The purpose of the study was to analyze what factors influence the Performance Based Budget by using a sample of 87 respondents working at the Secretariat of the Papuan People's Representative Council. While the data analysis technique used is the Ordinary least square (OLS) technique. The results of the study are indicated by the calculation of the mean (mean) of 32 item questions and 87 respondents and the result is 137.31. If the value is compared to the criteria that the author has set, then the average value is included in the "Very Good" category. While the results of the partial analysis of organizational commitment (X1) have a significant and positive influence on the performance-based budget of 1,261. Keywords: Performance Based Budget

Abstract : Research Objectives to measure and analyze the effectiveness of Go-Jek online advertising on social media. This study uses a sample to residents who live in Padang City and are social media users. Sampling was done by Purpose sampling with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the EPIC method, which consists of; empathy (empathy), persuasion (persuasion), impact (impact), and communication (communication). The EPIC analysis results partially for each variable are in the "effective" range because the average value of empathy = 3.9375, persuasion = 3.9273, impact = 3.8175, and communication = 3.92. And the EPIC rate which is the average value of the whole variable is at 3.9. This value is in the "effective" range on the effectiveness scale. This shows that Go-Jek online advertisements through social media are considered effective in attracting audience empathy, effective in influencing audience buying interest, effective in leaving a good impression on the audience, and effective in delivering messages clearly, well, and correctly. The purpose of this research is to analysis the factors which affecting the implementation of the SAKIP in Government of North Sulawesi, the contain is factor awareness on the laws and regulation (X1), factor organizational  commitment (X2) and factor role of APIP (X3) toward implementation of SAKIP (Y). Method that use in this research are quantitative method. The data analysis technique has been done by using the multiple linear regressions analysis. Result of the research according the partial test show that awareness on the laws and regulation no significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP, whereas the organizatoinal commitment and role of APIP has significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP. The value from coefficient of determination test amount of 43,7% has been effect by awareness on the laws and regulation, organizatoinal commitment, role of APIP, whereas the remaining 56,3% is influenced by other factors outside this research. This research is motivated by the low skill of writing descriptions of 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 38 Pekanbaru with 37 students. It is known that no highly skilled students, 5 skilled students, 9 students are quite skilled and 23 students are less skilled in writing descriptions. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one daily test. This study aims to improve the skills of writing student descriptions. The data in this study were obtained through observation and tests. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of teacher and student activities as well as analysis of skills in writing descriptions. The results of the analysis of teacher activities in the cycle I of the first meeting with a percentage of 75% and the second meeting 79%, while in the cycle II the first meeting with a percentage of 83% and the second meeting 88%. Activities of students in the first cycle I the first meeting with a percentage of 71% and the second meeting 75%, while in the cycle II the first meeting was 79% and the second meeting 83%. The results of the analysis of the skills of writing student descriptions can be seen from before the action carried out the average value of students obtained at 49.51, after the action in the cycle I increased to 75.11 and the cycle II increased to 81.65. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of guided writing strategies can improve the skills of writing descriptions of 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 38 Pekanbaru.

The aim of this research is to measure the influence of motivation towards teachers’ work effectivity. The research used survey method. Collecting data technique used a Likert scale model questionnaire by scoring between 1 up to 5.  The respondents were all of the teachers of SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Data analysis technique which used was simple regression. The result showed that motivation has a positive influence towards effectiveness of teachers’ work significantly. It means that work effectiveness can be improved by increasing motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh motivasi terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket model skala Likert dengan rentang skor 1-5. Responden adalah seluruh guru di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Dengan demikian efektivitas kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan motivasi.

Student’ activities play an important role in classroom learning activities. Student activities also affect student learning achievement, if the child is active then the possibility of achievement is also good. Unfortunately,  not all students are active in learning activities. The problem of low student activity occurs at State Elementary School 2 of Medini. The lack of students who ask questions or express opinions showed the activities of students were classified as low. This problem may disturb learning process and can affect student achievement. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement in student activity through the Student Teams Achievement Division model assisted by Utaku media. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 2 of Medini. The instrument used was a student activity observation sheet. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results showed an increase on students’ learning activities in the first cycle obtained an average value of 74 and in the second cycle increased to 85. Based on the results of CAR conducted in forth grade of State Elementary School 2 of Medini it can be concluded that the use of the STAD model assisted by Utaku media can increase student activity.

This study aimed to determine the effect of council knowledge on budgets, accountability, and transparency on the performance of DPRD members in the DPRD Nabire and Dogiyai Regencies. Besides, this study also examines regional financial supervision as a moderating variable in the research model. The design of this research is survey research. The research data required is primary data in the form of the respondent's (subject) perception. Collecting data using direct surveys and the instrument used is a questionnaire. This study's data analysis technique was PLS (Partial Least Square), which carry out using the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that partially the council's knowledge of the budget, accountability, and transparency has a positive and significant effect on DPRD members' performance. Meanwhile, other results indicate that regional financial supervision cannot moderate the effect of council knowledge on budgets, accountability, and transparency on DPRD members' performance.

This research aims to determine: (1) a positive influence of student’s motivation towards      their      mathematics      learning outcomes;    (2)   a    positive    influence    of student’s       learning       habits       towards mathematics  learning  outcomes;  (3)  and  a positive  influence  of  the  student’s  between motivation and study habits combined toward mathematics     learning     outcomes.     The research   was   conducted   using   a   survey method explanation. In this research, there are three instruments. The instrument for the student’s mathematics learning outcomes is in  essay  form.  While  the  instrument  for student's motivation and study habits are in the  form  of  questionnaires.  Data  analysis technique  used  in  this  research  is  simple regression and double regression. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that:  (1) there is a positive influence of the student's motivation     towards     their     mathematics learning  outcomes;  (2)  there  is  a  positive influence   of   the   student's   study   habits towards  their  learning  outcomes;  and  (3) there is a positive influence motivation and study  habits  of  students  combined  toward their outcomes in learning mathematics.

This study aims to determine the effect of perceive of usefullnes, perceived ease of use, convenience perception, subjective norms and beliefs to the interest of using electronic commerce in UNISMA students. This research using PLS (Partial Least Square) data analysis technique, with 88 respondents. The results indicate that perceived of usefullness, convenience perception, and beliefs have positif and significant effect to the interest of using e-commerce. Otherwise, perceived ease of use, and subjective norms have no effect.

This research aimed to knew the relationship between meaningful work and organizational commitment. The participants of this study consisted of 52 partisipants. The hypothesis in this research was the existence of a positive significant relation between meaningful work and organizational commitment. Measurement instruments in this research was a Work and Meaning Inventory by Steger, Dik, and Duffy (2012) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire by Meyer and Allen (1990). Data analysis technique used Product Moment Correlation by Karl Pearson and helped by SPSS ver 16.00 for Windows. The result in this research found there was a positive and significance correlation between meaningful work and organizational commitment that r = 0,442 with a significance of p = 0,001 (P<0,005) which meant with higher meaningful work, the organizatinal commitment would be high. Otherwise with lower meaningful work, organizational commitment would be low.
