In order to address the limitations of single parameter evaluation of engine oil performance, a portable vehicle oil performance detector is designed, realizing comprehensive on-line detection of oil rapidly, easily, and accurately. The detector takes oil performance as study object and proposes an on-line measuring method of oil performance through detection of oil viscosity, dielectric constant and temperature. Data and information collected by transmitter are sent to PIC single-chip microcomputer through RS485 communication module. Measured values are displayed on the LCD by SCM receiving the key signals. Test results show that, the detector works stably and is easy to use with small error, and is able to further determine the extant of oil contamination through a comprehensive analysis of the three measuring parameters. To a certain extant, it promotes the rational use of oil.

This paper set up a data acquisition system by AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as control core, using the RS-232 serial manner communicated with responsibled for data acquisition of microprocessor, and used LED to display. System can be divided into data acquisition module, serial communication module, control module, keyboard module, display module, etc. System of multi-channel data acquisition can be displayed in the LED after processed. The hardware circuit and software realized design functions :data acquisition and LED display.

A kind of the measurement technique of the dimension and the geometry error of large dimension workpiece with two light routes and two CCD sensors has been made. The mathematical models of the dimension and the geometry error based on the technology of CCD and laser are established. The application property parameter to measure workpiece dimension and geometry error and the design characteristic related supplemental hardware of CCD sensor are studied. An on-line data collection system based on laser and liner array CCD is developed. This systematic C8051 single-chip microcomputer as controler that adopt American CYGNAL company's production carry out handling and the collection of data. the system meets the measurement requirement of no-touch, on line and high precision with adopting of machine, laser and electricity comprehensive technology. The result can be got in this paper: the CCD sensor can meet the need of measuring dimension and geometry error of big workpiece and is no-touch, on line measurement and high precision. The on line collecting data system can achieve the expecting function, and measure data on line, and it also can easily connect with auto control apparatus.

A intelligent variable frequency amplitude reduction advance control system whose single-chip-microcomputer act as the core controller is built, and the vibration frequency curve with multiple wave variable sine increase and decrease periodic cycle is applied as the input frequency curve, which made the vibration mill have multiple frequency and amplitude. The control methods are studied, and the operation program is debugged. By using the sensor signal amplification, A/D conversion, on-line monitoring, data mining, and the forecast of the extreme value point of the vibration intensity and its distribution, and then by conducting the judgment, detection, correction and real-time feedback of constraint condition to achieve advance control of vibration intensity over-limit and over-time.

The internal high temperature of tire not only reduces the service life of the tire, but also increases fuel consumption. An on-line monitoring system of temperature field in tire is designed. The temperature measurement module of lower computer is made up of temperature measurement network of thermocouple, single chip microcomputer and other modules. The upper computer software is designed under the environment of VC ++, making use of the serial port to realize communication. The functions such as temperature collection, analysis, display and storage capabilities were realized. The system has the advantages of convenient use, reliable operation, solving the difficult problem of obtaining tire actual temperature.

A type of hydraulic pollutant decontaminating equipment was made in this paper. The decontamination and maintenance means were studied. The circulating decontaminating method was put forward and developed by modularized technique. The hardware of the decontaminating equipment was implemented with single-chip microcomputer and integrated circuit technology. The controlling application program integrated with fuzzy logic and reasoning function was developed. The practical use showed that the decontaminating equipment could be used in the maintenance of hydraulic circuit of bulldozer as well as the other engineering machinery, therefore realizing the quick decontamination and cleaning of hydraulic component and oil on-line purifying.

In order to improve the productivity of the filing form materials continuously and automatically packaged line, the control methods for the manipulator and the mechanism which has the capacity of weight self-measuring and auto–filling to the packaged material were studied. The manipulator is a pneumatic control system, it is consists of three pneumatic cylinder circuits to implement the horizontal movements, vertical movements and the activities of picking up or putting down the materials on line. The material to be picked up by manipulator was weighed and displayed by a single chip microcomputer. The general control function of the system was carried out by a PLC unit. The structure changeable type of simulating human being intelligence control methods resulting in the real observing at the objective changes were studied and implemented to achieve the plant high in positioning accuracy and fast in response speed. The experiments were realized and the results showed that the working period time is less than 5.8s,the weight variation measured by single chip microcomputer is not more than 2 grams in 300 grams.

In this study, the detecting device of the steering angle is designed based on the single-chip microcomputer of STC12LE5A60S2 and the wireless communication module of ZICM2410; the hardware structure design and software implementation of the device are proposed. With this detecting device the steering angle can be detected any time which can be shown on the LCD board of the detecting device, and on main controller through the wireless communication; the rules can be modified in the condition of zero drift to ensure a continuous trouble-free operation with high degree of accuracy; the performance detection index is the evidence to judge whether the car is qualified or not. Less cost, greater reliability, flexibility and convenience are the main features of this device.

The micro controller used in car tracing module is also a single-chip microcomputer which is mainly used for collecting 3 sensor values, transmitting it to the master control single-chip microcomputer for processing which then produce corresponding strategy and makes the corresponding control to change the omni-directional wheel. In the meantime, the micro controller used in car tracing module even for carry out the sending and receiving of communication module data, ensure car moving according to the set orbits.
