This research is motivated by the idea that increasing the innovativeness of local government employees is needed to be able to produce innovations in governance and services to the community in the context of bureaucratic reform to realize good governance. The purpose of this study was to find the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on the improvement of employee innovation in a regional government, using the path analysis method with work motivation as an intermediate variable. The sample in this study was153 echelon IV employees / supervisory officers.The results found the fact that organizational culture and transformational leadership have an indirect influence on employee innovation through work motivation. The purpose of this study was tofind the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee motivation in a regional government, using the path analysis method. Meanwhile, transformational leadership does not influence employee work motivation.

This research is motivated by the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province which is not yet optimal. One of the factors is the low level of employee satisfaction which is caused by the lack of transformational leadership, the low of organizational culture and the low of employee work motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and employee work motivation on employee satisfaction and its implications on the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province. This study use descriptive and verification approach. The sample used in this research is 284 PDAM employees in Banten Province with population size 1,092 employees. The analysis method of this study is the Path Analysis. The results of this study found that there is a direct influence of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction (23.32%), the direct influence of organizational culture on employee satisfaction (8.12%) and the direct influence of employee work motivation on employee satisfaction (10,28%). Simultaneously, the influence of independent variable on employee satisfaction is 69,02%, and the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 30.98%. The effect of employee satisfaction on employee performance is 81.70%, while the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 18.30%.Keywords: Transformational leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture on work commitments in junior high schools throughout South Jakarta. The study was conducted on work commitments to the study population 84 and sample selection 69 employees of the Education Office of North Bengkulu. This research uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis method. The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership had a direct positive effect on work commitment, (2) organizational culture had a direct positive effect on work commitment, (3) transformational leadership had a direct positive effect on organizational culture. Based on the results of research to improve teacher work commitments that need to be improved is Transformational leadership, organizational culture.

This study examines transformative leadership and organizational culture implemented in tertiary institutions. Transformational leaders have an impact on the effectiveness of organizational culture. This paper is based on the study of leadership theory, references about the culture of knowledge organizations, which integrate concepts and facts in the field. Of course the transformation process has an impact on organizational culture including students. Not only does it change the work rhythm that is demanded to be bigger, but more students being taken care of are also more complicated. This reality ultimately also has an impact on habits including good employee performance due to the reduced number of present workforce recruited. The purpose of this study is to examine and discuss the characteristics of transformational leadership and organizational culture at Islamic Institute of Religion Jember. This type of research is field research. The research method used is a qualitative research method. While the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The validity test of the data used is triangulation, confirmation of reliability, transferability and dependability. While the analysis of the data used is an interactive analysis of Miles Huberman. The results of the conclusions in this study indicate that Transformational Leadership is built by three factors, namely Inspirational in shaping vision and ideas, visionary in articulating vision & mission and intellectual support to achieve targets and goals. Transformational leadership provides a change in work support and team performance. Strong leadership in providing work motivation, stimulating concepts or ideas to group or individual employees can produce harmony in achieving a shared vision, team commitment, work culture and minimal conflict. Transformative leadership needs to improve communication in building a positive organizational culture because communication of leadership and work increases the culture of teamwork, cohesion and conflict. This study aims to determine the effect of good governance (X1), transformational leadership style (X2), simultaneously or partially on the performance of officials in the government of North Gorontalo District. As well as the influence of Good governance (X1) on transformational leadership style (X2), the population in this study were State Civil Servants who held structural positions in seven Regional Work Units (SKPD) in the Regional Government of Gorontalo Utara Regency, amounting to 63 people, data collection principal through a list of questions that were tested on the instrument, namely the validity test and reliability test for each question item contained in the list of questions. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model PLS by using the Smart PLS.3.0 application. The results showed that, Good governance (X1), has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus in the North Gorontalo District government. The effect is low with the magnitude of the effect of 0.333 or 33.3%. The transformational leadership style (X2) has a significant and positive effect on the performance of the apparatus in the North Gorontalo district government. The effect is moderate with a large influence of 0.467 or 46.7%. The results showed that, Good governance (X1), has a positive and significant effect on transformational leadership style (X2) in the government of North Gorontalo District. The influence is high, with the magnitude of the effect of 0.712 or 71.2%. Good governance (X1) and transformational leadership style (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus (Y) in the government of North Gorontalo District. The effect is moderate with the magnitude of the effect of 0.665 or 66.5%.

A nurse performance greatly determines the quality of health services in a hospital. The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of transformational leadership on nurse performances, both directly and indirectly through organizational culture and work motivation. The research method used was a quantitative approach with cross-sectional design. The number of samples consisted of 86 nurses in a private hospital. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Research results shew that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance both directly and indirectly through organizational culture and work motivation). The study results have shown that Transformational Leadership is effect on Organizational Culture. Transformational Leadership is effect on Work Motivation. Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation are effect on Nurses Performance. Organizational culture mediated the effect of the transformational leadership on performance.

The Effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Job Performance of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk Branch Pematang Siantar Sudirman. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee work performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. The method used in this study is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection is done by a list of questions and documentation study. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed simultaneously and partially work motivation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. The coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.918 which means that the ability of work motivation (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) can explain variations of work performance by 91.8% and the remaining 8.2% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables studied.

Abstract. This study aims to test empirically the effects of government accounting system, organizational culture, performance of regional government officials, the role of government internal auditor, and government internal control system towards the implementation of good governance in Talaud Islands District. This research was conducted at Talaud Islands Regency officials by using purposive sampling method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 145 respondents at 28 SKPD. Data was analysed by using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23 software. T-test was conducted to test the hypothesis partially. Results of this study show that: (1) The government’s accounting system has a positive and significant influence on the implementation of good governance, with t-value of 4.342 and significance value of 0.000; (2) The organizational culture has a negative and insignificant influence on the implementation of good governance, with t-value of -1.019 and significance value of 0.310; (3) The performance of regional government officials has a positive and significant influence on the implementation of good governance, with t-value of 2.458 and significance value of 0.015; (4) The role of APIP has a positive and significant influence on the application of good governance, with t-value of 6.647 and significance value of 0.000; (5) The government’s internal control system has a positive and significant influence on the implementation of good governance, with t-value of 2.128 and significance value of 0.035.  The amount of variation of the variables of good governance implementation which can be explained by variables in this research is 84.8%, while the remaining 15.2% is the contribution of other variables that are excluded in this research model. Keywords: Government Accounting System, Organizational Culture, Performance of Government Officials, The Role of Government Internal Auditor, Government Internal Control System, Good Governance.Abstrak. This study aims to determine and analyze the description of transformational leadership, organizational culture, motivation and performance, and the relationship between the four variables at the Jambi District Court employees. This study uses descriptive and verificative research methods that aim to describe research variables systematically and in accordance with the facts investigated, as well as knowing the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. The study sample used as many as 74 employees of the Jambi District Court, The results of the descriptive analysis show that the overall level of transformational leadership quality and organizational culture in the Jambi District Court are at a good level of quality. While for work motivation and employee performance are at a high level of quality. The results of hypothesis testing through path analysis prove that transformational leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. For the indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation, it shows that the application of transformational leadership and good organizational culture can increase employee motivation at a higher level, which indirectly has an impact on improving employee performance. However, on the other hand work motivation partially does not affect employee performance.
