Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kailan dengan Pemberian Beberapa Kombinasi Jenis dan Dosis Pupuk Bokashi

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pertumbuhan dan hasil Kailan dalam beberapa kombinasi jenis dan dosis pemberian bokashi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Growth Centre LLDIKTI-1 dengan ketinggian tempat± 25 mdpl pada bulan Nopember 2017 hingga Januari 2018 dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok non faktorial yang terdiri dari 16 taraf perlakuan. Masing-masing perlakuan adalah B0: kontrol, B1: 150 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B2: 200 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B3: 250 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B4: 150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi/polibeg, B5: 150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi + 150 gram bokashi jerami/polybag, B6: 150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+200 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B7: 150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+250 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B8:300 gram bokashi kotoran sapi/polibeg, B9: 300 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+150 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B10: 300 gram bokashi kotoran sapi +200 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B11: 300 gram bokashi kotoran sapi + 250 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B12: 450 gram bokashi kotoran sapi/polibeg, B13: 450 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+150 gram bokashi jerami 150/ polibeg, B14: 450 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+200 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B15: 450 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+250 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg. Parameter pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah klorofil, luas daun, diameter batang dan bobot basah tumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bokashi kotoran sapi dan bokashi jerami padi mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan hasil Kailan. Kombinasi terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan B5 (150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+150 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg) dengan bobot basah (hasil) Kailan tertinggi yaitu 34,91 gram/tanaman.

The focus of the study was to analize the strategy of developing district as the centre of economic growth with One District One Product principle by formulating the accurate strategy in planning the development of district with One District One Product principle in Mukomuko District of Bengkulu.  The existing unbalanced development and regional gap made the study important.  The method used in the study was descriptive qualitative and explorative within 15 districts of Mukomuko, Bengkulu. Data collecting was done by interview, observation, documentation, triangulation (Forum Groups Discussion), and using quantitative analysis measurement (scalogram, LQ, MRP, Overlay, and interaction).The result of the study showed 5 (five) districts as economic growth and regional development in Mukomuko District of Bengkulu, namely: (1) District of Mukomuko City, (2) District of Lubuk Pinang, (3) District of Penarik, (4) District of Pondok Suguh, and (5) District of Ipuh. Featured products of each sub-district determined by the potential of natural resources and Gross Domestic Regional Product as featured commodities of One District One Product were: rice commodity, cattle, chicken, rubber, salt-water fish, Kelong shrimp, Soka crab, galian c (quarry), Mingkih fish, tofu/tempe, and Pandan Wangi Beach tourism. Competitive Strategy and ASOCA Analysis were used to formulate the strategy to develop district as economic growth centre.

Shenzhen is one of the most dynamically growing cities in the world with a population of more than 10 million. Situated in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) in China it is in the powerhouse of the global economy. Some decades ago Shenzhen was a small fishing village only, however, after its designation as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) the city has gone through rapid urbanization and industrial development. Therefore, currently, Shenzhen is one of the leading economic hubs of China, an important gateway of the large Chinese economy, and a sub-provincial administrative centre in the PRD. Sungang-Quingshuihe (SQ) is a neighbourhood of 2.5 square kilometres, in Louhu district in the east of Shenzhen. The landscape system of SQ has been largely destroyed and fragmented by developments. Our main goal is to redesign SQ neighbourhood for an innovative growth centre of Shenzhen. We envisage SQ as a liveable area with new and modern functions for international residents who work in higher education, information communication industry, medical services, R&D facilities of multinational corporations, and research-oriented start-up companies. In order to accomplish this vision it is required to design new transportation system, public buildings, housing, green corridors and parklands.
