In order to guide and standardize energy efficiency benchmarking in cigarette enterprises, promote energy-saving emission reduction work, this paper researches on how to structure the energy efficiency index system reasonably and scientifically. The index system is established from the enterprise, process, equipment aspect, which includes all links, such as conversion, purchase storage, delivery distribution, terminal energy consumption. The energy efficiency benchmarking can be implemented according to the energy efficiency index system, and the energy saving potential can be found out by discovering the problem of energy utilization in each link and each energy level. The application practice shows that the energy-saving rate can reach over 18%, and continue to promote energy-saving emission reduction of cigarette enterprises through carrying out the energy-saving reform on the basis of reasonable application of the energy efficiency index system.

Regional energy efficiency evaluation stands for the analysis of regional energy efficiency whose aim is to figure out the low– and high– efficient parts in energy consumption, providing most economic suggestions to improve energy efficiency. Based on the energy balance sheet, this paper decomposed the energy efficiency of one entire region into different sub-regional values and then got the energy efficiency index of each sub-region through standardized treatment. Further, the overall energy efficiency index was calculated out through weighting to lay the foundation of energy efficiency analysis and energy saving potential evaluation. Besides, this paper analyzed and compared the 2010 and 2006 energy efficiency data of China (including 30 provincial-level administrative regions) with a result that the evaluation index system of regional energy efficiency could satisfy the energy saving and managing demands, like location and analysis of regional energy efficiency level .

Smart energy station plays the pivotal role of power grid in energy collection, transmission, conversion and utilization due to its characteristics of multi-station integration. In order to accurately evaluate the energy efficiency level of smart energy stations and achieve economic and efficient electricity consumption, an energy efficiency evaluation system suitable for the form of three stations in one is proposed. Firstly, the influencing factors of energy consumption of each station are analyzed, the index system of smart energy stations is established, and the calculation method of each index is given. Secondly, based on the index system of energy efficiency, through the combination of the subjective weighting method and entropy evaluation method to determine the index weight, combined with the score and weight of energy efficiency for smart energy efficiency assessment, based on three different running environment of wisdom energy station simulation comparison, get the efficiency score, verify the feasibility of the assessment method, and gives specific suggestions on saving energy consumption.

This paper analyzes the characteristics and composition of the energy consumption system of the building from the perspective of systematic energy conservation and presents the systematic framework of the consumption model. Based on the framework, the paper focuses on how to establish a building energy consumption assessment system, find the energy efficiency index system and assessment approaches, and apply the results directly into building energy conservation and emission reduction. It not only facilitates greatly the overall and efficient management of the energy consumption system of the building, but also serves as another new approach to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.

An educational building is a kind of public building with a high density of occupants and high energy consumption. Energy-saving technology utilization is an effective measure to achieve high-performance buildings. However, numerous studies are greatly limited to practical application due to their strong regional pertinence and technical simplicity. This paper aims to further optimize various commonly used technologies on the basis of the current national standards, and to individually establish four recommended technology selection systems corresponding to four major climatic regions for realizing nearly zero energy educational buildings (nZEEBs) in China. An educational building was selected as the case study. An evaluation index of energy-saving contribution rate (ECR) was proposed for measuring the energy efficiency of each technology. Thereafter, high energy efficiency technologies were selected and implemented together in the four basic cases representing different climatic regions. The results showed that the total energy-saving rate in severe cold regions increased by 70.74% compared with current national standards, and about 60% of the total energy-saving rate can be improved in cold regions. However, to realize nZEEBs in hot summer and cold winter regions as well as in hot summer and warm winter regions, photovoltaic (PV) technology needs to be further supplemented.

This paper analyzed the effect of same insulation materials on energy-saving potential of three different buildings by using the energy simulation program DOE-2. The results show that the heating energy saving rate of the building decreases when the building shape coefficient increases, while cooling energy saving rate of the building rises and the total energy saving rate of the buildings will reduce.

Based on both at home and abroad energy sustainable development ,enterprise energy evaluation index system research and low carbon economic background, this thesis proposed the strategy thought of full process of energy-saving and emission-reduction, selected DEA evaluation method to achieve efficiency monitoring, followed the application steps of DEA evaluation method and built the evaluation index system for energy-saving and emission-reduction which contained inputs and outputs aspects of 8 items specific indicators. The thesis took Dalian as an example to discuss the running situation of energy-saving and emission-reduction strategy within each year and propose that only we strive to achieve industry upgrade in the future, develop circular economy and control the amount of energy input.

Rational configuration of energy storage system is an effective means to improve power system energy utilization and solve the bottleneck problem of wind power. To energy saving and emission reduction as study object, analyse energy storage system energy saving and emission reduction benefit evaluation index. Establish the wind/storage system benefit evaluation model to calculate wind/storage optimum matching capacity used nested genetic algorithm. The calculated results show that the wind/storage system with reasonable configuration can improve the social benefits of energy saving and emission reduction.
