The prerequisite for victory in war is the rapid and accurate identification of the tactical intention of the target on the battlefield. The efficiency of manual recognition of the combat intention of air targets is becoming less and less effective with the advent of information warfare. Moreover, if the traditional method of combat intention of air targets is based only on data from a single moment in time, the characteristic information on the time-series data is difficult to capture effectively. In this context, we design a new deep learning method attention mechanism with temporal convolutional network and bidirectional gated recurrent unit (Attention-TCN-BiGRU) to improve the recognition of the combat intent of air targets. Specifically, suitable characteristics are selected based on the combat mission and air posture to construct a characteristic set of air target intentions and encode them into temporal characteristics. Each characteristic in the characteristic set is given an appropriate weight through the attention mechanism. In addition, temporal convolutional network (TCN) is used to mine the data for latent characteristics and bidirectional gated recurrent unit (BiGRU) is used to capture long-term dependencies in the data. Experiments comparing with other methods and ablation demonstrate that Attention-TCN-BiGRU outperforms state-of-the-art methods in terms of accuracy in recognizing target intent in the air.

Linear complexity is an important property to measure the unpredictability of pseudo-random sequences. Trace representation is helpful for analyzing cryptography properties of pseudo-random sequences. In this paper, a class of new Ding generalized cyclotomic binary sequences of order two with period pq is constructed based on the new segmentation of Ding Helleseth generalized cyclotomy. Firstly, the linear complexity and minimal polynomial of the sequences are investigated. Then, their trace representation is given. It is proved that the sequences have larger linear complexity and can resist the attack of the Berlekamp–Massey algorithm. This paper also confirms that generalized cyclotomic sequences with good randomness may be obtained by modifying the characteristic set of generalized cyclotomy.

Abstract We address the problem of integrability of the sub-Riemannian mean curvature of an embedded hypersurface around isolated characteristic points. The main contribution of this paper is the introduction of a concept of a mildly degenerate characteristic point for a smooth surface of the Heisenberg group, in a neighborhood of which the sub-Riemannian mean curvature is integrable (with respect to the perimeter measure induced by the Euclidean structure). As a consequence, we partially answer to a question posed by Danielli, Garofalo and Nhieu in [D. Danielli, N. Garofalo and D. M. Nhieu, Integrability of the sub-Riemannian mean curvature of surfaces in the Heisenberg group, Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 140 2012, 3, 811–821], proving that the mean curvature of a real-analytic surface with discrete characteristic set is locally integrable.

The pretreatment is a key step in the processing of lignocellulosic biomass for its transformation into chemicals and materials of biorenewable origin. Ionic liquids, with their characteristic set of unique properties, have the potential to be the basis of novel pretreatment processes with higher effectiveness and improved sustainability as compared to the current state-of-the-art processes. In this opinion paper, the author provides a perspective on possible processing strategies for this pretreatment with ionic liquids, identifying different advantages as well as challenges to be overcome.

The concept of characteristic sets developed initially by Ritt and Wu has turned into a standard tool for the study of sets or systems of polynomial and algebraic differential equations. With the help of constructing characteristic sets, an arbitrary set or system of polynomials or differential polynomials can be triangularised. It means that it can be decomposed into a particular set or system of triangular forms. In this paper, a comparison of Ritt–Wu’s characteristic sets by Wang for the ordinary differential polynomial sets with the generalised characteristic sets of the ordinary differential polynomial sets by the authors has been presented.   Keywords: Characteristic set, differential polynomial, pseudo-division, admissible reduction.

In originally issued as document our work, the goal was to study the pathological manifestations of angio and neuromyopathy as a result of chronic exposure to therapeutic doses of opioid analgesic and the possibility of simultaneous correction of these changes with the drug pentoxifylline in the early stages restrukturizatsii changes in the retinal layers. The goal was achieved through the use of histological techniques retinal. Histological preparations were made by the conventional method with the use of dyes, hematoxylin, eosin, and (adhan) by the method Heidenhaina.The results of the study in the future will form a pathological base, with clinical guidelines that to unwanted simultaneous use of pentoxifylline and opob. These data can be used for the comparative performance, relative to the processes of the dynamics of increase of pathological changes in the layers of the retina during short and long term exposure of low doses of opioids and correction of these changes with the drug pentoxifylline on early and psdn terms of opioid effect. The above will further provide the opportunity to establish the most optimal timeframe for which a characteristic set of pathological manifestations elementary phenomena ungeneralised in the layers of the retina that can best be coregular influence.
