The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of self efficacy on performance. It was quantitative research with survey method in SMA N region II Central Jakarta.The research was conducted to all civil servant teachers by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 117 civil servant teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conlude: There is a direct positive effect of self efficacy on performance.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of psychological contract and job motivation on teacher organization commitmen. It was quantitative research with survey method in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Lampung Barat.The research was conducted to all teacher of SMK Negeri Kabupaten Lampung Barat by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 154 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of psychological contract on organization commitmen. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job motivation on organization commitmen. (3) There is a direct positive of psychological contract on job motivation.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee achievement motivation of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. It was quantitative research with survey method in Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. The research was conducted to all employees of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 89 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation. The objective of this causal research is to obtain information concerning the effect of communication and achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, PPs UNJ students of the school year 2009/2010 has been choosen as a unit analysis and 211 samples of student were selected in random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of communication on achievement motivation indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0.404; (2) there is a direct positive effect of communication on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,223; (3) there is a direct positive effect of achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,304. Therefore, student satisfaction can be improved by optimizing the communication made by the director and staff, lecturers and administrative staff to students using a variety of appropriate media to get positive feedback from students. Furthermore, by constantly increasing the motivation of the students themselves.

The purpose of this research is  to  determine the influence of managerial ability and creativity on headmaster’s decision making in Junior High School of Counties and Tangerang City.The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument from questionnaire. The number of 60 headmaster’s sample was selected by simple random sampling.The result of this research indicated that: 1) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making, 2) there is a direct positive effect of creativity to headmaster’s decision making and 3) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to creativity.    Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kreatifitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 60 kepala sekolah dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, 2) ada pengaruh positif langsung kreatifitas terhadap keputusan kepala sekolah. membuat dan 3) ada efek positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap kreatifitas Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kreatifitas

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 203 from 135 teacher’s selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is concluded that (1) there  the negative direct effect of environment towards work stress, (2) there is  negative direct effect of self efficacy towards work stress and (3) there is positive direct effect of  environment towards self efficacy.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai efek dari lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur dalam pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, 203 dari 135 guru dipilih sampel acak. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek pohon; lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Data yang colected dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil pada analyisis itu disimpulkan (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja, (2) Self efikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap stres kerja, dan (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap self efikasi. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Lingkungan dan Kemanjuran Diri

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and empowerment on teachers achievement motivation. The research was conducted to all of elementary schools teachers at the district of Duren Sawit, East Jakarta by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 80 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation. (2) There is a direct positive effect of empowerment on achievement motivation. (3) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on empowerment.

This research aims to analyze direct effect of transformational leadership, self efficacy and self learning toward lecturers Job performance at STAIN Curup. This research is newest research by using research model about lecturer’s performance which was surveyed from  the effect of transformational leadership (indicators: effectiveness, productivity and usefulness),  self efficacy factors  (indicators: mobilize motivation, cognitive resource, job difficulty level and attitude selection), and  self learning (indicators:  self assesment, self improvment and self reinforcement). This research used quantitative approach with survey method and path analysis technique.  Population  was 96 civil servant lecturers. Findings of the research  showed that there is a positive effect of transformational leadership toward  lecturer’s  job performance with value of 0.2390, positive effect self  efficacy and lecturers job performance with value of 0.3040 and positive effect of self-learning torward  lecturers job performance with value of 0.2720, there is also dirrect effect of transformational leadership toward self learning with value of 0.2740, self efficacy toward self learning with value of 0.4920, and   transformational leadership toward  self efficacy  with value of 0.2670.
