The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of motivation, work environment, and work morale mediation on employee performance at Metro Kampus Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is part of the target population is 100 employees of Metro Yogyakarta Campus, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. The data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire collection method. The data analysis technique used is the regression technique which is supported by t-test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained are processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by the test. -t and obtained tcount> ttable (6.089> 1.67722) and (2.987> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance according to the significance test which was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (4.273> 1.67722) and (2.037> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, morale had a positive and significant effect on performance in accordance with the test. The significance was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (2.560> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee performance at Bento Kopi Yogyakarta. In this study, the target population is all employees of Bento Kopi Yogyakarta, both permanent and contractual. The sample of this study is part of the target population is 100 employees of Bento Kopi Yogyakarta, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. The data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire collection method. The data analysis technique used is the regression technique which is supported by the t test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained are processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by the test- t and obtained tcount> ttable (61.695> 1.66055) sig. amounting to 0.000 / 0.0 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (38.241> 1.66055) sig. 0.00 / 0.00 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in accordance with the significance test carried out with the t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (35.798> 1.66055) sig. 0,000 so that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

This study aims to see the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance with work discipline as a mediating variable for the employees of the Bagelen District Office. The population for this study were employees of the Bagelen District Office, Purworejo Regency. The sample used was 45 respondents. The technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 25 application. This study used a quantitative approach. The test instruments used in the study were validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used in this study is the t test. The results showed that extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline. This study entitled The effect of compensation and work discipline onemployee performance at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. The formulation ofthe problem in this study is whether the effect of compensation and workdiscipline on employee performance at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. . Thepurpose of this study was to determine the effect of work compensation anddiscipline on employee performance at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. This research was conducted on the employees of PT (SBS) Sinar BengkuluSelatan. While the time of this study was 20 days, from December 15 to January5, 2020. The population of this study were employees at PT (SBS) SinarBengkulu Selatan, while the sample of this study were employees of PT (SBS)Sinar Bengkulu Selatan which amounted to 95 people. This means that the samplematerial uses quantitative methods. With the research test data analysis technique, the results of the study can beconcluded that the respondents' perceptions about Compensation Location (X1)and Work Discipline (X2) affect Employee Performance (Y) with the results ofmultiple linear regression obtained the following equation: Y = 14,876 + 0,277X1+ 0.795X2 correlation analysis R = 0.823 (X1-Y), 0.926 (X2-Y) and thecoefficient of detrmination of R2 = 0.521 or approximately (52.51%) throughhypothesis testing together (simultaneously) and individually (partial) in Thisstudy uses the f test and t test, compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2), =0.000, it means that the value of fsig<0.05 shows that there is a significantinfluence together. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

A B S T R A C T Investor realized that the stock market gradually decreased during World Cup.The research aimed to analyze the return of market reaction which happenned before, during, and after World Cup 2014 on ASEAN stock market. The sample involved 181 companies were included in LQ-45, STI, FTSE BM KLCI, SET 50, PSEI index, which fulfilled the reseach criteria. The data analysis technique used was one sampel t-test with quantitative data. Based on the result, can be concluded that Indonesia and Thailand stock markets were higly effected by World Cup. A B S T R A K Investor mengetahui bahwa setiap piala dunia berlangsung, pergerakan saham melambat. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan terjadi penurunan return saham di pasar modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa reaksi pasar dalam bentuk return terjadi sebelum, selama dan sesudah piala dunia tahun 2014 pada pasar modal ASEAN. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 181 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam indeks LQ-45, STI, FTSE BM KLCI, SET 50, PSEI dan memenuhi kriteria penelitian.Teknik analisa data menggunakan one sampel t-test dengan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bukti bahwa pasar modal Indonesia dan Thailand sangat bereaksi terhadap peristiwa piala dunia tahun 2014. JEL Classification: G14, M20

Visionary leadership is a capability to make changes by having new visions and ideas, thinking ahead, carrying out stages of mutual interconnection that can influence and motivate teachers and their students. This research aims to find out the effect of leadership of Madrasah Principal Visionary to Teacher Discipline. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 60 teachers in MAN 2 Samarinda. The data of this research is obtained from questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation formula, determinant coefficient (R²) and t test. The results of this study shows the results of the t-test value of 3.5090> t table 2.00172, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The meaning is there is a correlation between variable X and Y, product correlation 0.416. That means there is a strong correlation between visionary leadership variable and teacher discipline variable. Percentage of visionary leadership for teacher  discipline is 17.30% (strong enough), the factors that cause these results include: giving the best performance without analyzing / following new era, inability to change teachers knowledge into strategy, and treating teachers differently causing conflicting duties. The supporting and inhibiting factors in managing teacher discipline include: teacher personalitty, the headmaster teachers supervision.

This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression equations show the following regression equation: Y = 5.622 + 0.488 (X1) + 0.329 (X2). Data collection techniques are based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and include documentation. Secondary data, among others, by searching for literature in the form of previous research journals, and textbooks that are related to the variables to be studied. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. As for the data analysis technique method using Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Analysis, Analysis of Determination (R2), hypothesis testing using the F test, T test and variable test which have the most influence. The results showed that the Training (X1) and Development (X2) variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the Employee Performance (Y) of the Production Department of PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara.“The results of multiple linear regression tests simultaneously found that the Training and Development variables had a significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Production Department“at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak”Kutai Kartanegara.”The results of”the multiple linear regression test partially found that training and development had a significant influence on the performance of the production department“employees at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara”. The results of the most influential variable test, it is known that the training variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the Employee Performance of the Production Department at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara.
