This research is motivated by increasingly rapid technologicaldevelopments, especially in the economic field, namely the paymentsystem. The card acts as a non-cash payment instrument and makesit easier for the public to make transactions or transfers betweenindividuals. This shows that people have switched from cashpayments to non-cash payments which will have an impact on thecurrent formula for money supply. Stability of money demand inpotential member states is imperative for the feasible commonmonetary policy. This study aims to determine the level of influenceof cash card advertising (atm card) on the interest of Islamiceconomics students at UIN North Sumatra and to determine whetheror not there is an effect of cash card advertising on the interests ofstudents of Febi UIN North Sumatra. The research method used is aquantitative method. Collecting data distributing respondentsIslamic economics S1 Stambuk 2019.. Research data collection usesthe questionnaire method with the Likert scale method and is givento 100 respondents. In this study, the data analysis techniques usedwere descriptive analysis and uji t using SPSS 15.0. The results ofthis study indicate that the effect of cash card advertising on theinterest of Islamic economics students at FEBI UIN North Sumatrais 15.49%. After passing several tests, it can be concluded that theeffect of cash card advertising is significant or there is a positiveinfluence on student interest

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to find out whether the sharia value-based learning environment influences the career choice of sharia economics students at Islamic Financial In</em><em>dustries</em><em> (IFIs). Learning is one of the crucial factors that could shape career choices referring to Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT).</em><em> </em><em>A quantitative approach is employed. </em><em>Questionnaires totaling 378 </em><em>were filled by students from</em><em> three (3) types of universities in East Java, Indonesia. </em><em>P</em><em>ath analysis and different tests using Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 and SPSS ver. Twenty-three</em><em> were conducted</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>The weight of courses, learning, and lecturers' motivation positively affected career intention at IFIs. Students from the public–non-Islamic universities perceived the highest learning and motivation, and the lowest was public–Islamic universities. It might be because the Islamic culture at publi</em><em>c</em><em>-Islamic universities might form an ideal perspective for the contemporary IFIs. Besides, students who completed an internship at IFIs had the highest intention; meanwhile, students who have interned at non-IFIs showed the lowest career intention at IFIs.</em><em> </em><em>The implications of this study are learning environment should more involve sharia values. Besides, students should intern at IFIs to choose a career at IFIs to contribute to developing sharia economics.</em></p>

Background: Our research reveals factor measures, which are generated to encourage economics students to engage in scientific publication and research processes. Research purposes: Availability of motivational models for scientific publications, as a form of developing economics students in the future. Research methods: Estimation using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) approach, with statistical tools Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) version 0.16.0.0. Research results: This study shows the accuracy of the model, including the calculated value of McDonald's and Cronbach's > 0.700, for the MSA value of 0.762, and the value of Bartlett's test < .001. For the correlation relationship, it is strengthened by the RMSEA number which is between 0.05-0.08. This study forms a 3 factor model for scientific publications of economics students. Conclusion: This study estimates the factors that can encourage the scientific publication model of economics students. Several factors in this research model are in line with the findings of previous researchers. This study shows that the accuracy of the model includes the McDonald's and Cronbach's > 0.700, for the MSA value of 0.762, and the Bartlett's test value < .001. For the correlation relationship, it is strengthened by the RMSEA number which is between 0.05-0.08. Thus, there are 3 factors in this model, namely the role of lecturers and families, students' basic abilities, and academic achievement goals. We realize that there are several theoretical challenges and measurement models, therefore further research is carried out using statistical test instruments and tools such as AMOS, PLS, and LISREL.

the case of higher education most studies were conducted at pedagogical departments for prospective teachers and mathematical departments. The present study concentrates on university students who attend a course on mathematics as part of a program at the Faculty of Economics and Management. It examines students’ affective and cognitive behavior in solving representation tasks concerning their understanding of exponential and logarithmic functions. Results confirmed the existence of a comprehensive model with significant interrelations among general beliefs, self-efficacy beliefs and cognitive behaviour about the use of representations in general and, in the case of the specific concept. Regression analysis indicated the predominant role the self-efficacy beliefs play in the use of representations in defining the concept of function and solving recognition and translation tasks. Implications about the teaching of mathematics in higher education are discussed.

The heart of the study is English for Economics purposes as a branch of English for Specific Purposes (ESP). This study is dedicated to addressing the immediate needs of economics students in English language courses. By employing an explanatory survey method, researchers distributed a self-administrated survey and interviewed five first-year students majoring in Economic Development in one of the state universities in Indonesia. In this study, the researchers attempted to analyze Economic Development students’ target situation, present situation, and learning situation in English courses to prepare them to face global competition. The results revealed that most students admitted that English is essential for their future careers. Thus, they expected English courses should include materials related to their discipline and emphasize more authentic activities. Following the discussion, this need analysis can be a consideration in designing English learning materials for economics students.

Formal Models of Domestic Politics offers a unified and accessible approach to canonical and important new models of politics. Intended for political science and economics students who have already taken a course in game theory, this new edition retains the widely appreciated pedagogic approach of the first edition. Coverage has been expanded to include a new chapter on nondemocracy; new material on valance and issue ownership, dynamic veto and legislative bargaining, delegation to leaders by imperfectly informed politicians, and voter competence; and numerous additional exercises. Political economists, comparativists, and Americanists will all find models in the text central to their research interests. This leading graduate textbook assumes no mathematical knowledge beyond basic calculus, with an emphasis placed on clarity of presentation. Political scientists will appreciate the simplification of economic environments to focus on the political logic of models; economists will discover many important models published outside of their discipline; and both instructors and students will value the classroom-tested exercises. This is a vital update to a classic text.
