Abstract : Research Objectives to measure and analyze the effectiveness of Go-Jek online advertising on social media. This study uses a sample to residents who live in Padang City and are social media users. Sampling was done by Purpose sampling with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the EPIC method, which consists of; empathy (empathy), persuasion (persuasion), impact (impact), and communication (communication). The EPIC analysis results partially for each variable are in the "effective" range because the average value of empathy = 3.9375, persuasion = 3.9273, impact = 3.8175, and communication = 3.92. And the EPIC rate which is the average value of the whole variable is at 3.9. This value is in the "effective" range on the effectiveness scale. This shows that Go-Jek online advertisements through social media are considered effective in attracting audience empathy, effective in influencing audience buying interest, effective in leaving a good impression on the audience, and effective in delivering messages clearly, well, and correctly. The purpose of the study was to analyze what factors influence the Performance Based Budget by using a sample of 87 respondents working at the Secretariat of the Papuan People's Representative Council. While the data analysis technique used is the Ordinary least square (OLS) technique. The results of the study are indicated by the calculation of the mean (mean) of 32 item questions and 87 respondents and the result is 137.31. If the value is compared to the criteria that the author has set, then the average value is included in the "Very Good" category. While the results of the partial analysis of organizational commitment (X1) have a significant and positive influence on the performance-based budget of 1,261. Keywords: Performance Based Budget

Abstract: Self-esteem is an important element for students to support their development optimally. However, students performed various problems related to the students’ self-esteem level. For instance, students posted their activities and problems on social media. One variable affected self-esteem was students’ emotional control. This study aimed to identify the effect of emotional control on students’ self-esteem. This study involved 612 students as sample who were randomly selected in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis technique in this research was regression analysis. Results indicated that there was a significant effect of emotional control on students’ self-esteem. This study recommended a counseling service to increase students’ self-esteem by involving emotional control variable.Abstrak: Harga diri merupakan unsur penting bagi siswa agar dapat berkembang secara optimal. Akan tetapi, siswa kerap kali mengalami masalah yang berkaitan dengan rendahnya harga diri mereka, misalnya siswa menunjukkan berbagai kegiatan dan masalahnya di media sosial. Salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap harga diri adalah regulasi emosi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap harga diri siswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 612 siswa sekolah menengah atas (SMA) yang dipilih secara acak di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi terhadap harga diri siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan sebuah program layanan konseling untuk meningkatkan harga diri siswa dengan melibatkan variabel regulasi emosi.

The </em><em>aim</em><em> of this </em><em>research</em><em> was to</em><em> determine</em><em> the effect of </em><em>celebgram</em><em> credibility and trust on </em><em>intention to buy.</em> <em>The purpose of this research is to give solution for the decreasing problem intention to buy of ngikan restaurant , through some variables such as: celebgram credibility, trust, and intention to buy. </em><em>The sample used in this </em><em>research</em><em> were 168 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used PLS-SEM </em><em>.T</em><em>he results confirms that the probability value on the F test is 0.000 &lt;0.05 and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 6</em><em>3</em><em>.5%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram terhadap niat membeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi atas penurunan minat beli restoran ngikan gading serpong, melalui beberapa variabel seperti: kredibilitas selebgram, kepercayaan, dan niat membeli. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas pada uji F sebesar 0,000 &lt;0,05 dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 63,5%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat membeli.</p><p>Kata kunci: Kredibilitas Celebgram; Kepercayaan; niat untuk membeli</p><p> </p>

This research is motivated by the low skill of writing descriptions of 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 38 Pekanbaru with 37 students. It is known that no highly skilled students, 5 skilled students, 9 students are quite skilled and 23 students are less skilled in writing descriptions. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one daily test. This study aims to improve the skills of writing student descriptions. The data in this study were obtained through observation and tests. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of teacher and student activities as well as analysis of skills in writing descriptions. The results of the analysis of teacher activities in the cycle I of the first meeting with a percentage of 75% and the second meeting 79%, while in the cycle II the first meeting with a percentage of 83% and the second meeting 88%. Activities of students in the first cycle I the first meeting with a percentage of 71% and the second meeting 75%, while in the cycle II the first meeting was 79% and the second meeting 83%. The results of the analysis of the skills of writing student descriptions can be seen from before the action carried out the average value of students obtained at 49.51, after the action in the cycle I increased to 75.11 and the cycle II increased to 81.65. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of guided writing strategies can improve the skills of writing descriptions of 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 38 Pekanbaru.

Student’ activities play an important role in classroom learning activities. Student activities also affect student learning achievement, if the child is active then the possibility of achievement is also good. Unfortunately,  not all students are active in learning activities. The problem of low student activity occurs at State Elementary School 2 of Medini. The lack of students who ask questions or express opinions showed the activities of students were classified as low. This problem may disturb learning process and can affect student achievement. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement in student activity through the Student Teams Achievement Division model assisted by Utaku media. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 2 of Medini. The instrument used was a student activity observation sheet. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results showed an increase on students’ learning activities in the first cycle obtained an average value of 74 and in the second cycle increased to 85. Based on the results of CAR conducted in forth grade of State Elementary School 2 of Medini it can be concluded that the use of the STAD model assisted by Utaku media can increase student activity.

Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) have a strategic role in the development of a country. Every SME needs to improve its competitive advantage. One way to improve the competitive advantage is to utilize social media in running the business. The research aims to This study aims to implement the use of social media with reference to the AIDA Model for SMEs.  The fresearch focuses on social media facebook. SMEs are given training in using social media. Training participants as respondents from this research are 20 SMEs. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Hubermann. Results from this study indicate that the AIDA model can be used as an approach in using social media facebook. A total of 20 SMEs have been trained to use social media facebook based on AIDA model

This study aimed  to describe the process of forming a new vocabulary as a form of coinage in the hashtag from the point of view of the adoption process and adaptation processes that existed  on social media, especially Instagram, which currently became one of the most active social media used by Indonesian teens. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used was the note taking technique, while the data analysis technique used was the data analysis technique by Miles and Huberman (interactive models) which was started from the data collection stage, data reduction, data presentation (data display), and verification or conclusion (conclusion drawing). Determination of the process of forming a new vocabulary was  based on the word formation process. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 14 data experienced the adoption process, and 6 data that experienced an adaptation process. Conclusion, on Social media Instagram which was focused on the hashtag used as a coinage form showed that the number of new vocabulary formation from the adoption process was divided into seven types of adoption forms, meanings and purposes of use, (1) single + two double vowels, (2) double vowels+ two words, (3) double vowels + three words, (4) two words, (5) three words, (6) acronyms, (7) whole words + word loss, while the adaptation process was divided into two types of meaning adaptations, words and class words namely, (1) KVK and KVKV, (2) KKVK + word dissolution.  Keywords: Coinage, social media, Instagram.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan dan pengaruh serta mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan <em>pop-up book</em> untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif perserta didik. Pengambilan data yang diambil dengan teknis tes, lembar observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan dan pengaruh hasil belajar kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen pada pembelajaran yang menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan <em>pop-up book</em> dilihat dari hasil kemampuan awal dan kemampuan akhir peserta didik. Penelitian ini juga mengukur keefektifan model ikuiri terbimbing berbantuan <em>pop-up book</em> untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Hasil analisis pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan N-Gain memperoleh rata- rata nilai sebesar 56,24 lebih besar dari kelas kontrol yang memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 45,1. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran IPA lebih efektif menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan <em>pop-up book</em> daripada hanya menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing</p><p> </p><p>The purpose of this study is to determine the differences and effects and to determine the effectiveness of the use of guided inquiry models assisted by <em>pop-up book</em>s to improve students' creative thinking abilities. Retrieval of data taken with technical tests, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. The results showed that, there were differences and the influence of the learning outcomes of the control class and the experimental class on learning using the guided inquiry model aided by <em>pop-up book</em>s viewed from the results of the students' initial and final abilities. This study also measures the effectiveness of the guided inquiry model assisted by <em>pop-up book</em>s to improve students' creative thinking abilities. The results of the analysis in the experimental class using N-Gain obtained an average value of 56.24 greater than the control class which obtained an average of 45.1. This shows that science learning is more effective using the guided inquiry model assisted by <em>pop-up book</em>s than only using the guided inquiry model.</p>

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat peserta didik kelas VI sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna, (2) kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat peserta didik kelas VI setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna, dan (3) perbedaan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat pada peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri 151 Timbula Kec. Bontotiro Kab. Bulukumba sebelum dan setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian experimen dengan pre-experimental design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri 151 Timbula Kec. Bonto Tiro Kab. Bulukumba yang berjumlah 23 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) rata-rata nilai kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat peserta didik sebelum diajar menggunakan media pembelajaran manik- manik warna sebesar 29.57, (2) nilai rata-rata setelah diajar menggunakan media manik-manik warna sebesar 77,83, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat pada peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diajar menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna dapat meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat.AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe: (1) the ability to operate integer counting of class VI students before using color beads learning media, (2) the ability to operate integer counting of class VI students after using the color beads learning media, and (3) the difference in the operating ability of integer counting in class VI of SD 151 Timbula Kec. Bontotiro Kab. Bulukumba before and after using color beads media. The method used was experimental research with a pre-experimental design. The sample was selected using the saturated technique. The sample of this study was all students of class VI of SD 151Timbula Kec. Bonto Tiro Kab. Bulukumba with a total number of 23 students. The instruments used were tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the average value of the integer count operation ability of students before being taught using the color beads learning media was 29.57, (2) the average value after being taught using color beads media was 77.83, and (3) there were differences in the ability to operate integer count operations of students before and after being taught using color. From this study, it could be concluded that the use of color beads learning media could improve the ability of integer arithmetic operations.

ABSTRACTThis research is a type of descriptive research. This study aims to determine; Comparison of interest in learning in volleyball games between Sungguminasa SMPN I students of Gowa Regency and Sungguminasa SMPN I students.                The population is all students of SMPN I Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency and students of SMPN 3 Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency. The sample used was grade VIII students. A Sunggiminasa SMPN I as many as 30 people and eighth grade students. A SMPN 3 Sunggiminasa Gowa Regency as many as 30 people. The technique of determining the sample is to use saturated samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive frequency analysis. The results showed that: 1) Interest in learning in volleyball games in students of SMPN I Sungguminasa in Gowa Regency was 124.17 in average value 2) Interest in learning in volleyball games in students in SMPN 3 in Sungguminasa in Gowa Regency was 113.93 in average. In this case, the students of Sungguminasa I Public Middle School have a higher interest in learning volleyball compared to the students of Sungguminasa I Public Middle School ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; Perbandingan minat belajar dalam permainan bolavoli antara siswa SMPN I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa dengan siswa SMPN I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Populasinya adalah seluruh  dan siswa/siswi SMPN I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa dan siswa SMPN 3 Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa/siswi kelas VIII. A  SMPN I Sunggiminasa Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 30 orang dan siswa/siswi kelas VIII. A  SMPN 3 Sunggiminasa Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Minat belajar dalam permainan bolavoli pada siswa SMPN I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 124,17 nilai rata-ratanya 2) Minat belajar dalam permainan bolavoli pada siswa SMPN 3 Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 113,93 nilai rata-ratanya. Dalam hal ini siswa SMP Negeri I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa memiliki minat belajar dalam permainan bolavoli yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan  siswa SMP Negeri I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa.
