ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service is to improve the ability of teachers to utilize information technology for online learning. The current COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on education in Indonesia. Under these conditions, there will be a shift in the learning process from what is done in school to learning from home. One of the innovations made by the world of education during this pandemic is online learning. With this program and in the current pandemic conditions, of course SMA Negeri 5 Cimahi inevitably has to do online learning. However, online learning in secondary schools, not all students and teachers use the e-learning system synchronously in the teaching and learning process. The methods used in this service activity are in the form of training, discussions, and simulations conducted through webinars using the Zoom Meeting application. During the training, in addition to provide materials, pre-test and post-test were also given to participants. The training material was a google meet application for online learning. The result of this service activity was an increase in the ability of teachers to utilize information technology in online learning, namely synchronous e-learning using the Google Meet application. Keywords: Information technology, online learning, synchronous e-learning   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk pembelajaran online. Pandemi COVID-19 saat ini berdampak besar pada pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan kondisi tersebut maka akan terjadi pergeseran proses pembelajaran dari apa yang dilakukan di sekolah menjadi belajar dari rumah. Salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan oleh dunia pendidikan selama pandemi ini adalah pembelajaran online. Dengan adanya program ini dan dalam kondisi pandemi saat ini tentunya SMA Negeri 5 Cimahi mau tidak mau harus melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Namun, pembelajaran online di sekolah menengah, tidak semua siswa dan guru menggunakan sistem e-learning secara sinkron dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan, diskusi, dan simulasi yang dilakukan melalui webinar dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Selama pelatihan, selain pemberian materi, juga diberikan pre-test dan post-test kepada peserta. Materi pelatihannya berupa aplikasi google meet untuk pembelajaran online. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran online yaitu e-learning sinkron dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Meet. ABSTRAK Saat pademi in,i pembelajaran harus tetap dilakukan walaupun tidak di langsungkan di kelas, tetapi dengan pembelajaran yang bersifat online. Pengabdian masyarakat kali ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para Remaja mengenai Aplikasi media E-Learning yang sering digunakan di sekolah dan bisa memilih Aplikasi media pembelajaan yang efektif digunakan dalam E-Learning. Penggunaan Aplikasi (whastapp, zoom, google meet) sebagai media E-Learning ini sudah tidak asing lagi dikalangan remaja di dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tim pelaksana yang berperan sebagai tutor memberikan pengetahuan dan sekaligus melakukan pendampingan pada peserta pelatihan untuk menguasai materi pelatihan. Hal ini memungkinkan para remaja untuk menguasai materi dengan sekaligus melakukan praktik dengan pendampingan instruktur. 8 dari 10 remaja yang mengikuti pelatihan memilih menggunakan whatsapp dengan mempertimbangkan masalah kuota yang dimiliki sehingga pembelajaran bisa tetap berjalan dengan segala keterbatasan terutama masalah biaya pembelian kuota. ABSTRACTDuring this period, learning must still be carried out even though it is not carried out directly in class, but through online learning. This time, community service aims to provide knowledge to teenagers about E-Learning media applications that are often used in schools and can choose learning media applications that are effectively used in E-Learning. The use of applications (whastapp, zoom, google meet) as an E-Learning medium is no stranger to teenagers in the teaching and learning process. The implementation team, which acts as a tutor, provides knowledge and at the same time provides assistance to training participants to master the training material. This allows the youth to master the material while practicing with the instructor's assistance. 8 out of 10 teenagers who participated in the training chose to use WhatsApp by considering the quota problem they had so that learning could continue with all limitations, especially the problem of purchasing a quota.

Online learning is currently an inseparable part of the learning system since the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the obstacles in carrying out online learning is the limited skills in using information technology. This community service aims to improve students' understanding of information technology in supporting online learning. Based on the Pre and Post Test analysis, there was an increase in basic knowledge of information technology by 2.8% - 5.6% while an increase in understanding of the use of information technology was 8.3% - 13.9%. Overall there is an increase in knowledge and understanding of information technology after the training.

The online learning system is still having problems. As a result of the observations of the USU team, several obstacles were felt not only by the teachers at MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai but also by students and parents. The problems that occur are quite diverse. Starting from limited signal, limited devices suitable for online learning, to the lack of technological knowledge of teachers and students on online applications that support the teaching and learning process. There are various online applications available today, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, Youtube, and others. These various online applications play an important role in helping students and teachers in the distance learning process. The USU team conducted training using the online application Google Classroom and Zoom. Google Classroom and Zoom were chosen because they are easier for the teacher to implement, besides that the two online applications facilitate coordination and communication between teachers and students, so that the material being taught can be discussed more easily, more freely and can be updated more quickly. In this community service, Online Learning training was conducted for the Elementary School / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Level with Various Online Applications at MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai. This community service has reached the implementation stage of training which begins with the initial survey stage, provision of training modules and also training. The next stage is monitoring and evaluation and feedback.

Abstrac The student learning model during the COVID 19 pandemic must be done virtually, a model of distance learning between teachers and students.  Among them only utilize the network and also learning media such as E-learning and also WA Group. With the various obstacles experienced by teachers when going to do the teaching and learning system, it certainly spurs teachers to be creative in the teaching and learning process. On the other hand, the student's response to the material delivered by the teacher in online learning, becomes a challenge for teachers when there are obstacles in the teaching and learning process of students at MTsN 3 Pamekasan. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive type. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observations, documentation and information obtained from teachers and students. While checking the validity of data is done through the extension of participation, perseverance of observation and triangulation. The results showed that the creativity of IPS teachers in running the Self-Learning Work Unit system, students are also directed to know more about COVID 19 by researching the environment and making a map of the distribution and prevention methods. Last asked to make a simple report in the form of mind mapp or learning model through youtube. The response of students in online learning will be in the same direction as the teacher's response, if the teacher's response is good it will increase the student's learning spirit. Furthermore, there are factors inhibiting teacher creativity in online learning, namely: networks, devices and knowledge of students. In addition, the supporting factor is the willingness of teachers to stay aware and learn about the learning media used as material for achieving effective and efficient learning. Keywords: teacher creativity, e-learning, learning media             Abstrak Model pembelajaran siswa dimasa pandemi COVID 19 harus harus dilakukan secara virtual, model pembelajaran jarak jauh antara guru dan siswa.  Diantara mereka hanya memanfaatkan jaringan dan juga media pembelajaran seperti E-learning dan juga WA Group. Dengan berbagai kendala yang dialami guru ketika akan melakukan sistem belajar mengajar, tentu memacu guru untuk kreatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Disisi lain respon siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan guru dalam pembelajaran daring, menjadi tantangan bagi guru ketika terdapat hambatan-hambatan dalam proses belajar mengajar siswa di MTsN 3 Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan informasi yang diperoleh dari guru dan siswa. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas guru IPS dalam menjalankan sistem Unit Kerja Belajar Mandiri, peserta didik juga diarahkan untuk lebih mengetahui tentang COVID 19 dengan meneliti lingkungan dan membuat peta persebaran serta cara pencegahanya. Terakhir diminta membuat laporan sederhana berupa mind mapp atau model pembelajaran melalui youtube. Respon siswa dalam pembelajaran daring akan berbanding searah dengan respon guru, jika respon guru baik maka akan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Selanjutnya ada faktor penghambat kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran daring yaitu: jaringan, perangkat dan pengetahuan siswa. Selain itu, faktor pendukung yaitu adanya kemauan dari guru untuk tetap mengetahui dan belajar terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai bahan tercapainya pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. This community service activity aims to improve teachers’ abilities to create video lessons that could be used either on online learning or in person. The activity's strategy was a workshop that mainly focused on working and creating video lessons after giving a brief explanation on how to produce the video. The workshop also involves pre and post-test to assess the improvement of participants’ competence. This activity resulted in video lessons uploaded on the Youtube channel, and participants’ assessment scores improved from 65,8 to 76,9. Therefore, teachers involved in this social service admitted that they benefit from joining the workshop as they are now able to create exciting video lessons that might raise students’ enthusiasm and motivation in the learning process.

Technology has experienced very rapid development at this time and has brought changes and has a positive and negative impact on human life. One of the fields currently contaminated by technological developments is the field of education, especially in Indonesia, where at first the learning system was still manual-based and is currently developing into an online learning system. It is clear that various levels of schools and universities have used technology to support their learning process and apply it. One of the uses of technology in the field of education is learning management systems (NGOs) such as e-learning. The use of e-learning as a learning medium has a function to improve the quality of student learning and help improve student understanding in learning. However, there are still many schools that have not implemented e-learning in their teaching and learning process, such as high school (SMA). Distance learning causes teachers to think creatively so that the teaching and learning process continues as it should. In addition, various platforms and media for online learning are still not widely known by teachers. The Whatsapp application is an application that is already widely used. In this application, it is possible to form groups that can gather many people to be able to chat with each other and exchange information that allows the delivery of messages in groups besides delivering messages individually. The purpose of this service is so that teachers can make maximum use of the Whatsapp media as a distance learning facility. The method in this service of AbdiMas team took the initiative to conduct a one day coaching clinic using the Whatsapp application as a means of evaluating student learning to SIT Mush'ab bin Umair teachers. The conclusion of this dedication activity is that this community service activity is felt to be very beneficial for the SIT Mush'ab bin Umair teachers. In part, the limitations of online learning facilities and infrastructure can be overcome by using Whatsapp. The use of Whatsapp as an online exam means is considered relatively cheap with a wide reach, easy to use, especially for most of the students of SIT Mush'ab bin Umair who are still in grades 1 and 2.

The corona virus outbreak affects various aspects of life, including the field of education. SMA IT Plus Bazma Brilliant during the online learning period has used e-learning in its teaching and learning activities. Teachers in utilizing information technology, must be creative. The number of students who want to learn programming laravel framework to make applications so that they learn through social media ranging from youtube, facebook or links on google. However, even though they are learning on their own, students still find it difficult because there is no teacher to guide them. There are some students who don't really understand programming, one of which is Laravel programming because of the lack of direct assistance during this COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this service is to provide training to students in understanding Laravel framework programming. The method used is through lectures and discussions followed by direct practice using the Laravel framework which is guided by the service team. The results of this service. Participants who took part in the training felt happy and satisfied with this service activity, this could be seen from the expressions of satisfaction and enthusiasm of the participants listening and asking various things about the material that had been given by the devotees. This service activity is considered by the participants as a means of introducing and learning the Laravel framework as a basis for learning programming to create a simple project

Peningkatan kualitas  pembelajaran terus ditingkatkan dan dipertahakan dengan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Berhubung zaman sekarang ini penggunaan internet bukan lagi barang baru maka peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran juga dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan internet sehingga proses pembelajaran disebut juga dengan pembelajaran berbasis e-learning. Merupakan sebuah terobosan baru dibidang pengajaran dan pembelajaran, karena mampu meminimalkan perbedaan cara mengajar dan materi, sehingga memberikan standar kulitas pembelajaran yang lebih konsisten. Sistem e-Learning adalah mutlak diperlukan untuk mengantisipasi perkembangan jaman dengan dukungan teknologi informasi dimana semua menuju ke era digital, baik mekanisme maupun konten. The development of information technology in recent years has developed at a very high rate, giving a significant impact on the field of education, thus sparking the birth of the idea of e-learning. To be able to obtain maximum results it is necessary to design an e-learning learning process. The purpose of this writing is the use of the e-learning model in improving the learning process so that it can improve adult learning outcomes. The research method used in the discussion of this paper is the literature study method. The learning model with e-learning is a new breakthrough in the field of teaching and learning, because it is able to minimize differences in teaching methods and materials, thus providing a more consistent quality standard of learning. The e-Learning system is absolutely necessary to anticipate the changing times with the support of information technology where everything is leading to the digital era, both mechanism and content. To be able to produce e-learning that is attractive and desirable in improving the quality of learning, there are three conditions that must be fulfilled in designing e-learning, namely: Simple, simple systems that will make it easier for students to take advantage of existing technology and menus. Personally, teachers can interact well with students, such as communicating in front of the class. Fast, fast, fast response services to the complaints and needs of students, so that learning improvements can be carried out as quickly as possible by the teacher or manager.
