Nutrition is a major factor that has an important role in the growth anddevelopment in the toddlers. In the nutritional fulfillment of the toddler, the mother plays very important role. This study aimed to determinethe factors associated with the behavior of parents with the nutritionalstatus of toddlers. The research design was used analytical surveywith cross sectional study approach. The population in this researchwas 213 Balita, the sample in this research was 136 children in BulaloVillage Kwandang District, North Gorontalo District, the samplingmethod was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection ofrespondents in general using questionnaires, data analysis usingSPSS program version 21.0. Bivariate analysis to know the existenceof relation between dependent variable and independet by using chisquared test α = 0,05. The results showed that there was a correlationbetween parents' knowledge on the Nutritional Status of Toddlers (p =0,000), there was a correlation between parental attitudes with thenutritional status in the toddler (p = 0,000), there was a correlationbetween parental action with the nutritional status in the toddler (p =0,000 ). This study recommends to parents to always pay attention tothe type of food consumed and the mothers should often follow thecounseling done by midwives and nutrition officials so that thenutritional status of toddlers has increased.

Background: To evaluate the potential factors associated with the nutritional composition of human milk of puerperal women. Methods: cross-sectional study, conducted between March 2016 and August 2017, with 107 women, selected in a Tertiary Health Care Tertiary Health Facility of the Unified Health System (SUS) in the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro. Data were collected two months after delivery. The dependent variable of the study was the nutritional composition of human milk. We divided the independent variables into hierarchical levels: distal (age, schooling, parity and pregestational nutritional status), intermediate (number of prenatal visits and gestational weight gain) and proximal (alcohol consumption, smoking, diabetes mellitus and hypertension). For data analysis, we applied the multiple linear regression, centered on the hierarchical model. Only the variables associated with the nutritional composition of breast milk remained in the final model at a 5% level of significance. Results: The nutritional composition of human milk yielded by women with pregestational overweight, smokers and hypertensive had higher amounts of lipids and energy. Conversely, women with gestational weight gain below the recommended had lower amounts of these components. Conclusion: The evaluation of factors associated with the nutritional composition of human milk is extremely important to assist post-partum care practices. In this study, we observed that lipid and energy contents were associated to pregestational nutritional status, gestational weight gain, smoking and hypertension.

Abstract Objective: to verify the prevalence of and factors associated with polypharmacy among elderly residents of the city of Cuiabá, in the state of Mato Grosso. Method: a cross-sectional study of 573 people aged 60 and over was performed. Polypharmacy was defined as the use of five or more medications. To investigate the association between polypharmacy and sociodemographic variables, health and access to medication, the Mantel Haenszel chi square test was used in bivariate analysis and Poisson regression was used in multivariate analysis. The significance level adopted was 5%. Result: the prevalence of polypharmacy was 10.30%. Statistically significant associations were found between polypharmacy and living with others, describing suffering from circulatory, endocrine, nutritional and digestive tract diseases, and referring to financial difficulties for the purchase of medicines. Conclusion: some social and health condition factors play an important role in the use of multiple medications among the elderly.

The sample in this study that people around the cage which amounts to 43 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and a doctor's diagnosis. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis were processed using the computerized system and Lambda test. The results showed that respondents ammonia contaminated and uncontaminated 21 people 22 people (51.2 %), which has a disturbing perception as many as 23 people (53.5 %) and did not interfere with 20 people (46.5 %) and respondents who had psychosomatic disorders is 13 people (30.2 %) and not psychosomatic 30 people (69.8%) .Based Lambda test showed that there was no relationship between the concentration of ammonia with psychosomatic disorders in settlements around the cage Sei Lembu Makmur (p = 1.000> 0.05) and there was no relationship between perception and psychosomatic disorders in the settlements around the cage Sei Lembu Makmur (p = 0.462> 0.05). For the people around the cage explain to the public that air pollution by ammonia due to the smell of the chicken coop with the highest ammonia concentration of 3.32 ppm which means no influence posed to human health.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of energy, protein, fat and worm inflectional status to the nutritional status of SDN 01 Limpakuwuss student in Sumbang, Banyumas. This research was cross sectional study approach, used purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria in 44 respondents. Analysis conducted by univariate, bivariate (Spearman rank) and multivariate (multiple logistic regression).Multivariate analysis showed the variables that influenced nutritional status is the level of fat consumption (p=0.022), and the variable did not affect the nutritional status are the level of energy consumption (p=0.999), protein consumption level (p=0.580), and worm infection status (p = 0.661). The suggestion is to get more food that can fulfil the energy, protein, fat needs and make the canteen in the school becomes a healthy canteen that serves healthy and nutritious meal.

Worms is an infectious disease caused by parasitic worms that can endanger health. Worms that often infect and have a very detrimental impact are soil-borne worm infections or Soil-Transmitted Helminths. Soil-Transmitted Helminths still considered insignificant because it is considered not to cause harm or cause death. This study aims to determine the relationship of parasites in the soil with the presence of parasites on the nails of farmers Sumber Urip 1 Village Wonorejo, East Java, Indonesia. The research method was used observational analytic with a cross-sectional study design which involved 18 Sumber Urip 1 farmers in Wonorejo Village. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. The bivariate analysis uses Pearson correlation with decision making using significant <0.01. The identification of parasites using the floating method in 18 soil samples contained 12 flattering pieces of hookworm larvae and roundworm eggs. While the results of parasite identification with sedimentation method in 18 nail samples of farmers, there are 11 positive hookworm larvae samples, i.e. Ancylostoma duodenale. The correlation test result showed a relationship between parasites in the soil and nails of Sumber Urip 1 farmers in Wonorejo village (significant as P < 0.01). The use of gloves and footwear (shoes) when working on agricultural land, wash hands with soap and brush nails so that dirt is lost, and consume worm medicine can prevent worms infection.

Weaning too early can affect the growth of the baby and the mother often ignores the nutritional needs of the baby. In addition, malnutrition is more common today than during the first 4-6 months of life. This is because many families do not understand the special needs of babies and are unable to provide food with good nutritional value. The type of research used is a survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The population is all mothers who have babies aged 6 months and the sample is all mothers who have babies aged 6 months. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant effect between mothers who did weaning for less than 6 months with education = 0.006. There is a significant effect between mothers who do weaning for less than 6 months with employment status = 0.008. There is a significant effect between mothers who do weaning less than 6 months with birth spacing = 0.007.

This study is a quantitative study with a correlative descriptive research design with a cross sectional study approach. The population consisted of elderly patients who participated in prolanis activities at the Cakung District Health Center. Sampling using total sampling. The sample consisted of 60 respondents. Data analysis using chi square test. The results showed a relationship between age (p = 0.000), physical activity (p = 0.000) and dementia. Physical activity needs to be done by the elderly to inhibit the factors that accelerate the onset of dementia. Counseling and learning about physical activity in the elderly should be a program in providing health services to the elderly, especially to prevent dementia. Keywords : Dementia, Physical Activity
