Knowledge extraction from information systems is one of the most significant problems in artificial intelligence. This paper attempts to study information systems in the hesitant fuzzy domain. It studies information systems which has a set of possible membership values. Illustration of a case is provided where the hesitant membership values are arrived at from attribute values whose membership values are a family of sets. The membership value here would turn out to be a subset of the power set of membership values from the usual information system. Although it does not mean that it is arrived at from usual information systems. Reduct, core, relative reduct, relative core and the corresponding indiscernibility matrices are also studied. Apart from these, paper also discusses the homomorphisms between hesitant information systems. For two homomorphic information systems the reduct and core of one information system are the corresponding images of the reduct and core of the other information system under this homomorphism.

Compared to hesitant fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, dual hesitant fuzzy sets can model problems in the real world more comprehensively. Dual hesitant fuzzy sets explicitly show a set of membership degrees and a set of non-membership degrees, which also imply a set of important data: hesitant degrees.The traditional definition of distance between dual hesitant fuzzy sets only considers membership degree and non-membership degree, but hesitant degree should also be taken into account. To this end, using these three important data sets (membership degree, non-membership degree and hesitant degree), we first propose a variety of new distance measurements (the generalized normalized distance, generalized normalized Hausdorff distance and generalized normalized hybrid distance) for dual hesitant fuzzy sets in this paper, based on which the corresponding similarity measurements can be obtained. In these distance definitions, membership degree, non-membership-degree and hesitant degree are of equal importance. Second, we propose a clustering algorithm by using these distances in dual hesitant fuzzy information system. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the performance and effectiveness of the clustering algorithm. Accordingly, the results of clustering in dual hesitant fuzzy information system are compared using the distance measurements mentioned in the paper, which verifies the utility and advantage of our proposed distances. Our work provides a new way to improve the performance of clustering algorithms in dual hesitant fuzzy information systems.

The Expectation-Confirmation Model of Information Systems Continuance (ECM-IS) explains antecedents that influence IS users’ behavior and affect their decision whether to continue or discontinue information system (IS) using. ECM-IS emphasizes differences between initial acceptance and IS continuance. For companies that deal with the design and software development, IS continuance is retaining of existing customers of product and services. This study extends the ECM-IS by accounting for unobserved heterogeneity. The Finite Mixture Partial Least Squares (FIMIX-PLS) methodology is applied for identification of distinctive customer segments. Segmentation of IS users was made on the basis of cognitive beliefs and affect influencing one’s intention to continue using IS and two different segments of users were derived. The first segment comprises 65.6%, and the other one 34.4% users. The ECM-IS explained 51.9% of IS continuance intention and 20.7% of satisfaction for the first segment, while for the second segment the ECM-IS explained 98.1% of IS continuance intention and 91.3% of satisfaction.

Currently, in the context of information technologies development and the transition to the digital technologies application in the economy and public administration, the importance of information systems, including state information systems, is increasing. In the field of state and municipal procurement, an information infrastructure has been created, the main component of which is the state unified information system (UIS), which has significant features compared to other state information systems, the effective functioning of which is of great importance to ensure the entire procurement process. The purpose of the paper is to determine the legal nature and functions of the UIS, to study the features of interaction with other information systems and the prospects for its development in the context of the digital technologies application. This goal assumes the solution of the following tasks: analysis of regulatory legal acts that establish the rules for the functioning of the UIS; determination of common features of the UIS with other state information systems and its distinctive features; study of forms of interaction of information systems with the UIS; analysis of the effectiveness of the organization of electronic document management by means of UIS; development of proposals for improving the rules for the UIS functioning.As a result of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of civil rights and obligations in the field of state and municipal procurement is carried out through the EIS; the features of the EIS as a multifunctional state information system are determined and a conclusion is made about its uniqueness; suggestions were made on the application of measures to improve the functioning of the ENI, and the use of digital technologies in the field of procurement.

The present article dwells upon the Information System (IS) of Latvian railways providing the analysis of the queuing system (QS) used to removing defects occurring in the infinite linear queuing system. The author of the article analyzes research data about the failures of system functioning in order to establish the parameters of the before mentioned system and other information systems used by Latvian railways. The structure of accidents happening in the informative systems and the removal of possible defects are researched. The present investigation provides evidence that substantiates a Markov hypothesis about the peculiarities of IS service. The author also examines the organizational structure of IS taking into consideration the level of the danger of possible accidents. The statistics of the failures of IS relates to the statistics of accidents that might happen to rolling stock.

Web dapat dimanfaatkan pula sebagai sarana interoperabilitas dan berbagi informasi antara sistem informasi di suatu organisasi. Suatu klien sistem informasi yang berada pada jaringan komputer dapat meminta layanan data berupa web services kepada server sistem informasi yang menyediakan layanan data yang diminta dengan cara mudah.JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) merupakan seperangkat aturan untuk memformat data berbasis teks yang ringan digunakan pada pertukaran data. Layanan web (web services) pada komunikasi antar sistem informasi untuk bertukar informasi dapat menggunakan JSON agar mendapatkan kemudahan mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dan untuk mendapatkan integritas data yang dihasilkan dari berbagai sistem informasi pada organisasi tersebut.Peneliti melakukan pengembangan web services untuk berbagi data antar suatu sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem informasi yang lainnya dengan format menggunakan JSON. Web services (web services) on communication between information systems to exchange information can use JSON to get the ease of getting the information needed and to obtain data integrity generated from various information systems in the organization.The researcher develops web services to share data between information systems needed by other information systems in a format using JSON. Abstract: In the current era, information technology is growing very rapidly, especially developments in information systems. The information system is one of the supports of an agency, both government and private institutions, from the fields of economy, business to education. Rumah Qu'an Tegal is a non-formal educational institution that is engaged in Al-Qur'an Education. With the many activities in Qu'an House it will be very time consuming if all data is managed manually, an information system that can be used is needed. To assist management in managing activity data easily, effectively and efficiently by using a website-based information system. The website is a form of information system that is often used, the website can display all forms of information digitally in the form of text, images, and animations that can be accessed quickly and realtime using an internet connection, can be accessed anywhere, anytime. , so it is very helpful in the process of disseminating information, because it can be conveyed quickly. The method used in the development of information systems is to use the Waterfall method. This information system is built using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript in a codeigniter framework using an atomic text editor. The results of this study are the use of user information systems, namely the Muslim community generally knows if starting from carrying out activities to carrying out activities, facilitating information to become students and students, as well as other information accurately, efficiently and relevant.Keywords: Website, Information System, Waterfall, CodeIgniterAbstrak: Pada era sekarang ini teknologi informasi berkembang sangat pesat, terutama perkembangan pada sistem informasi. Rumah Qu’an Tegal merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan non formal yang bergerak dalam bidang Penddikan Al-Qur’an, Dengan banyaknya kegiatan yang ada di Rumah Qu’an akan sangat memakan waktu jika semua data dikelola secara manual, maka diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu pengurus dalam mengelola data kegiatan dengan mudah, efektif dan efisien yaitu dengan menggunakan sistem informasi bebasis website. Website merupakan salah satu bentuk sistem infromasi yang sering digunakan, pada website dapat menampilkan segala bentuk informasi secara digital baik itu dalam bentuk teks, gambar, dan animasi yang dapat diakses secara cepat dan realtime dengan menggunakan koneksi internet, dapat diakses dimana saja, dan kapan saja, sehingga sangat membantu dalam proses penyebaran informasi, karena dapat tersampaikan dengan cepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembagunan sistem informasi adalah dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript dalam framework codeigniter dengan menggunakan text editor atom. The paper describes reality method sand geographical information systems (GIS- technologies) in integration GIS system. Sjenica is a specific area of the our state and therefore must notes of all elements and factors in environmental. GISs differ from the other types of information systems in that they manage huge quantities of data, enquire complex concepts to describe the geometry of objects and specify complex topological relationship between them. The paper describes our proposal for the project GIS for local community of Sjenica based on GIS technologies, with particular reference to the GIS demands and possibilities.

This article discusses the process of enterprise knowledge extraction from relational database and source code of legacy information systems. Problems of legacy systems and main solutions for them are briefly described here. The uses of data reverse engineering and program understanding techniques to automatically infer as much as possible the schema and semantics of a legacy information system is analyzed. Eight step data reverse engineering algorithm for knowledge extraction from legacy systems is provided. A hypothetical example of knowledge extraction from legacy information system is presented.

In article questions of development of automated, integrated information systems and databases (DB), created by the authors to ensure that the information and intellectual support of organizations and management of clinical processes in a general hospital. Analyze the schema information and intellectual support for the main stages of activity of the doctor in the organization of clinical processes and proved the effectiveness of the transition to electronic document management and management of patient records. The techniques and steps in the process of designing a database of such systems. Presented data models based on relational principles and taking into account the peculiarities of information provision of medical care in a clinical hospital emergency medicine. Sanctified issues for creating a database implemented taking into account the specifics of health care regulations, standards and related problems of formalization and standardization of information, the problem of choice of database management systems (DBMS), including for medical applications, the issues of intellectualization of the database and the formation of a knowledge base. Showing crucial modeling domain – automation object articles in this case – the diagnostic and treatment process. The main requirements to the database integrated health information systems. Questions of formalization entered into the database of medical and other information, the solution of which the authors carried out through the creation of special electronic templates for all aspects of medical practice hospital. Being developed by leading medical specialists clinic, they do not only facilitate the design, but also remind us that we should find out, to ask to examine and help select the best tactics. This kind of technology is human-computer interaction – an element of the programming actions of the doctor. This option is the task of formalizing entered into the database of medical information used to provide a single standard of medical information, standardize the order of the information entered into the database. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the developed information system and performance of its database in the course of their use in the clinical setting. In particular, we studied the performance, response time and server load when working with different categories of users – doctors, nurses, administrators, and etc., which have shown the applicability of the developed health information system and its database to optimize the organization of clinical processes in the conditions of the experiment.
