Abstract BackgroundIn June 2021 an aericle was published describing a possible ssystem to perform postural analysis. In six months use, the ssystem has more clarely showed its lights and shadoes. So the author tought some improvements of the sustem that are now ready to be applyed. This article will show them in details.Materials and MethodsUpgrade interested both aspects close connected to the analysis and both connected to its management .ResultsFirst results obtained are interesting and encourage the use of the upgrades introduced. However a more long period of use is necessary to confirm first resultas.ConclusionsUpgrading is a natural step in every life project. And it is made up not only by a single step. So also this system may be further improved with other upgrades in the future.

Statement of the problem. The subject of the research is information models of a complete life project in the sector of architecture, design and construction and maintenance of buildings and structures. The purpose of the research is to optimize BIM technologies by means of building a model based on a discrete vector data description. Results. The main obstacles to the widespread introduction of BIM technologies and procedures for the full life cycle of a construction project in the practice of the construction complex of the Russian Federation throughout the entire life cycle of the project, including the stages of construction, operation and disposal, as well as global trends in this process have been analyzed. The method of BIM dimension reduction based on discrete vector data description is formulated. The technology of forming a hierarchical dynamically added and updated information base BIM taking into account the possibility of its aggregation has been developed. The suggested algorithms are implemented in the shell of a relational database management system. Conclusions. BIM dimension reduction based on a discrete vector description of data allows one to completely solve the problems of both designing and updating the BIM information base, and its transfer between project participants. BIM data formats are determined by the stage of the complete project life cycle. Fully functional for the stage of determining the scope of work on a project, BIM is one-dimensional and is simply determined by the vector of clusters of a lower degree of integration, which allows one to completely overcome all of the obstacles to the widespread introduction of BIM technologies and procedures of a full life cycle of a construction project into practice. The optimal shell for the implementation of BIM technologies are relational databases.

Changes in the ways and forms of joint activity are usually evolutionarily: society changes and begins to produce people capable of reproducing it. First of all, these are changes in the social role of the worker, which is performed today in a completely different coordinate system, under uncertainty and constantly changing rules of the game. There are the following new trends in the labor market: the disappearance of mass employment and development of precarious employment, the replacement of traditional labor relations with contractual ones, an increase in the workers autonomy, and the transformation of preferences in the field of career building. At the same time, the role and demand for project activities in almost all areas of society are increasing for such activities can satisfy the needs of the contemporary person, including his interaction with other people. The project is not just a mechanism for achieving a specific goal, but a universal way of organizing the life world, which contributes to the emergence of special types of social interaction and individual self-realization. The project way of life, project thinking, and project perception of reality are developing. The project as a social phenomenon becomes an organizing principle not only in professional activity, but also in everyday life. The authors use the method of sociological typification which consists of identifying a type (ideal, social) that combines the most important characteristics of people belonging to a particular group. To explain the combination of these characteristics, the authors consider the social context of their development. The conducted analysis allows to identify a new social type - the project worker with a special combination of professional and personal qualities.

Fast-track construction projects are becoming increasingly prevalent in the construction industry, particularly where completion time is essential. A high adoption rate in some of the United Arab Emirate countries and the lack of a conceptual understanding of the challenges inherent in such may jeopardize the future sustainability of the construction sector. To make an informed decision about adopting a fast-track construction method, it is necessary to first identify the opportunities and challenges associated with it. Therefore, this study examines the critical challenges impeding the performance of Qatar’s fast-track construction projects. The research findings were analysed and triangulated using a real-life project as a case study and several data sources. The results of the research identified four critical categories of barriers: design and coordination-related, scope or change orders-related, material and equipment-related, and contractual-related barriers. In addition, strategies such as accurate information, constructability assessment, early involvement of operations and maintenance personnel, and the use of an effective change control system were identified for addressing the identified challenges. The findings are beneficial to professionals who are currently operating or planning to undertake construction projects in Qatar or other United Arab Emirate countries. This study recommends that project managers be more attentive to key barriers in order to improve the performance of fast-track projects and to meet clients’ objectives.

Despite their ecological and economic importance, hymenopteran parasitoids are severely understudied. Even in countries with a long taxonomic history such as Germany, dating back to the 18th century and including prolific figures like Christian Gottfired Nees von Esenbeck and Otto Schmiedeknecht, those species-rich groups are seldom the subject of comprehensive research efforts, leaving their true diversity unknown. This is often due to their small size of a few millimetres on average, leading to difficulties in their identification and examination. The chalcidoid family Pteromalidae is no exception to this neglect. So far, 735 species have been reported from Germany. Estimating the diversity of this group is not possible, but it has to be assumed that many more species are still to be discovered in Germany. With this study, we improve the knowledge on pteromalid diversity and present new records of 17 genera and 41 species, previously unknown to occur in Germany. We also match and describe previously unknown sexes of two species, based on DNA barcode data. The results of this study were generated as part of the German Barcode of Life Project. The newly-recorded species are illustrated and notes on the biology and distribution are given. The ecological significance of Pteromalidae and potential value as indicators for nature conservation efforts are briefly discussed.

Little is known regarding the types of physical activity interventions most effective in supporting the mental and physical health of woman-identified survivors of gender-based violence. This study measured the experiences of 56 participants who participated in a 14-week trauma-informed, noncontact boxing program once per week for 90 min. Participants completed measures of health-related outcomes including physical and mental health, quality of life, mastery, resilience, self-esteem, physical self-efficacy, social conflict, and financial strain at baseline, program midpoint, and program end. Analyses of variance showed significant improvements for all indicators measured except financial strain, demonstrating viability and effectiveness of this program.
