This work takes as reference the work “Education: A Treasure to Discover – Educação: Um Tesouro a Descobrir” by Jacques Delors, prepared for UNESCO, on the four pillars of knowledge: learning to know, to do, to live together and to be, being a bibliographic research. The problem that motivated this work is to show that the profound change of the traditional frameworks of human existence puts us before the new commitment to better understand the other social being and the world around us. The general objective is to sensitize people linked to the educational process to realize that the practice of education today is based on the view that the human person is brought to care for external factors, without the proper instigation of the autonomy of reasoning. The pillars have specific objectives: to lead people throughout life education to walk the path of self-knowledge, to develop personality in an integral way; consolidate team spirit, creativity and respect for differences; to awaken from an early age the awareness that an education based on the four pillars of knowledge will form the leaders of the future. The conclusion that closes the work shows that the current evolution of society, opposite the production machine, is demanding new propositures of the absorption of knowledge, making, coexistence and social dimension in this Age of Knowledge.

Education is a very complex activity. Almost all dimensions of human life are seen in the educational process, either directly or indirectly. Under no circumstances can humans resist the effects of implementing education. Education is also a process in which it finds transformation both within oneself and in the community. Therefore, the correct educational process is to free a person from various confines, intimidation and exploitation. This is a portrait of the world of education which is increasingly concerning, even disturbing many people. This situation implies that the dehumanization of school education becomes something that cannot be separated from life, education seems to be the ghost of society. The dehumanization of education, to borrow Paulo Freire's term, is education that oppresses, curbs, and shackles the subject of learning, both the learner and the teacher himself. The context of the research in this scientific work is to discuss the principle of freedom of learning of Imam Al-Ghazali and how the principle of the system among Ki Hajar Dewanatara's perspective. This research is a library research (Library Research), by discussing the principle of freedom of learning by Imam Al-Ghazali and how the principle of the system among Ki Hajar Dewanatara's perspective. Data collection was carried out with yellow books and books, journals, theses, and other scientific works related to the above discussion. Data analysis is carried out by discussing content (content analysis) which is sometimes found in books and books. Check the validity of the data is done with Credibility (Credibilty). The results of this study indicate that: The basic principle of Imam Al-Ghazali's freedom of learning can be interpreted as a conscious effort that leads to the creation of outer and inner behavior to do good and stay away from evil, to have a complete personality both to himself or to others. And also in the principle of the Among Ki Hajar Dewantara system in the implementation of learning at Ki Hajar Dewantara's school, using the "Among System". In the Among System, every teacher (pamong) as a leader in the educational process is required to behave: Ing Ngarsa Sun Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Kasra, Tut Wuri Handhayani.

The introduction of quarantine restrictions in the world has led to restrictions on many industries of both economic and social spheres of life. Education has not become an exception. The need to level the large number of students necessitated the search for alternative ways of organising educational and pedagogical processes. This is especially an issue for higher education institutions. Higher education institutions train specialists for many sectors of the economy and a significant break in the educational process due to quarantine restrictions could lead to a real collapse of the higher education system. This necessitates the search for ways to transform the pedagogical process in higher education institutions and the introduction of alternative mechanisms and methods of organising the educational process. The purpose of the study was to investigate the ways of transformation of the pedagogical process in higher education during the quarantine. A systematic algorithm for studying the transformation of the pedagogical process in conditions of quarantine and quarantine restrictions in higher education has been developed. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning technologies of higher education have been identified. The main features of such remote technologies as Moodle, Google Classroom, and Zoom are analysed.

The subject of alignment is not new to the world of education. Today however, it has come to mean different things and to have a heuristic value in education according to research in different areas, not least for neuroscience, and to attention to skills and to the alternation framework. This paper, after looking at the classic references that already attributed an important role to alignment in education processes, looks at the strategic role of alignment in the current context, outlining the shared construction processes and focusing on some of the ways in which this is put into effect.Alignment is part of a participatory, enactive approach that gives a central role to the interaction between teaching and learning, avoiding the limits of behaviourism, which has a greater bias towards teaching, and cognitivism/constructivism, which focus their attention on learning and in any case, on that which separates a teacher preparing the environment and a student working in it.

In the presented study, the authors raise the question of the need to include in the educational process of a preschool institution to familiarize children with some philosophical categories. The educational system in which the child is included, starting from preschool childhood, provides him with the opportunity to gradually and continuously enter the knowledge of the world around him. It is in preschool childhood that the child is exposed to various relationships, values of culture and health, diverse patterns in the field of different knowledge. This contributes to a broader interaction of the preschooler with the world around him, which, in turn, ensures the assimilation not of disparate ideas about objects and phenomena, but their natural integration and interpenetration, which means understanding the integrity of the picture of the world. The authors prove the idea that the assimilation of philosophical categories by children contributes to the understanding of the structure of the surrounding world. The analysis of research is presented, proving that children's fiction in an understandable and accessible language, life examples and vivid images is able to explain to children the laws of the functioning of nature and society, as well as to reveal the world of human relations and feelings. Fiction surrounds the child from the first years of his life. It is she who contributes to the development of thinking and imagination, enriches the sensory world, provides role models and teaches you to find a way out in different situations. Philosophical categories such as "love and friendship", "beautiful and ugly", "good and evil" are represented in children's literature very widely, and the efficiency of mastering philosophical categories depends on the skill of an adult in conveying the content of a work, on correctly placed accents.

The world of education is a world where there are learning activities between teachers and students, these two components cannot be eliminated in an educational process because if one of them is lost there will never be a learning goal. However, on the other hand there are components that also play a role as supporting learning activities both directly and indirectly. No less important components are facilities and infrastructure. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving a goal of education, as a personal education we are required to master and understand the administration of facilities and infrastructure, to improve work power effectively and efficiently and be able to respect the work ethics of personal education, so harmony, comfort can create pride and a sense of belonging both from the school community and the residents of the surrounding community.

The article shows that the year 2020 taught us a lot and opened our eyes to a number of issues. However, it was precisely the Covid situation and the then announced pandemic that allowed many of us to slow down our pace of life a little and take a broader look at the world around us. The author, a well-known variety vocal teacher, reflects on the possibility of training vocal in an online format, while realizing such an essential component of the educational process as mentoring, and shows that the mentoring function is a necessary part of vocal lessons. It can be realized both through the choice of the repertoire and through communication between the teacher and the student. Vocal classes provide such an opportunity in the best possible way, since individual communication involves the transfer of one’s own worldview to the students, who perceive both the idea of the beautiful, and form their own technical singing skills, as well as build their own picture of the world following the teacher.
