Creative education is the main way to train art design talents in colleges and universities. The development of innovative education has far-reaching significance, which is not only the need for college students to cope with the severe employment situation, but also the need for deepening the reform of college students' training mode. According to the requirements of the reform on the cultivation of creative talents for art design students in Chinese universities, this paper studies how to build the cultivation mode of creative talents for art design students in colleges and universities according to the current demand of the country and society for innovative talents.

Art design creative talent training can’t be separated from the teaching reform in colleges and universities, and the mission of art design creative talent training will be accomplished by the system of creative curriculum of the speciality eventually. The article reflects of environmental art design teaching reform currently provided from both creative thinking training and national design concept, renews the ideas, changes the thinking, reforms teaching system, adjusts the aims and service directions and explores the talent training mode to meet the social needs.

Environmental art mainly uses the collocation of color and spatial structure for landscape layout. Different environmental styles have different artistic characteristics. In order to better design the environmental space, this paper puts forward the intelligent analysis method of artistic environmental construction style based on artificial intelligence technology. By analyzing the environment into characteristics and the environmental style into process, the direction of environmental art design is innovated while the environmental design is carried out reasonably.
