India is one of the largest consumergoods market in the world. However, with the growing consumption of electronics and IT goods in the country, the environmental threat posed by E-waste has touched an alarming level.‘E-waste’ is a collective name for discarded electronics devices that enter the waste stream from various sources that include electronic appliances such as discarded computers, televisions, VCRs, cell phones, batteries etc. In concern with the environment and its healthy living, the government has undertaken many reforms and policies to mitigate the impact of e-waste. For instance, Corporate Responsibility for Environmental Protection (CREP) 2003, Hazardous Wastes (Management and Handling) Rules, 1989 etc. These reforms have brought out several impacts in the industrial sector and have a huge impact in the making of the products and their selling. Our paper portrays the impacts of the Supply Change Management techniques which led to the design of innovative steps and practices undertaken by the industries like reverse logistics, RFID tools etc to reduce the E-waste in the recent past.

Transformation of digitalization in large industries has an impact on the automation of production equipment, including the replacement of production machines from conventional machines (manual) to digital machines. Meanwhile, automation of production equipment requires workers with higher skills, in fact the existing workforce does not have expertise in carrying out all-digital equipment. The impact is a reduction in labor (layoffs). Machine replacement is done in stages so that the reduction of workforce (PHK) in bulk is not visible. However, the inconsistency between the preparation in the world of education and the needs in the world of work continues to occur today. Until now, vocational development based on local resources has not been operating optimally and needs serious attention from the local government. The government on various occasions mentioned four leading sectors that will be strengthened in the development of vocational institutions, namely maritime, tourism, agriculture (food security), and the creative industry. In addition, the government is also developing a policy scheme for Skill Development Funds (SDF), which is a skills improvement program for workers affected by automation (PHK), including through Vocational Training Center (BLK).

Demographers predict that in the period 2020-2030 Indonesia will experience a demographic bonus with a peak around 2030. At that time, the number of people with productive age in Indonesia, namely the age range of 15-64 years, far exceeds those who are included in the nonproductive age (children and the elderly). The Demographic Bonus should be a very positive thing where Indonesia can get extraordinary benefits, making Indonesia have high competitiveness and bargaining power. But on the other hand, Indonesia is currently facing serious problems due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world. Social distancing (physical distancing) carried out to anticipate the spread and expansion of the Covid 19 pandemic has made changes in various fields, both in the economy, transportation, worship, education, government and entertainment that have a direct impact on labor. The number of job cuts that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic had a huge impact because not all of the workforce could be accommodated in the world of work, as a result it would encourage an increase in the number of unemployed in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of unemployment in Indonesia and the steps that need to be taken by the government and the Indonesian people in order to face the era of demographic bonuses in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic so that this demographic bonus does not become a wave of mass unemployment in Indonesia.

Fiscal incentives act as an instrument to enhance growth of industry and in turn, that of economy is a debatable issue all over the world. Many countries and many governments have burnt their hands in imposing or reducing tax rates and other benefits. The impact of different fiscal incentives on various corporate decisions is not certain and varies from country to country and time to time. Sometimes it has been found that such fiscal incentives work best when it is coupled with other factors like political stability, infrastructure facilities etc. In addition, many researchers have viewed that such fiscal incentives results in to nothing but just raises the burden of the government. The present study attempts to find out how industrial sector particularly MSMEs view these incentives on their overall impact.

The development of human life nowadays cannot be separated from various aspects such as economy, politics, and technology, including the impact of the coronavirus outbreak (Covid-19 or SARS-CoV-2) which emerged at the end of 2019. Responding to this Covid-19 pandemic outbreak In Indonesia, the government has issued various policies as measures to prevent and handle the spread of Covid-19. One of these policies is to limit community activities. These restrictions have implications for the fulfilment of the economic needs of the affected communities. Responding to the urgency of this community's economic situation, the government held a social assistance program as a measure to ease the community's economic burden. However, the procurement of the program was used as a chance for corruption involving the Ministry of Social Affairs and corporations as the winning bidders. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a normative juridical approach and literature. The approach is carried out by conducting a juridical analysis based on a case approach. The results of the study show that the corporations involved cannot be separated from corporate responsibility. However, the criminal liability process against the corporation is deemed not to reflect justice for the current situation of Indonesia is experiencing. The crime was not carried out in a normal situation but in a situation when Indonesia was trying hard to overcome the urgent situation, the Covid-19 pandemic. Corporate crimes committed by taking advantage of the pandemic situation are deemed necessary to prioritize special action or the weight of criminal acts committed by corporations. The weighting of criminal sanction is the right step as a law enforcement process for corporate crimes during the pandemic.

The world is currently being faced by a global covid-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia this pandemic is very disturbing to the public. Manpower development must be regulated in such a way that basic rights and protections for workers are fulfilled, especially for women workers so as to create conducive conditions. The purpose of this paper is to find out the policies issued by companies for workers, especially women workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This writing method is library research, which is a series of research related to library data collection methods, or research where the object of research is excavated through a variety of library information. The results obtained in this paper are that the company policies that terminate employment of women during the Covid-19 pandemic are protected by Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, the losses caused by the company have not reached 2 years, the company cannot simply terminate the work relationship, Then there needs to be other efforts provided by companies or the government in overcoming the impact of Covid-19 on laid-off workers so that they can limit working time / overtime and workers can be sent home without breaking the work relationship The suggestion is expected that the government should supervise and act decisively against companies that employ female workers.
