Computers are one form of advances in electronic and informatics technology; the function of the computer itself serves as a tool for writing, drawing, editing images or photographs, or as a means of storage. Android, a Linux-based operating system, is a smart operating system that can compete with operating systems on a computer. Some of the problems identified include user difficulties in overcoming computer damage to determine whether to repair or buy a new unit, difficulty in reaching authorized service providers, risks when deciding to repair at a public service place, and limited access to information and costs repairing computer damage. This research specifically designs an Android application-based computer service application that makes it easier for people to get service services. The above research results formulate computer repair services using an Android-based platform with Android Studio and MySQL as the database for this study. This application is expected to be useful for customers in terms of time and cost.

Datacom is a private company engaged in the sale and repair of computers. Services in the datacom must be done properly and correctly to facilitate and speed up the flow of services, a computer data processing information system is very appropriate to simplify services on the datacom. This study aims to produce a computer service information system in Datacom, this system is built based on a website using the Codeigniter Framework and will be developed using the Waterfall method. Testing on this system using Blackbox Testing results in the system being able to check the status of computer service, can print service data, and can print data service reports per month.

Abstract The subject of this publication is to assess the exposure of the waterjet operator to the noise hazard. The publication presents basic information about noise in the work environment. Next, the procedure of noise measurement in the work environment was discussed and the results of tests carried out at the waterjet operator’s station for three basic activities were presented, ie: (1) plotter support, supervision of the cutting process, loading and receiving material, (2) auxiliary, transport and cleaning, (3) computer service, keeping documentation, hygienic and social break. The noise level test included the determination of: the maximum sound level A LA max, the peak sound level C LCpeak, the noise exposure level related to the 8-hour work day LEX,8h. Based on the obtained measurement results, it can be stated that the exposure to noise at the station of the waterjet operator is at an acceptable level.

Purpose – the purpose of the article is to a study of factors that allow to test the impact of digitalization on the economy. Research methodology – the main method of the research is panel analysis of 8 digital economy indicators on GDP per capita for 28 countries for over 17 years. The study asserts that digitalization will ensure the growth of GDP as a key indicator of economic development. Findings – it was found that that transformation into a digital economy is likely to have a positive impact on countries where there is a growth of the net export of ICT services is achieved while communications and computer service imports are reduced. Research limitations – the limitations of the research are that the method applied allows to determine the influence of the studied factors on GDP per capita, but the results of the evaluation require further detailed analysis of the studied factors for each country. Practical implications – the study helps to identify the factors of high importance in the digitalization process and to determine factors what should be focused on achieving the desired results of digitalization. Originality/Value – the method allows to make an express-evaluation, reducing the complexity of calculations and time costs

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh entrepreneurial orientation terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan juga menginvestigasi lebih lanjut pengaruh respons pasar dalam meningkatkan pengaruh hubungan entrepreneurial orientation terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian sebelumnya mengungkap, kinerja perusahaan sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dan serta kemampuan beradaptasi dengan dinamika lingkungan bisnis seperti: pesaing, pelanggan, ataupun tren pasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Industri Layanan Komputer dan Peranti Lunak (LKPL) dengan mengambil 126 sampel perusahaan kecil-menengah di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa entrepreneurial orientation tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan secara langsung. Penelitian ini juga memberikan bukti empiris terhadap ketidakkonsistenan dari penelitian sebelumnya tentang pengaruh entrepreneurial orientation terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini mendukung bahwa entrepreneurial orientation memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan, yang dimediasikan oleh respons pasar. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan yang memiliki enterpreneurial orientation dan responsif terhadap pasar akan senantiasa terus adaptif dengan dinamika lingkungan bisnis dan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya.

CV Jaya Citra Madani is one of the businesses engaged in services of computer service and computer spare parts sales. Currently there is no standard measuring tool to measure the application of sales. This study aims to apply the Technology Acceptable Model (TAM) method measures the use of sales applications especially on the user interface program and ease of use of the application.             The result  that the interface design and user behavior had an effect on the real condition of the users with the respective values of 0,644 and 0,988. While the use and attitude have no effect on the real condition of users with the respective values of -0,002 and -0,444. Keywords: CV Jaya Citra Madani, Information System, Acceptable Model Technology.
