Construction of the Lumajang PDD campus building, the pilot of the Lumajang Community Community Academy began in 2017. The campus building will be built on 5.3 hectares of land located on Lumajang East Road. The process of building construction, will begin with measuring the boundary of the land by placing coordinates. This research was conducted in order to prepare the location or location of horizontal control points in preparation for the establishment of the Lumajang Community Community Academy campus building.The research method used in measuring coordinate points is the polygon method. Measurements were carried out in terrestrial surveys using theodolite devices. Theodolite devices are among the measurement target points, namely back-face. The measurement target points are located at the specified land boundary. The results of the study obtained a map of the distribution of horizontal control points on the boundaries of campus land and the installation of monuments

ABSTRACTThe forests that are not well-preserved caused the scarcity of forest products, especially wood in its different use, such as wood for industrial, building construction, and crafts. This situation has brought a significant impact on the wood prices that is increased significantly due to the high demand for wood. However, the supply is decreased, especially some types of wood to make craft products, such as surian wood, sungkai, and jelutung. This research is conducted using an experimental research method with slanted cutting and lamination techniques in the manufacture of wood products. This method is used by carrying some experimental stages. The results are several craft products produced with various levels of efficiency and function of the product. This research can contribute to finding solutions in the use of wood as raw materials in the crafts manufacture, especially wood crafts, effectively and efficiently.Keywords: efficiency, slant cutting, lamination, craft ABSTRAKKondisi hutan yang tidak terjaga kelestariannya mengakibatkan semakin langkanya hasil hutan. Salah satunya adalah kayu, baik kayu untuk keperluan industri, konstruksi maupun untuk keperluan pembuatan karya kriya. Dampaknya, harga kayu membumbung tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan permintaan kayu sangat tinggi, tetapi pasokan kayu semakin langka, terutama beberapa jenis kayu untuk keperluan pembuatan produk kriya, seperti kayu surian, sungkai, dan jelutung. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan teknik potong miring dan laminasi pada pembuatan produk kayu. Metode ini digunakan untuk melakukan tahapan-tahapan eksprimental sehingga produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Hasil yang telah dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah beberapa produk kriya dengan berbagai tingkat efisiensi dan fungsi produk. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi salah satu solusi dalam penggunaan bahan baku kayu dalam pembuatan karya kriya khususnya, kriya kayu secara efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: efisiensi, potong miring, laminasi, produk kriya

Progress does not amount to destroying the future, but to preserving its essence, to generate the impetus to do it better today (Y. Ortega Y Gasset 1951). Working in the areas of history and construction technology, the spirit of these statement guided my research: developing a research method for buildings not listed (yet) as monuments but needed to be analysed before the next approach. When studying buildings it is essential to consider not only the art history, social and urban planning factors, but especially the construction engineering aspects. In this way, a deeper understanding of the underlying design and building methods used in our built environment can be developed. There have been many historical and architectural studies of buildings. The period since the Second World War has received particular interest. Unfortunately, most of these studies do not address the technical aspects of the construction of these buildings. However, these issues were covered by publications at the time these buildings were constructed. Technology provided me with the inspiration to develop a more comprehensive research method to assess buildings: Analysing Buildings from Context to Detail in time: ABCD research method. Technology, at academic level, should be considered in the analysis of a building. Here we are concerned with construction engineering, the study of the requirements associated with constructing buildings. The Analysing Building Construction in time research matrix (ABC matrix) can be used in practice. It incorporates the study outcomes which relate to the building itself. Contextual aspects as well as building aspects are included. They can be analysed at the three time levels to draw conclusions which are relevant to the future existence of the building. The case study of the Friesland Provincial Library in Leeuwarden will be worked out in the conference paper.

ABSTRACTFood is a basic human need that is very important for life. For the sake of human survival, food must be guaranteed in its quality, safety, and halal (lawful) for Muslims. Halal-HACCP system is an approach to analyze the potential hazards and haram (prohibited) substances during food processing which can interfere with health and violate religious (Islamic) law. This approach refers to the system of HACCP and HCCP. This study aims to integrate HCCP and HACCP in one system, which is called the Halal-HACCP system. The research method applied was a review of the principles of HACCP combined with HCCP analysis. This system is expected to assist food producers in producing food that is guaranteed in their safety and halal status. Besides, the food companies will also be able to improve the efficiency of time, manpower, and costs in managing guarantees in the quality, safety, and halal of their processed food. Keywords: Halal, safety, HACCP, HCCP ABSTRAKPangan adalah kebutuhan dasar manusia yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan. Demi kelangsungan hidup manusia, pangan harus dijamin mutunya, keamanannya dan halal bagi umat Islam. Sistem Halal-HACCP adalah pendekatan untuk menganalisis potensi bahaya dan bahan haram (terlarang) selama pengolahan pangan yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan dan melanggar hukum agama (Islam). Pendekatan ini mengacu pada sistem HACCP dan HCCP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan HCCP (Halal Critical Control Points) dan HACCP (Hazards Analysis Critical Control Points) dalam satu sistem, yang disebut sistem Halal-HACCP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan prinsip-prinsip HACCP dikombinasikan dengan analisis HCCP. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu produsen makanan dalam memproduksi makanan yang dijamin dalam keamanan dan status halal mereka. Selain itu, perusahaan makanan juga akan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, tenaga dan biaya dalam mengelola jaminan dalam kualitas, keamanan dan kehalalan makanan olahan mereka. Kata kunci: Halal, keamanan, HACCP, HCCP

AbstractThe correctness of the geodetic service of an engineering object not seldom requires designing, alignment or renewing of geodetic situational control points. Building robots often cause that fixed situational control points are partly or completely inaccessible. For setting the position of these control points, there is worked out the methodology using the optoelectronic method. The prepared set of tools realizes the method’s assumptions and enables to determine the sides and control points based on the set of laser planes. In this article there is presented the innovative set of geodetic equipment for fixing horizontal control points. The presented set has been experimentally tested under laboratory conditions taking its functionality, operation range and applied accuracy into account. The measurement accuracy of the set of tools, resulting from identification of the energetic centres of laser planes’ edges, visualizing the sides of geodetic control networks, is within the range of ±0.02mm - ±0.05mm. There were also discussed exemplary versions of shapes and structures of horizontal geodetic control networks (regular and irregular), which are possible to be fixed with the use of the constructed set of tools.

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Building Construction Permit at the Housing Office, Settlement Area and Land of Kendari City.This research method uses a type of qualitative descriptive research that is data and information obtained from research informants and documentation relating to the facts then analyzed by connecting between concepts and facts to answer research problemsThe results of the study show that the implementation of the Building Construction Permit in the Housing, Settlement and Land Offices of Kendari City is included in the category of adequate. Policy implementation variables covering organizational aspects, aspects of interpretation and aspects of the application have been carried out adequately.

AbstractHorizontal control networks established with monuments are functional if the conditions related to the number of control points, their density, condition and stability of coordinates are met. For functionality defined in those terms, deterministic accuracy characteristics are of little use. The subject matter discussed herein includes the two key features of geodetic control points, i.e., usability and stability. Due to the varying properties of those variables and the impact of the operating time of the system, there is no alternative to reliability-based approach in developing the functionality model. The measures of functionality and the procedures of data acquisition for developing the model of the control network destruction process have been defined. The solution presented herein is relevant for geodetic practice, providing a standard procedure for defining the time frame and the scope of the control network upgrading. The identified destruction process model optimizes this task assuming critical states expressed by the functionality probability. The applied approach is an example of the reliability theory-based approach typical for engineering. The issue of simulating the destruction process is illustrated with the results of the tests of class 3 control networks conducted in Kielce and Lodz regions in Poland. As a result of the tests, the characteristic properties of the control network destruction process have been identified. It was also shown how the patterns of usability and accuracy of the geodetic control points are relevant on the stage of implementing investment project tasks.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an increase or not on the financial performance of the property, real estate and building construction sector which conducted in IPO 2017 on the Indonesia stock exchange. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. Of the 6 issuers conducting IPOs in 2017, there were 4 companies selected as research samples. Data collection techniques in this research is the study of literature and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are horizontal analysis with liquidity ratios, activities, solvency and profitability using the CR, cash ratio, TATO, DER, LTDtER, ROA, and ROE models. The result of this study indicate an increase and decrease in financial performance after the IPO in each sample if measured using CR, cash ratio, TATO, DER LTDtER, ROA and ROE.
