In this chapter the main contradictions and discrepancies which are available in pedagogical system are considered. Introduction of electronic tutorials and estimation doesn't lead to their disappearance, and causes new aspects at the new level. In difficult systems other, nonlinear regularities therefore efficiency of educational process doesn't increase linearly, in proportion to the used new information technologies work, it is necessary to consider that the assessment plays not only function of correlation (comparison of knowledge and abilities of the pupil his valuable orientations and they got experience of activity with some standards, levels), but also means of motivation. The assessment has to stimulate the pupil to further educational activity, increase his activity. Therefore we consider aspiration to a total objectivity of an assessment, finding of general algorithm for its definition not only senseless, but also harmful.

The article deals with the educational technologies used in working with children with special educational needs, in particular, technology of individual support, joint teaching, new information technologies, technologies of adaptation and modification of educational materials, project technology, portfolio, technology of projective life. The possibilities of application of these technologies in the conditions of the inclusive class are analysed. The basic principles on which the special activity of persons with special educational needs is based are outlined. The main concepts of organization of educational and educational activity of children with special educational needs and limited health opportunities are described.It is revealed that the application of various technologies in working with children with inclusive educational needs contributes to the expansion of the outlook, the development of speech, the perception and thinking of students, the integration of the child into society, reduces primary disorders and prevents the emergence of secondary deviations of development, motivates and activates the cognitive processes of schoolchildren, creates conditions for the child's acquisition of vital competencies, etc.

Innovations change the world in all spheres of life, and education is not an exception. Modern requirements of time put us new challenges that require the use of new information technologies at all stages of the educational process in higher education institutions, in particular the use of the Internet. In addition, it has been noted that Internet resources increase motivation and contribute to the formation of a fully developed personality. Testing and evaluating students' knowledge and abilities is an integral part of the credit-module system. One of the forms of evaluation of the initial level of knowledge, consolidation and improvement of assimilation of information is testing. It should be noted that in a number of countries, testing has shifted traditional forms of control — oral and written exams and interviews. However, in Ukraine, educators remain adherents of a combination of testing and classical analysis of material. It allows the most efficient distribution of the training time of a practical class, 100% control of the knowledge and the effectiveness of mastering the material of all the students of the academic group. Technical progress stimulates the search for new variants and possibilities of testing, its various variations. One of the options that can help solve this problem was a smartphone. In order to facilitate the work of the teacher at the Department of Microbiology, an online testing system with the use of smartphones was introduced. Online testing is conducted among students with Ukrainian and English language training. With the Google Forms platform, the teacher creates a form which contains the student's records and tests. Students directly from the teacher get a link to fill out an online form directly at the lesson. For testing, a database containing standard KROK-1 licensed test tasks is used. The form can contain any number of test tasks that are in arbitrary order, as well as a changed order of distractors, which makes it impossible to write off. At the same time, all students are in the same conditions: all write one option. After submitting the form, the student receives a notification that his response is recorded. Re-linking is not possible. In turn, the teacher receives a message on the result of the test in the table — the ratio of correct answers to the total number of questions, as well as options for their answers. First and foremost, questions are displayed on which students gave the largest number of incorrect answers. This allows the topic to be considered in the process of discussion of the most difficult tasks from the students perspective, and in the future it will allow more efficiently to create forms for on-line tests and to focus on these issues.

The problems of teaching a foreign language to students of non-linguistic higher educational institutions have changed radically. Besides the professional qualification, an expert has to possess the skills of free language proficiency as the means of business communication within the professional activity. Relevance of new information technologies’ use is dictated by the pedagogical needs for increasing the efficiency of the training developing, in particular, the need of the following skills’ formation: independent educational activity, research, creative approach for training, formations of critical thinking, new culture. The new information technologies in teaching a foreign language use is caused not only by aspiration to novelty, but by training at the info communication technologies base, which allows to realize a personally focused approach to the identity a student as the main conceptual direction of the 21st century formation.

Informational support of educational process is based on increase of effectiveness and quality of all levels of educational process achieving the goals of developing training with the use of new information technologies and directing training of individual. In the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About Education»: «The main task of educational system – to create the conditions of education directed to the formation of individual and professional development on the basis of national and civil values and practice achievements, to set new educational technologies, informational support of the educational process, to go out into the world international communicative network», – were written. Thereby there are some tasks in front of teachers, not only give the knowledge to the students, but also to develop a many-sided, free, creative and competitive individual. One of our main goals is the development of new innovative technologies in the development of education and science. In this regard, the introduction of more information technology, new teaching methods is becoming one of the most pressing issues. Many modern technologies used in educational process are directed to the development of an individual and effective education. Cybernation of the world, which began in the middle of the 20th century, encompassed all spheres of the life of society, becoming an essential component of the environment. Electronic technologies are used in various industries and services, including education. The implementation of the idea of e-education has contributed to the change in educational technologies, the dominant component of which are information and communication technologies. The research problem lies in the need to disclose modern information and communication technologies as an actual resource for educational activities. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The research methods are analysis, synthesis, generalization, description. The basic research method is a pedagogical experiment. The research results: the concept of "information and communication technologies" has been considered, their tools have been described; the advantages of using information and communication technologies in educational activities in the direction of training 44.03.02 Psychology and Pedagogy of primary education have been disclosed; the efficiency has been substantiated and the possibilities of using informatization means in the educational process on the basis of the branch of FSBEI HE "Adyghe State University" in the city of Belorechensk have been determined; examples of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process in the disciplines "Modern information technologies", "Information and communication technologies in education" have been given; the results of experimental work have been presented, that confirm the increase in the efficiency of the quality of knowledge. Key conclusions: information and communication technologies include the integration of methodological techniques, technological processes, software and hardware that interact with each other in the process of using information for a specific purpose, determined by the interests of its consumers; the advantages of information and communication technologies in educational activities are the expansion of the possibilities of the educational process, the development of positive educational motivation and interest of students, an increase in the quality of knowledge, etc.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of forms and methods of application of information technologies in the educational process of children’s art schools in the implementation of programs in the field of musical performance. The article considers the synthesis of the unconditional preservation of the existing traditions of the primary level of the Russian music school and the methodological expediency of using new technologies in the educational process of children’s art schools. Specific software developments, electronic educational resources are proposed for use, the application effect in the educational process is described. The article shows that the introduction of new musical information technologies provides additional opportunities for musicians when working with musical scores, orchestral parts, when performing creative tasks in subjects of the theoretical cycle. The article also discusses and analyzes the interactive educational programs of the series «Playing with Music».

The article discusses the use of Internet technologies in the implementation of autonomous foreign language teaching for students of non-linguistic universities. The analysis of various pedagogical approaches to the definition of the category of "autonomous learning" as a special type of educational activity. The possibilities of using ICT in the process of offline learning a foreign language for students of non-linguistic universities are described. The advantages of using the Internet when teaching a foreign language are given, the means of instruction, the types of independent work when using information technologies, information technologies are identified. A model of the educational process organization on the basis of students' educational autonomy using Internet technologies is presented, examples of the corresponding exercise system using Internet technologies are substantiated and given.

Представлены направления совершенствования учебных технологий обеспечения учебного процесса студентов на кафедре онкологии с акцентом на практическую составляющую, что способствует интенсификации и оптимизации их обучения, повышает продуктивность занятий, активизирует познавательную деятельность студентов, делает занятия более доступными и интересными. Значительно улучшить знание материала и повысить эффективность овладения навыками позволяет индивидуальный подход к каждому студенту с регулярным разбором и обсуждением с преподавателем клинических случаев конкретных онкологических больных. Нестандартные подходы к традиционному методу обучения и психолого-педагогические основы индивидуального, личностно-ориентированного подхода к студентам дают возможность более эффективно оценивать усвоенные студентами знания. The directions of improvement of educational technologies to ensure the educational process of students at the department of oncology were presented. It was done an emphasis on the practical component, which contributes to the intensification and optimization of their training, increases the productivity of classes, activates students' cognitive activity, makes classes more accessible and interesting. Significantly improve the knowledge of the material and improve the efficiency of mastering skills allows an individual approach to each student with regular analysis and discussion with the teacher of clinical cases of specific cancer patients. Non-standard approaches to the traditional method of teaching and the psychological and pedagogical foundations of an individual, student-centered approach to students make it possible to more effectively evaluate the knowledge acquired by students. The practical component is one of the leading components of effective pedagogical work with students in the discipline "oncology". Improving the practical skills of working with patients with the obligatory follow-up discussion of the results is of paramount importance. In order to further improve the effectiveness of learning and to more effectively master the material while conducting classes with students it is necessary to stimulate the versatile work of students associated with the assimilation of screening methods for malignant diseases, early diagnosis and principles of oncology alertness. The emergence of new methods of diagnosis and treatment, modern international standards and information technologies, the integration of precise sciences in medicine dictate the need for a comprehensive development of specialists who have a creative approach to the solution of the problems of practical medicine. The introduction of innovative technologies into the learning process with an emphasis on the practical component contributes to the intensification and optimization of the educational process, increases productivity of classes, activates the educational and cognitive activity of students, makes classes more accessible and interesting.
