There are a lot of methods to improve the subgrade stability in permafrost regions. The scope of application and the advantages and disadvantages of the five methods including heat stick, insulation method, sunshade awning, particle improved method and ventiduct subgrade were analyzed. It can provide reference value for subgrade construction and diseases lot maintenance.

Abstract Based on the latest developments of desulfurization and decarbonization technologies of acidic natural gas, the process characteristics, product purity, consumptions, occupied area, advantages and disadvantages of various desulfurization and decarbonization methods are analyzed and compared, and the adaptability of the methods on offshore platform is fully considered. According to the actual situation of a Bohai offshore gas field, the low temperature separation method is adopted and the desulfurization and decarbonization process is simulated by using HYSYS software, and then the technical scheme is put forward to meet the requirements of the gas turbines on surrounding platforms and the transportation quality index of the southwest Bohai gas supply pipeline network. This research has a certain reference value for technical programs of natural gas desulfurization and decarbonization on similar offshore projects.

Tear propagation is a typical breakage modality of fabric laminates. In this paper, analysis methods and their empirical formulas about tear propagation of a kind of fabric laminate which is used in high altitude lighter-than-air vehicle (LTA) is studied. The methods include Griffith’s energy balance method, Thiele’s empirical formula method, Stress field consideration method and critical stress intensity factor method. Testing about tear propagation strength in biaxial stress is done by a tailor-made testing machine to study on the methods. And then a comparison is drawn between these formulas and results of the experimentation. Subsequently, advantages and disadvantages of these formulas and their scope of application are concluded. While by using the empirical formulas, the analysis of tear propagation of different incision shapes is given. It is useful for the further study on different fabric laminates.

Delay Tolerant Networks (DTNs) are characterized by intermittent connectivity, frequent partitions and extremely high latency. As a result, multicast routing protocols are difficult to implement in DTNs. Multicast can not only save network bandwidth, but also can reduce communication cost and improve the efficiency of data transfer. In recent years, various multicast routing protocols are proposed for DTNs. In order to provide a comprehensive understanding of these multicast routing protocols designed for DTNs, a survey of the multicast routing protocols was discussed in this paper. We analyzed two types of multicast routing protocols: the knowledge-based multicast routing protocol and the probability-based multicast protocol. We conclude the future research directions by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of various multicast routing protocols for DTNs, and provide some reference value for the further studies of multicast routing protocols of DTNs. Furthermore, in order to resolve the existing problems of DTNs (such as energy optimization); we will propose a social-aware energy constrained multicast routing algorithm in the future.

Degrading permafrost conditions around the world has resulted in stability issues for civil structures founded on top of them. Railway lines have very limited tolerance for differential settlements, making it a priority for railway owners in permafrost regions to consider embankment stabilization measures that ensure smooth and safe operations. Several passive and active engineered solutions have been developed to address the permafrost stability issues, such as awnings, shading boards, crushed rock embankments, ventiduct embankments, and thermosyphons. Local site conditions, including soil type, soil temperature, ice content, and precipitation determines which method is selected for a particular site and in most cases the best stabilization solution is a combination of two or more alternatives. When potential solution can be identified, it will only be implemented if perceived benefits exceed the implementation and maintenance costs. This paper aims to provide a brief literature review on some common embankment stabilization solutions with consideration to the Hudson Bay Railway (HBR) in northern Manitoba, Canada which has been witnessing thaw settlements for extensive time period. It will discuss the applicability of the different methods, the advantages and disadvantages of the different methods, as well as the benefits to be derived by utilizing a combination of methods.

This paper proposed an improved method based on adaptive with threshold wavelet transform denoising, according to image is often affected by noise pollution in the process of acquisition and transmission, compared with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional digital filtering method. It extracts the structure information and details of the image. It can adaptively select wavelet transform of optimal decomposition level and soft threshold to achieve the optimal noise reduction effect. The Simulation results demonstrate that this theory can effectively filter Gaussian noise and Salt and pepper noise, at the same time well protect the image details and achieve better visual effects.

With the aim of improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning English for Special Purposes, this article explores the current situation of teaching English for Special Purposes at Tan Trao University, evaluates programs, materials, teaching methods and topics. Exams for English for Special Purposes courses. Through surveying students, interviewing teachers, attending teachers who are directly involved in teaching and learning English courses, and analyzing documents related to English for Special Purposes courses, research The research has pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the English for Special Purposes courses and proposed improvement solutions to improve the training efficiency of the modules. The research results have reference value for other Vietnamese universities with the same educational background.

Online hospitality reviews have an important impact on consumers’ travel and hospitality booking decisions in the Internet age. A well-designed online hospitality review system is crucial to reduce the uncertainty of consumers’ decision making, to grasp the actual needs of consumers, and to improve the quality experience of platforms. In this context, this research conducts an empirical study on the design features of online hospitality review systems based on the Kano model. First, the paper analyzes the design features of online hospitality review systems. Then, the paper proposes an improved method to classify design features on the basis of the Kano questionnaire design and survey data. Finally, the paper quantitatively measures their importance in online hospitality review systems. Results can provide scientific basis for online travel platforms or hospitality operators to optimize the design of online hospitality review systems and to obtain reference value to increase the satisfaction of consumers’ decision making.

<p><em>Along with the rapid development of our electronic commerce in our country, the only traditional marketing mode has been hard to meet the current market demand and it must be imperative to have vast application of marketing innovation strategy. It has been accepted and recognized by more and more people that there is an innovation strategy of network marketing centered with the marketing to improve user brands marketing; what’s more, it has been thought and applied by all kinds of major electronic commerce. Based on the mature theory of innovation strategy of network marketing, the paper would begin from the aspect of improving user brand innovation marketing to have study and analysis of the case of 4P in the innovation strategy of Three Squirrels’ Network Marketing. The successful experience and the currently existed main problem would be analyzed, and some proper suggestions would be mentioned in the paper. The paper would focus on the 4P ideas to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Three Squirrels to explore the main experience and the existed problems. There would be correspondent improvement innovation strategy combined with the condition of enterprises so that there would be certain reference value for the improvement of Three Squirrels in the network marketing; at the same time, through the ceaseless learning and study, there would be advanced marketing idea and marketing innovation strategy at home and abroad and these could be used by other enterprises in the future so as to have a better promotion to the healthy development of enterprises.</em></p>
