PT.XYZ is a gas oil manufacturing company, which produces offshore oil and gas drilling equipment. In supporting its business processes, this company uses a separate module application which causes data flow to be interrupted and results in the company experiencing delays in managing data and getting information on time. Based on the analysis of the problem, the researcher will design an integrated enterprise information system architecture for sales, finance, raw material procurement, production, project plan, and inventory. The method used is the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework which consists of four phases, namely the vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture phases. This enterprise architecture design produces a blueprint as a guideline or framework in the development of information systems at PT. XYZ. The overall result of this research is to produce an enterprise architecture information system design

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of tires. Good business strategy is necessary for the company to compete with local competitors as well as with other companies in the group XYZ. Business strategy is also needed in order to achieve its goal in providing the best services for customers. Support the implementation of information systems and information technology is needed to support the company's business strategy. Planning of the Enterprise Architecture is necessary for the company to run its business processes. Enterprise architecture is composed of the Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture. Business processes and organizational activities executed using the data collected, managed, secured and distributed using applications, both custom applications and common applications that run over the technology infrastructure and computer networks. The research report in this thesis discusses about planning the Enterprise Architecture of Manufacturing Information System Architecture Based Cloud Computing using TOGAF, a case study in PT.XYZ. In planning this architecture using the TOGAF-ADM to pass the following stages: Defining planning the Architecture Vision, Planning the Business Architecture, Planning the Information System Architecture, Planning the Technology Architecture, Solutions and Opportunities, Migration Planning, Implementation Management, and Change Management Architecture. The research process is done by looking at the business strategy on the manufacturing process and products distribution from PT. XYZ. The results of this study are planning the enterprise architecture of manufacturing information system at PT. XYZ to support the implementation of enterprise information systems as a whole, to solve the integration problems of information systems, and improve effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of information technology infrastructure.

A Company

Utilization of information systems and information technology is needed in supporting business processes of a company, because the information system is one of the important things in the key to success of a company. Along with the development of information systems have an information system architecture model, where the information system architecture is necessary to plan the information system architecture to be built in the future, where the information system architecture as a spear to improve the competitiveness of a company with other companies.             PT. Ma'soem Arias is one of Pertamina lubricant distributor in West Java. The business activities carried out are to sell Pertamina lubricants to direct customers and direct lubricant procurement from Pertamina's producers. PT. Ma'soem Arias until now in carrying out its business process has not used the information system so needed an Enterprise Architecture planning for PT. Ma'soem Arias.Enterprise architecture model used in this research is by using Oracle Enterprise Architecture Framework (OEAF) model. The advantages of OEAF is to use object oriented concept, where the concept approaches the problem from the perspective of the object and not the perspective of the functional so it is easy to be understood. The method used is Oracle Architecture Development Process (OADP) method, where OADP method has several stages, ie from start of study about business architecture, architecture vision, current state architecture and future state architecture.The result of this research is recommendation of information system of PT. Ma'soem Arias is a blueprint for enterprise architecture planning that succeeds in defining 4 main business processes, the data architecture produces 24 entities, 4 applications and for its technological architecture produces technology architecture proposal.

Abstract: Enterprise information system architecture has covered various fields, one of which is the pharmaceutical industry which has also changed significantly. Pharmaceutical companies and all business lines around the world are forced to reconsider their business priorities and strategies to deal with uncertainty, volatility and complexity. Where it will be handled in the presence of an integrated system. In this research the implementation of information system technology is carried out by implementing the TOGAF ADM framework that will help companies in architectural modeling starting from designing system architecture, business process architecture, drug sales information system architecture, technology architecture, several proposed architectural designs for business opportunities, and proposals system changes running. The result is that the enterprise modeling information system sales architecture to produce architectural blueprints can be done in six stages in the TOGAF ADM framework. Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise Sistem Informasi Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Sosial, dan Transmigrasi (Disnakersostrans) Kabupaten Purwakarta dirancang dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) dengan metode Architecture Development Method (ADM). Penggunaan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM digunakan sebagai acuan dalam merencanakan suatu arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi sehingga dapat dibangun suatu sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang saling terintegrasi dan selaras dengan kebutuhan aktivitas bisnis organisasi khususnya dalam pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap organisasi. Alat bantu analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan metode Value Chain. Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang selaras dengan proses bisnis yang ada di Disnakersostrans Kabupaten Purwakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa blue print arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi yang menghasilkan lima aplikasi lama yaitu IPK, SIMPKH, SIMDA, SISKOTKLN dan TKA online dan dua puluh tiga aplikasi baru. Serta menghasilkan arsitektur teknologi berupa arsitektur jaringan sebagai acuan dalam pembangunan sistem lebih lanjut, sehingga dapat menunjang proses bisnis yang ada di Disnakersostrans Kabupaten Purwakarta.      Kata kunci: TOGAF, ADM, arsitektur enterprise, sistem informasi, blue print The enterprise information system architecture planning of Manpower, Social and Transmigration Office (Disnakersostrans) of Purwakarta is designed using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with Architecture Development Method (ADM). The TOGAF ADM framework is used as a reference in planning an enterprise information system architecture so that it can build an information system and information technology that is integrated and aligned with the needs of the organization's business activities especially in the service to the community. Data collection is done by interview and direct observation to the organization. Analytical tools used are Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Value Chain method. Enterprise architecture planning is aimed to build information systems and information technology in harmony with existing business processes in the Disnakersostrans Purwakarta. The results of this research are the blue print of business architecture, data architecture, application architecture that produces five old applications namely IPK, SIMPKH, SIMDA, SISKOTKLN and TKA online and twenty three new applications. As well as produce technology architecture in the form of network architecture as a reference in further development of the system, so it can support the existing business processes in the Office of Disnakersostrans Purwakarta.Keywords: TOGAF, ADM, enterprie architect, information system, blue print

This paper analyses enterprise information system (EIS) design problem. It is showed that current design methodologies do not provide adequate support for the development of EIS. The problem classes solved by modern EIS and their peculiarities are presented. Architectural styles and their merging possibilities are analysed. The set of connectors for enterprise information system architecture is proposed.

The Government

One of the Nawa Cita programs established by the government is to develop Indonesia from the periphery by strengthening human resources, infrastructure and services to be the basis of the government's commitment to develop the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) region. As a province bordering the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, NTT has become a target for the development of border areas, namely the construction of an Integrated Cross-border Post (PLBN) with various supporting facilities. Integrated PLBN is a "home" for CIQ services (Customs / customs, Immigrate / immigration, and Quarantine / quarantine) under the authority of 5 ministries. At present, each service does not yet have an integrated system and does not yet have supporting infrastructure to optimize coordination and collaboration between institutions so that it affects the effectiveness and efficiency of one-stop services. The purpose of this research is to create a cross platform information system architecture model to support business processes carried out by the customs, immigration and quarantine authorities in three (3) Integrated State Border Posts (PLBN) in the NTT region by applying the concept of Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). The proposed information system architecture aims to solve the problems encountered in carrying out business processes and services as well as supporting national government policies and strategies in managing border regions between countries. The results of this study are expected to be applied to support the business processes carried out by connecting all relevant institutions in order to realize good governance in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of the enterprise information system in order to submit a proposed information systems strategy. Research methods used in this research is the analysis of the Enterprise Architecture. The proposed planning is business strategy planning and information technologysystems in companies, which can be used within a period of several years. The conclusion from this study is that the proposed planning system can help the company's performance in running business processes, and create a competitive advantage for the company to stay afloat and ahead of the stiff competition in the present or in the future.

Dalam mendukung program pemerintah yaitu Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat (Disparbud KBB) khususnya pada fungsi Kepegawaian Umum dan Bina Budaya diupayakan dapat menyelaraskan antara layanan bisnis dan layanan teknologi informasi dalam melakukan perubahan dari segi layanan internal maupun publik dalam mengembangkan potensi kebudayaan dan pariwisata untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Enterprise Architecture (EA) menjadi jawaban sebagai pengembangan rancangan dokumentasi blueprint TI. Perancangan EA pada penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengembangan sistem melalui Phase C: Information System Architecture (Data Architecture & Application Architecture). Metode analisis dokumen, wawancara dan observasi dilakukan dalam menunjang pencaharian kebutuhan informasi organisasi selama pengembangan EA. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan berupa solusi integrase proses data dan aplikasi melalui teknologi Government Service Bus (GSB).
