 AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan hasil Latihan penguasaan Senam Poco-Poco Olahraga Menggunakan Metode Konvensional dan Instruksional Siswa Laki-Laki Dan Perempuan Di SDN 75 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Sampel berjumlah 40 orang, dengan desain yang digunakan adalah two group Pre test-post test design. Instrumen penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Hasil Latihan Senam Poco-Poco Olahraga menggunakan metode konvensional dan instruksional siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji ANOVA. Hasil peneliti ini diperoleh f-hitung 38.70 lebih besar dari  f-tabel 2.86, artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan dari Hasil Latihan Senam Poco-Poco Olahraga Menggunakan Metode Konvensional dan Instruksional Siswa Laki-Laki Dan Perempuan Di SDN 75 Kota Bengkulu. Artinya dari kedua kelompok metode konvensional dan intruksional, metode intruksional adalah metode yang lebih baik. Pada kelompok metode konvensional dan intruksional siswa perempuan lebih baik dari pada siswa laki-laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan shadow langkah berurutan dan bersilangan, serta perbedaan diantara keduanya terhadap meningkatkan kelincahan footwork pada atlet bulutangkis   PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan desain two group pre-test post-test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 atlet putra. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes rangkaian olah kaki yang dikemukakan oleh Tohar. Teknik analisis data pada uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: pertama, ada pengaruh latihan shadow langkah berurutan terhadap kelincahan footwork atlet PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta dengan  nilai t sebesar -4,5 dan signifikansi hitung sebesar 0,001. Kedua, ada pengaruh latihan shadow langkah bersilangan terhadap kelincahan footwork atlet PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta dengan nilai t sebesar -4,667 dan signifikansi hitung sebesar 0,001, dan ketiga tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan shadow langkah berurutan dan shadow langkah bersilangan dalam peningkatan kelincahan footwork atlet PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. Hal ini berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari nilai t sebesar -1,353 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,191. The effects of shadow practice using sequential steps and crossing steps to footwork athlete agility AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of shadow practice with sequential steps and crossing step of footwork athletes agility PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta, knowing the difference of shadow practice with sequential steps and crossing steps in improving footwork athletic agility PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. This research is quasi-experimental research, using two-group pre-test post-test design. Sample of this study is 22 son athletes. Instruments in this study using a test foot circuit presented by Tohar. Data analysis technique of hypothesis using t-test. The results show that: first, there is the effect of shadow sequential step exercise on footwork athletes agility PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. It is proved by obtaining t value equal to -4,5 with significance count equal to 0,001. Second, there is the effect of the crossing steps shadow practice on footwork athlete agility PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. This is proved by obtaining t value equal to -4,667 with significance count equal to 0,001. And the third there is no significant difference between shadow sequential steps and shadow crossing steps in increasing agility footwork athletes PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. This is based on data obtained from the value of t -1.353 with significance is 0.191.

The present study is about the ordering adjective in adjective order. In this study the writer explores the students’ understanding and the student errors in the adjective order term. The writer employed pre-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 40 students taken from the second class of SMA Negeri 21 Makassar, academic 2014/2015. The data were collected by giving the student test. The data collected were analyzed by using scoring classification, mean score and percentage. To find out whether fighting question method can improve student understanding in ordering adjective orders and what is the most student errors in term adjective order. The result of the data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test. The value of mean of mean score post-test (69) is greater than the pre-test (43.25) and the most students errors in adjective order term is the position of an adjective ”Shape”.

This experimental research aims to determine the effect of arm power on the smash ability of badminton in terms of arm length consisting of long and short. This research was conducted at the Badminton Juang Lapris Building, Takalar Regency from December to January 2021.The experimental method used "two groups pre-test post-test design" ,. The sample consisted of 20 badminton players in Takalar Regency which were divided into two groups. Each group consists of 10 badminton players in Takalar Regency. The data analysis technique is the analysis with Tukey's test at a significance level of α = .05.The results of this study indicate that (1). There is an effect of arm power on the smash ability of badminton players in Takalar Regency in terms of long arm length. This is evidenced by the results of statistical analysis using the Tukey test, where Qhit = 5.79> Qtab (0.05) = 4.33 (2). There is no effect of arm power on the smash ability of badminton players in Takalar Regency in terms of short arm length. This is evidenced by using the Tukey test, where Qhit = 1.16> Qtab (0.05) = 4.33 (3). There is a difference in the effect of arm power on the smash ability of a badminton player in Takalar Regency between the length of the long arm and the length of the short arm. This is evidenced by the results of statistical analysis using the Tukey test, where Qhit = 6.74> Qtab (0.05) = 4.33

This research highlights the speaking ability of the students which categorized in tenth year students of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare . The students were taught through role play method to know the improvement of the students speaking ability. The data collected in 2012 by applying quasi-experimental method, with two group pre-test and post-test design. The samples were taken of the research were consisted of 43 students from two classes taken from the population. The result of the data analysis shows that the students’ speaking mastery improved significantly. It was showed by the mean score of pre-test was 49.34 and the post-test was 71.304. It shows that the use of role play method can improve the students’ speaking ability of the tenth year students of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare significantly. Besides the different score of pre-test and post-test, the mean score of the students in post-test was 71.304 is higher than the Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (70) in SMA Negeri 3 Parepare. After analyzing the data by using the test formula, the result of t-test value in post-test was 1.868 and t-table value was 1.684. It means that the t-test value (1.868) was higher than t-table value (1.684). This study aims to determine the extent of the difference in effect between knee tuck jump and half squat jump training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games. By using the field experiment method. The population used is male students of Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO with a sample of 60 people taken by Proposive random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the t-test at 95% significance level. The results showed that; (1) There is a significant effect of knee tuck jump training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven to = 13,446> tt = 2,045. There is a significant effect of half squat jump training on the ability of the Kedeng smash in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven to = 10.478> tt = 2.045. There is a significant difference in effect between training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven, to = 9,970> tt = 2,000.

This present study is aimed at finding out (1) the possible effect of subtitled and non-subtitled movies on students’ listening achievement, and (2) the difference between using subtitled and non-subtitled movies in students’ listening comprehension. A Comparative study using two groups with a pre-test and post-test design was undertaken in this research. The data were collected using the IELTS listening test. There were two results in the data analysis of IELTS listening test. The first, a general improvement was noted. It was found that both procedures (presenting the movie with or without subtitles) produced a positive effect. Second, the result of movie task data analysis indicated a positive effect for both groups; both groups significantly improved during six weeks. It was revealed that subtitled group exercised a better performance than non-subtitled group. Keywords: Subtitled movies, Non-subtitled movies, The IELTS Listening Test.

English Environment Programs is one of method In Improving Speaking Ability At Polytechnic of National Informatics. This research aims at finding out wheather or not the use of English environment Programs improve the speaking ability. This research used Quasy experimental method with two group pre-test and post-test design. The result of the data analysis showed that the degree of freedom (df) was 43 (n1 + n2 – 2) where n1 = 30 and n2 = 15 so 30 + 15 – 2 = 43), the level of significant (α) = 0.05, the t-test value of students’ speaking ability= 3.765, and the t-table value = 2.021. The t-test value is greater than the t-table value (3.765 > 2.021), this showed that there is a significant difference of improvement between the Control group and Experimental Group. It means that the Alternative Hypothesis (H1) is accepted while the Null Hypothesis (H0) rejected. Based on the result above, the researcher concluded that the using of English Environment Programs can improve the speaking ability of the second year students of Polytechnic of National InformaticsKeywords: English Environment, Speaking, Effectiveness

English Environment Programs is one of method In Improving Speaking Ability At Polytechnic of National Informatics. This research aims at finding out wheather or not the use of English environment Programs improve the speaking ability. This research is concerned with applying roundtable technique writing skill in arranging sentences to form simple present tense. The aim of the research is to find out if applying roundtable technique effects on students’ writing skill in arranging sentences. The research is conducted by experimental method. The population of the research is XI students of SMA Swasta Dwi Tunggal Tanjung Morawa in 2018-2019 academic year. The sample consists of 60 students then divided into two groups, 30 students as experimental group and 30 students as control group. The experimental group is taught by applying roundtable technique and the control group without applying roundtable technique. The researcher uses writing test as instrument of the research. The test is answered by multiple choices and arranging sentences about simple present tense.The researcher analyzes the data by using the formula of t-test commonly used. After calculating and analyzing the data, it is concluded that tcalculate is higher than ttable (5,54 > 2,02). It showed that there is a significant difference. The pre test mean score of experimental is 57,16 and post test is 84,5, the difference is 27,34. The value ot tcalculate is bigger than ttable (5,54 > 2,02) degree of freedom is 58, and the level significance is 0,05. The result is that applying roundtable technique gives significant effect on students’ writing skill in arranging sentences simple presentt tense. So, It can concluded from t-test above that the hypothesis of this study is accepted.
