Stepper motors are wildly used in the many fields, such as CNC machine, motion robot, aeronautics and astronautics. To realize online precise measurement, error analysis and verification of control strategy, it is necessary to sample and analyze the driving signals of motors, and simulate mechanical motion in a computer. So a test, analysis and simulation system of stepper controllers was designed. Driving signals of stepper motors are synchronously sampled and analyzed by the unit of acquisition and analysis. A connecting Motherboard was used to link the various parts and finish the data transmission. The working states of motor divers under load were simulated by connecting motor driver to the simulation board of motor load. In the industrial computer, the control effects of multi-axis control system were displayed by 3D simulation. Test results show that the system is stable and reliable, and has a certain application value.

It is a challenging task to control an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in complex electromagnetic environment. The effective anti-jamming simulation is an economical and efficient method to test and verify the control effect of an UAV. This paper introduces a method to construct an anti-jamming simulation system for an UAV firstly. Then, the procedure to validate the anti-jamming performance of an UAV is proposed. In the following, the evaluation methods in signal level and function level are described in detail for the model validation. The model effectiveness is evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively. The simulation test results agree with the flight results very well.

Airborne passive electronic reconnaissance equipment has developed rapidly during recent years. However, because of its expensive and unavailable military features, the simulation realization of these equipment needs to be solved. And the smaller the simulation particle is, the better the simulation system will be. In this study, a signal-level airborne electronic reconnaissance simulation system was built. Mathematical model and simulation realization of each part are introduced in this study. Focusing on the shortness of traditional signal sorting methods, we creatively proposed a presorting method based on the Euclidean distance inside signal flows. Simulation results show that the presorting method based on Euclidean distance successfully reduced the pressure on main sorting and appeared good for signal sorting. Simulation test results of each model built in this study are also shown in the study. This study provides a new thought on the realization of airborne electronic reconnaissance equipment and benefits the development of electronic countermeasure.

The computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) fabrication technique has become one of the hottest topics in the dental field. This technology can be applied to fixed partial dentures, removable dentures, and implant prostheses. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of NaCaPO4-blended zirconia as a new CAD/CAM material. Eleven different proportional samples of zirconia and NaCaPO4 (xZyN) were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and Vickers microhardness, and the milling property of these new samples was tested via a digital optical microscope. After calcination at 950 °C for 4 h, XRD results showed that the intensity of tetragonal ZrO2 gradually decreased with an increase in the content of NaCaPO4. Furthermore, with the increase in NaCaPO4 content, the sintering became more obvious, which improved the densification of the sintered body and reduced its porosity. Specimens went through milling by a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, and the marginal integrity revealed that being sintered at 1350 °C was better than being sintered at 950 °C. Moreover, 7Z3N showed better marginal fit than that of 6Z4N among thirty-six samples when sintered at 1350 °C (p < 0.05). The milling test results revealed that 7Z3N could be a new CAD/CAM material for dental restoration use in the future.

Based on Hertz-Mindlin contact model in software EDEM by discrete element method, using linear vibrating screen 360 mm×600 mm, movement characteristics of particle group on sieve plate and law of particles going through sieve plate were studied in screening process of coal in certain conditions, which were as follows: dip angle was 0 °, amplitude was 5 mm, frequency was 11 Hz. The simulation test results show that there are important influences of vibration direction on screening process. And influence law of vibration direction on screening effect was revealed finally. The paper also gained mathematical model between particle group’s screening efficiency and vibration direction angle, and mathematical models of particles easy or hard to sieve and material between average movement speeds and vibration direction angle.

AbstractThe management of laboratory data in unsuitable (hemolyzed) samples remains an almost unresolved dilemma. Whether or not laboratory test results obtained by measuring unsuitable specimens should be made available to the clinicians has been the matter of fierce debates over the past decades. Recently, an intriguing alternative to suppressing test results and recollecting the specimen has been put forward, entailing the definition and implementation of specific algorithms that would finally allow reporting a preanalytically altered laboratory value within a specific comment about its uncertainty of measurement. This approach carries some advantages, namely the timely communication of potentially life-threatening laboratory values, but also some drawbacks. These especially include the challenging definition of validated performance specifications for hemolyzed samples, the need to producing reliable data with the lowest possible uncertainty, the short turnaround time for repeating most laboratory tests, the risk that the comments may be overlooked in short-stay and frequently overcrowded units (e.g. the emergency department), as well as the many clinical advantages of a direct communication with the physician in charge of the patient. Despite the debate remains open, we continue supporting the suggestion that suppressing data in unsuitable (hemolyzed) samples and promptly notifying the clinicians about the need to recollect the samples remains the most (clinically and analytically) safe practice.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical and genetic characteristics of hereditary spherocythemia (HS) in Chinese children, and to analyze the potential genotypic/phenotypic associations.MethodsThe clinical data and gene test results of children with HS were collected. All patients were diagnosed by gene test results, and the laboratory results were obtained before splenectomy. The data of red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (HB), mean red blood cell volume (MCV), mean red blood cell hemoglobin (MCH), mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), and hematocrit (HCT) were statistically analyzed according to different mutation genes. Statistical methods for comparison between groups Mann–Whitney test analysis, two-terminal p < 0.05 was considered significant difference.ResultsA total of 15 children were enrolled in our hospital, and 14 variants were found (nine variants have not been reported before), including 10 ANK1 mutations (seven ANK1 truncated mutations) and five SPTB mutations. Patients with ANK1 mutations had more severe anemia than those with SPTB mutations (significantly lower RBC, HB, MCHC, and HCT).ConclusionThis is one of the few studies on the genetic and clinical characteristics of children with HS in China. This study identified the unique genetic and clinical characteristics of Chinese children with HS and analyzed the pathogenic genotype–phenotypic association. The results confirmed that the anemia degree of HS patients caused by ANK1 was more serious than that of patients with SPTB deficiency. However, further study of the correlation between genotype and phenotype requires a larger sample size.
