, fulfillment of school facilities and infrastructure, appreciation of student learning and so on. While the factors that influence the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education institutions are positive factors which include the existence of adequate human resources, student awareness, and also the existence of cooperation between existing education practitioners, complete facilities and infrastructure, then the teacher's creativity in teaching.
