The call center is the core of the BPO and call center report is the most flexible and the most personalized business application systems are also the most difficult to fully meet the needs. In this paper, based on SOA services architecture, by analyzing the demand for enterprise reporting capabilities and existing reporting software system deficiencies, according to the modeling approach of SOMA proposed based on the realization of the SOA model of Reporting Services, and Reporting Services applications. In addition, Reporting Services Web Service-based service application, so that the results of this research have a certain amount of maneuverability.

The field of business applications encompassing software for production planning or order management is dominated by some big vendors offering large standardized off-the-shelf application systems, e.g. SAP R/3, BAAN IV, or Oracle Applications. Despite all advantages of selling and buying these large integrated application systems, there are two major shortcomings: Usually only large enterprises can afford to buy, install, customize, and maintain these systems, and the complexity which is inherent to these still growing systems makes it harder and harder for vendors to enlarge and maintain them. Furthermore, markets for these large packaged application systems are almost saturated, because most of the large enterprises have covered their demand. On the other side, there are lots of small and medium enterprises (SME), which demand very specialized application systems together with a broad coverage of common business functionality, as the core of the related business tasks stay the same—independent from a company’s size. However, nearly no SME can afford to purchase or even to maintain these large packaged application systems. This leads to two important problems: SMEs demand on business application systems can not be satisfied, and vendors of large standardized off-the-shelf application systems lose an important market. In addition, small and medium vendors of business application systems, which offer highly specialized applications, have to master high barriers to entry the software market, as they have to offer core business functionality as well, in order to sell their specialized products.

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia in the last five years has significantly increased the growth for logistics service companies. The Indonesian Logistics and Forwarders Association (ALFI) has predicted the growth potential of the logistics business in Indonesia to reach more than 30% by 2020. One of the efforts of logistics business companies to improve services in the logistics services business competition is to implement web service technology on mobile platforms, to easy access to services for customers. This research aims to build a web service with a RESTful approach. The REST architecture has limitations in the form of no authentication mechanism, so users can access and modify data. To improve its services, JSON Web Token (JWT) technology is needed in the authentication process and security of access rights. In terms of data storage and transmission security, a cryptographic algorithm is also needed to encrypt and maintain confidentiality in the database. RC4 algorithm is a cryptographic algorithm that is famous for its speed in the encoding process. RC4 encryption results are processed with the Base64 Algorithm so that encrypted messages can be stored in a database. The combination of the RC4 method with the Base64 method has strengthened aspects of database security. This research resulted in a prototype application that was built with a combination of web service methods, JWT and cryptographic techniques. The test results show that the web service application at the logistics service company that was created can run well with relatively fast access time, which is an average of 176 ms. With this access time, the process of managing data and information becomes more efficient because before making this application the process of handling a transaction takes up to 20 minutes.

Data is one of the most important things in this information and information technology era that evolving now. Currently, the government still has not used the public data maximally for administrative purposes. Utilization of this big population data is the creation of a web service application system with REST API where this data will be open and accessible to those who have access. One of the institutions that use this service is the Manpower and Transmigration Service where this system can make the Dinas staff more efficient to create and register job search cards using available community data. This application is able to provide and facilitate many parties, such as data administrators to monitor data usage, registration employee in input data, and people able to register independently. ABSTRACTInterest in immersive virtual reality (VR) technologies is burgeoning as the hardware becomes less costly and more accessible to users, including researchers and practitioners. This commentary outlines the field of immersive VR and highlights applications of its use relevant to translational behavioral medicine. We describe the challenges facing VR applications for health and medicine, and how the core strengths of behavioral medicine can advance theory, research, and practice using VR. By highlighting potential uses of immersive VR alongside the challenges facing the field, we hope to inspire researchers to apply robust theories, methods, and frameworks to generate stronger evidence about the feasibility, acceptability, efficacy, and effectiveness of using this technology in translational behavioral medicine.

Compositional, plug-and-play-like reuse of black box components requires sophisticated techniques to specify components, especially when combined with third party components that are traded on component markets to individual customer’s business application systems. As in established engineering disciplines, like mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, formal documentation of business components that become part of contractual agreements are needed. With this initial problem, we explain the general, layered structure of software contracts for business components and show shortcomings of common specification approaches. Furthermore, we introduce a formal notation for the specification of business components that extends the Object Constraint Language (OCL) and allows for a broader use of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with respect to the layered structure of software contracts for business components.

The dynamic variability of the modern world determines not only the need to adapt but also the ability to preserve and maintain the values of separate culture. Over the centuries, family is considered to be one of the core values. Family interaction with the society is undeniable. The family is the foundation of any society and the future of the state. Today's new socio-economic situation has an impact on the emotional atmosphere, quality and relationships within the family. Criminological research in family relationships is a complex problem, its environment and circumstances are an important factor in the individual's socialization. The role of the family is equally important both in the process of proper behavioural shaping and in the production of directed behaviour. The article provides an insight into the content of the studies of family criminology. The aim of the article is to describe the criminological framework of family relations based on special literature, research and practice showing the framework of family criminology. Theoretical guidelines, special literature, views and opinions of Latvian and foreign specialists have been analysed in order to assess the criminological aspects of the phenomenon. The author concludes that the knowledge of family criminology is useful, effective, concrete and practically feasible for the criminological studies of the family institute. This approach has a multi-sectoral nature.
