The micro controller used in car tracing module is also a single-chip microcomputer which is mainly used for collecting 3 sensor values, transmitting it to the master control single-chip microcomputer for processing which then produce corresponding strategy and makes the corresponding control to change the omni-directional wheel. In the meantime, the micro controller used in car tracing module even for carry out the sending and receiving of communication module data, ensure car moving according to the set orbits.

This paper set up a data acquisition system by AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as control core, using the RS-232 serial manner communicated with responsibled for data acquisition of microprocessor, and used LED to display. System can be divided into data acquisition module, serial communication module, control module, keyboard module, display module, etc. System of multi-channel data acquisition can be displayed in the LED after processed. The hardware circuit and software realized design functions :data acquisition and LED display.

In this study, the detecting device of the steering angle is designed based on the single-chip microcomputer of STC12LE5A60S2 and the wireless communication module of ZICM2410; the hardware structure design and software implementation of the device are proposed. With this detecting device the steering angle can be detected any time which can be shown on the LCD board of the detecting device, and on main controller through the wireless communication; the rules can be modified in the condition of zero drift to ensure a continuous trouble-free operation with high degree of accuracy; the performance detection index is the evidence to judge whether the car is qualified or not. Less cost, greater reliability, flexibility and convenience are the main features of this device.

In order to address the limitations of single parameter evaluation of engine oil performance, a portable vehicle oil performance detector is designed, realizing comprehensive on-line detection of oil rapidly, easily, and accurately. The detector takes oil performance as study object and proposes an on-line measuring method of oil performance through detection of oil viscosity, dielectric constant and temperature. Data and information collected by transmitter are sent to PIC single-chip microcomputer through RS485 communication module. Measured values are displayed on the LCD by SCM receiving the key signals. Test results show that, the detector works stably and is easy to use with small error, and is able to further determine the extant of oil contamination through a comprehensive analysis of the three measuring parameters. To a certain extant, it promotes the rational use of oil.

The accuracy of two-tool machining on automatic lathes is analyzed. Full-factor models of distortions and scattering fields of the performed dimensions, taking into account the flexibility of the technological system on six degrees of freedom, i. e. angular displacements in the technological system, were used in the research. Possibilities of design and control of two-tool adjustment are considered.
