AbstractIn this paper, we consider functional limit theorems for Poisson cluster processes. We first present a maximal inequality for Poisson cluster processes. Then we establish a functional central limit theorem under the second moment and a functional moderate deviation principle under the Cramér condition for Poisson cluster processes. We apply these results to obtain a functional moderate deviation principle for linear Hawkes processes.

The paper presents the results of the identification of agrarian clusters. Research is done in connection with the rye sector of Russia taken as a case study. The localization coefficients were calculated from the gross yield of winter rye grain. Two variants of calculating coefficients were compared – in proportion to the indicators of the gross regional product and employment statistics. Studies have shown that the coefficients in proportion to the gross regional product are more sensitive and allow a more subtle diagnosis of cluster processes. Localization coefficients in proportion to employment statistics are a more stringent method for identifying clusters.

The article provides an overview of the industries specializing in the territories of the participants of the complex investment project "Yenisei Siberia", identifies the most promising ones that can be included in cluster processes, as well as specializations that may form a cluster in the future in these areas and industries in which there is no prospect of education a single cluster. The main reason for the impossibility of such a cluster is the limited resources possessed in the aggregate by this or that territory under consideration.
