According to the laboratory detection systems can not completely replace the electric motorcycle road inspection and unable to reproduce the problem, this paper designed a real road condition simulation and test system, developed a control core-board which was driven by DSP(TMS320LF2407A). Simulations and tests based on the database of road condition can be realized when the core drives the workbench using control algorithm. The experiment and application show that this test system has good performance, and achieve the design requirement.

At present, the college English testing system has become an indispensable system in many universities. However, the English test system is not highly humanized due to problems such as unreasonable framework structure. This paper combines data mining technology to build a college English test framework. The college English test system software based on data mining mainly realizes the computer program to automatically generate test papers, set the test time to automatically judge the test takers’ test results, and give out results on the spot. The test takers log in to complete the test through the test system software. The examination system software solves the functions of printing test papers, arranging invigilation classrooms, invigilating teachers, invigilating process, collecting test papers, scoring and analyzing test papers in traditional examinations. Finally, this paper analyzes the performance of this paper through experimental research. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.

As a new type of wavelength modulated fiber optic sensor, Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) has been widely used in many fields. The majority of FBG demodulation device just detect the absolute wavelength, however, the change of wavelength is often concerned in actual use. For the purpose of realizing the FBG sensing system automated test, using the remote control port of the Q8384 spectrometer and the LabVIEW language to develop the remote automation testing system, and with the friendly interface of FBG sensing test interface. Realized the real-time monitoring and data storage capabilities by the processing of the collecting data and the FBG sensing remote test system is more practical.

According to the ideal wheel speed change curve during the ABS braking and the vehicle inertia electromechanical mixed analog principle, the bench testing system for vehicle ABS performance was designed. In order to improve the reliability of the wheel velocity detection and optimize the systematic structure, the method of using the free roller to detect wheel speed and the regenerative braking energy compensation of asynchronous motor were proposed. The results show that designed test bench system can achieve ABS performance testing.

Hybrid simulation/testing systems have been developed incorporating a non-linear finite element method with a pseudo-dynamic test. In order to ensure stability and efficiency for time integration, the incremental formulation of the α-OS method has been implemented on this system. Visualization system has also been integrated to recognize both numerical simulation for whole systems and laboratory testing for local parts. Numerical hybrid examinations of the soil structure interaction problem have been conducted on this system. By these results, validity and effectiveness of this system has been demonstrated.

To solve the problem of testing BMBS (BLOW-OUT MONITORING AND BRAKE SYSTEM) vacuum booster performance, a double-station and on-line test system for BMBS vacuum booster was designed. It adopts high-speed data collection method and computer control technology. This system can test the performance in non-BMBS condition and BMBS condition. The test items mainly include dynamic characteristic and sealing performance under each condition. The double stations are independent and have no interference with each other. The system fills up the blank of performance testing about BMBS vacuum booster. To verify this system, experiments were conducted with the vacuum booster which installed the BMBS technology. The experiment results show that the system can do well in testing the performance of BMBS vacuum booster in high precision. The sealing performance resolution is 0.01kPa and the pressure resolution is 1N.

The dynamic analyses of a reversible bending fatigue testing system designed for the spent nuclear fuel (SNF) vibration integrity study was presented in this paper. Different design concepts were evaluated to assist the U-frame tester development. A finite element analysis (FEA) based on the vertical test setup was established to simulate the U-frame test system dynamic performances. The FEA results provided general guideline on predicting the dynamic behaviors of U-frame bending fatigue system for testing SNF. The initial vertical test setup design concepts were investigated in detail and the associated deficiencies were also discussed in the paper. The horizontal test setup was also evaluated using FEA. Based on dynamic analysis results, the horizontal test setup with symmetric loading profile was recommended for developing a reversible U-frame bending fatigue testing system.
