Strategic Analysis of Circular Economy on "Integration of Two Networks": Take the Tobacco Industry in C City as an Example

Objectives: Reducing garbage sorting and renewable resources recovery increment is an important content of promoting circulation economy development of China, based on the C city tobacco industry as an example, first the present situation of "two network convergence" in C city tobacco industry and results were analyzed, and then using accident tree analysis it is concluded that the tobacco industry "two nets fusion" are faced with the problem, and then establish orthogonalization discrete Hopfield neural network capability evaluation model, "two network convergence" By using Matlab to conduct network learning and training, simulation experiments and data analysis, the quantitative evaluation of the tobacco industry "two-network integration" ability of five cities including C city is objectively obtained. On this basis, the countermeasures for improving the tobacco industry "two-network integration" ability of China are given.

Study on Fire Smoke Distribution and Smoke Control in Extra-long Double-hole Tunnel

Abstract： Construction of tunnels, as one of the main methods to solve physical traffic barriers, However, It vulnerable to the threat of fire during the process of tunnel operation period. In response to such situation, this article explores the smoke distribution of extra-long double-tube tunnel and its impact on evacuation in the event of a fire. This paper take the Jieling tunnel as an example, and applies Accident Tree Analysis (ATA) method combined with Fires Dynamics Simulator (FDS）simulation software to study the changes of harmful factors such as tunnel smoke. According to the research, when a fire occurs in an extra-long double-tube tunnel, It is concluded that people are supposed to be guided to leave via the nearest cross-passages as soon as possible, In the end analysis the roles that air curtains could play in the control of smoke. It is recommended to open the air curtain so that in such condition people away from the cross-passages have enough time to escape.

System Safety Analysis and Fire Prevention Strategy of Public Entertainment Places

With the accelerated pace of Chinese economic development in recent years, the public entertainment industry is constantly developing, and the corresponding fire accidents are also on the rise, posing a huge threat to people’s lives and property. There are a lot of people gathering in public entertainment places, and it is difficult to evacuate people when a fire accident occurs. It is one of the key fire protection management areas. Fires in public entertainment places cause immeasurable losses to the lives and property safety of people. How to strengthen the fire protection work of public entertainment places is the key task of the fire management department. Based on the accident tree analysis method, this paper conducts a systematic safety analysis of the public entertainment industry and its typical fire cases, and concludes that the decoration of flammable and combustible materials and the storage of flammable and explosive materials are the main causes of fires in public entertainment places, and proposes fire prevention strategies.

Challenges of Artisanal Fishing and Livelihood in Geidam Local Government Area, Yobe State, Nigeria.

Fishing is one of the major economic activities and livelihood among communities. This marketing is attracting people on daily basis due to numerous benefits attached to it. This research examines the challenges affecting the artisans in the fishing business at Geidam local government area, Yobe state. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 artisans in the fishing business at the study area, 76 men and 24 women. Simple percentage was used to analyze the data collected from the respondents. Findings revealed that the major challenges affecting the artisans include: thefts, road accident, tree storms, lack of modern storage facilities, and lack of capital. Government should therefore support the artisans in terms of modern storage facilities such as cold room at subsidized rate, also, deploy professional fishery officers to help and improve sustainable fishing practice in the study area. The officers could educate the fishermen about hygienic and effective practices, give training on issue of illicit use of gears, and educate the communities about the nutritional benefits on fish products.
