This study discusses the isomorphic learning model based on the Qur'an in early childhood Islamic education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method which was confirmed by three educators at PIAUD Amanah Bunda Tangerang during December 2019 to February 2020 through deep interviews. Research shows that in applying the isomorphic learning model, educators have several obstacles, namely: lack of parental support, lack of support from the surrounding environment, and lack of ability of educators to explore educational concepts in the Qur'an. Some of these obstacles can be overcome by conducting home visits, educational partners, and upgrading the study of the Qur'an. This study also shows that to foster noble character, it is carried out by introducing moral education, worship education and monotheism education. If associated with the isomorphic learning model, moral education is related to the disciplines of psychology, sociology, anthropology. While worship education is closely related to the science of health, nutrition and physiology. Finally, monotheism education is related to the science of neuroscience, aiming to optimize the work of the mind to study all of Allah's creations that exist on earth and in the sky. Thus, the isomorphic learning model based on the Qur'an which focuses on aspects of faith and morality as the foundation for early childhood Islamic education becomes an obligation to be implemented.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a buzzword worldwide. Today many organizations are facing challenge of integration of CSR in business. Stakeholders expect some more from businesses organization than merely pursuing growth and profitability. In the year 1946, the Fortune released a story that said the owners of businesses were answerable to the outcomes of their deeds beyond a much wider scope than their bottom-line figures. This is the time when the term CSR was given so much focus. More than Ninety percent of the owners who read this, agreed to it. Bowen (1953) and Carroll (1999) have also highlighted in their research that the question is, as owners of businesses what kind of rational accountability do they have to presuppose towards the society at large? It was also defined by Bowen that, owners are expected to practice those strategies, resolutions and deeds that put them in an advantageous position and align their goals to all those important purposes which society holds. Social Responsibility has also gained popularity in academics as well as practical propositions since it has been found that more than ninety percent of the top 500 fortune companies portrayed CSR as a very important goal and vigorously endorse their socially responsible programmes in their annual reports. As per the Legislative bill passed by the Indian Government, all topnotch organizations are obliged to contribute at least 2 percent of their proceeds to Social responsible activities. The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is old in India since many years. It arose from the 'Vedic period' when history was not recorded in India. In those days Kings had a limitation towards society and merchants displayed their own small business responsibility by building places of worship, education, inns and wells.

Demographers predict that in the period 2020-2030 Indonesia will experience a demographic bonus with a peak around 2030. At that time, the number of people with productive age in Indonesia, namely the age range of 15-64 years, far exceeds those who are included in the nonproductive age (children and the elderly). The Demographic Bonus should be a very positive thing where Indonesia can get extraordinary benefits, making Indonesia have high competitiveness and bargaining power. But on the other hand, Indonesia is currently facing serious problems due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world. Social distancing (physical distancing) carried out to anticipate the spread and expansion of the Covid 19 pandemic has made changes in various fields, both in the economy, transportation, worship, education, government and entertainment that have a direct impact on labor. The number of job cuts that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic had a huge impact because not all of the workforce could be accommodated in the world of work, as a result it would encourage an increase in the number of unemployed in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of unemployment in Indonesia and the steps that need to be taken by the government and the Indonesian people in order to face the era of demographic bonuses in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic so that this demographic bonus does not become a wave of mass unemployment in Indonesia.
