One indicator states that professional teachers / educators have the ability to manage classes, namely providing a conducive atmosphere for effective and efficient learning processes. If it is not yet conducive, then a teacher or lecturer must work optimally to master, regulate and improve, and create a conducive atmosphere so that the learning process can run optimally to achieve the desired learning goals. Class management is not an easy and easy thing, let alone for teachers who have just fielded themselves into the world of education, for teachers who are already professional, they have felt how difficult it is to manage classes, but never teachers feel dry and then deter from managing classes every time they teach in class. The failure of a teacher to achieve teaching goals is in line with the inability of the teacher to manage the class, from failure it is achievement, learning of students is low, not in accordance with the standards or size limits that are determined, therefore classroom management is very important teacher competency mastered by the teacher within the framework of success teaching and learning process. The two things are interdependent. Students can study well, in a reasonable atmosphere without pressure and in conditions that stimulate learning. To create an atmosphere that fosters passion for learning, improves student learning achievement, and allows teachers to better guide students in learning, adequate classroom management is needed. Therefore, researchers are interested in taking the title of research on the effectiveness of classroom management in increasing learning activities at SD Ta'miriyah Surabaya. Classroom management is a conscious effort to systematically organize teaching and learning process activities that lead to success, which has a relationship with the encouragement of students to actively learn even though the implementation of the teaching and learning process is online. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant relationship between virtual classroom management and students' online learning motivation and how much virtual classroom management contributes to students' online learning motivation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalifa Nusantara for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of quantitative research uses systematic scientific research on the parts and phenomena and the causality of their relationships. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant relationship between virtual classroom management and online learning motivation of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalifa Nusantara. This is indicated by the virtual classroom management variable, which has a positive regression coefficient towards online learning motivation of 38.355, meaning that if virtual classroom management has an increase of 1 point, online learning motivation will increase by 38.355. It is also known that the count of 6.360 is more excellent than the table at a significant level of 5%, which is 1.693. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it is stated that the correlation of the X variable with the Y variable is significant. 2) The virtual class management variable (X) has a simultaneous contribution of 57.4 to the online learning motivation variable (Y), and the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author.

The COVID-19 pandemic that has recently hit various countries including Indonesia has resulted in major changes in various fields, including in the development of the education sector. The teaching and learning process has turned from face-to-face into an online method. However, there are several obstacles experienced by schools that implement an online learning system, one of them was the ability of teachers who do not understand various learning application platforms. In addition, the material provided by the teacher is not maximally acceptable to students because most teachers provide learning material from the pages of textbooks or teacher writings (scans, photos, or presentation files). For this reason, it is necessary to have variations in the provision of teaching materials to students by making interesting and creative learning videos using the Movavi Education Set. With learning videos, students can do lessons at home, repeat it, and can ask the teacher some points from it if they don't understand. By using Movavi Education Set, teachers are also free to be creative in making learning videos that can be shared through commonly used communication applications such as e-mail, WhatsApp, line, google classroom and other applications.
