Nowadays P2P is the premier data distribution technology which tops Internet traffic flow chart. It becomes more and more important to optimize the data flow of P2P traffic. However, there is no general standard for measuring which data distribution scheme is better. A network expense model is proposed for this purpose. By observing the data flows which are produced by P2P, we can calculate the network expense of any data distribution scheme. Now there is a unified standard for evaluating the influence of different data distribution schemes to the network. According to this model, the network expense of a few typical P2P data distributions scheme over the Internet is calculated. Judging from the results, a topology-aware P2P can generate more balanced flows to save the bandwidth of backbone network. Network expense model provide a fundamental tool for optimizing the P2P data distribution.

The Internet is one of the largest and most complex communication and information exchange networks ever created. Therefore, its dynamics and traffic unsurprisingly take on a rich variety of complex dynamics, self-organization, and other phenomena that have been researched for years. This paper is a review of the complex dynamics of Internet traffic. Departing from normal treatises, we will take a view from both the network engineering and physics perspectives showing the strengths and weaknesses as well as insights of both. In addition, many less covered phenomena such as traffic oscillations, BGP storms, and comparisons of the Internet and biological models will be covered.

AbstractHerein, we examine how the United States and the European Union use trade agreements to advance the free flow of information and to promote digital rights online. In the 1980s and 1990s, after US policymakers tried to include language governing the free flow of information in trade agreements, other nations feared a threat to their sovereignty and their ability to restrict cross-border data flows in the interest of privacy or national security. In the twenty-first century, again many states have not responded positively to US and EU efforts to facilitate the free flow of information. They worry that the US dominates both the Internet economy and Internet governance in ways that benefit its interests. After the Snowden allegations, many states adopted strategies that restricted rather than enhanced the free flow of information. Without deliberate intent, efforts to set information free through trade liberalization may be making the Internet less free. Finally, the two trade giants are not fully in agreement on Internet freedom, but neither has linked policies to promote the free flow of information with policies to advance digital rights. Moreover, they do not agree as to when restrictions on information are necessary and when they are protectionist.

The advancement of technology and networking allows the use of the Web incredibly important. There is thus an exponential increase in data and information via the Internet. This flow thus is a beneficial field of study which can be defined accurately. Internet traffic detection is a very popular method of identifying information. Although so many methods have been successfully developed for classifying internet traffic, computer training technology among them is most popular. A short study of the classification of Internet traffic on various managed and non-regulated computer teaching systems was undertaken by many researchers. This paper will give various ideas to the other researcher’s and help them to learn a lot about machine learning

Abstract: The increasing use of the internet in the world, making internet traffic become high. The need for interconnection between networks is increasing in companies with many branches. Therefore companies are required to spend even more budget. To reduce excess expenditure, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) is needed. By utilizing Open VPN-Server Access that is issued is cheaper compared to VPN-IP leases that are relatively more expensive. For better tissue, it must be supported by the best topological structure according to installation. The choice of topology at the beginning of network development is very important to make this Virtual Private Network (VPN) access well connected.   Keywords: VPN, Networking, Open VPN-Acces Server.
