PT. PLASTIKATAMA is an industrial technology company that runs its business in the production of air pollution control equipment, anti-corrosion equipment, electro-coating systems, chemical tanks, and industrial technology goods made from fiberglass, plastic, and metal as basic materials. Constraints that are being experienced by PT. PLASTIKATAMA, namely the production process is still ineffective, this can be seen from the lack of achievement of targets such as there are still obstacles in the timeliness of producing products, the inaccurate quality of the products produced. The purpose of the author in conducting research is: to know the implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT. PLASTIKATAMA, to determine the effectiveness of production at PT. PLASTIKATAMA, knowing the influence of Good Corporate Governance on the production process on the effectiveness of the production of PT. PLASTIKATAMA. The results of this study can be used as input and information about the implementation of Good Corporate Governance so that it can be used as a basis for determining the effectiveness of the company's production. For employees at PT. PLASTIKATAMA provides information about the effectiveness of company production and Good Corporate Governance.

The investigation results of tool setup balancing are presented. There is described impact of tool setup imbalance at high-speed aluminum alloy milling upon surface roughness. It is shown that tool balancing in class range investigated ensures specified surface roughness at finishing.

The multiproduct production system has been applied extensively in factories worldwide due to the diverse consumption habits of consumers. However, current Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) measurement methods are not suitable for it properly. With the prevailing of multiproduct production system, it is essential to measure the effectiveness accurately in this kind of production system. In order to fill this gap, based on analyzing former OEE models, we propose the multiproduct production system effectiveness (MPSE), including the calculating steps and application framework, in this paper using the heuristic method. This MPSE is verified by a case study. The principal results show that the proposed MPSE can significantly enhance overall production effectiveness and improve the measurement of indicators in the multiproduct production system, which enriches the theory of OEE at the theoretical level and proposes a novel way to measure and improve the effectiveness of the multiproduct production system effectively at the practical level.

The intense business competition in the industrial world requires companies to always advance. Many ways did so that companies can more effective in all fields so that company productivity can increase. In relation, the Production Room Layout and Production Machine Maintenance are very influential in the creation of effectiveness in the production activities. This study aims to examine the effect of Production Room Layout and Machine Maintenance on Production Effectiveness at PT. Bintang Usaha Nasional. The population in this study is the number of employees in the production field of PT. Bintang Usaha Nasional as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The statistical analysis method used is Path Analysis with partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous (f test). The results of the research show that all independent variables (Production Room Layout and Machine Maintenance) have a significant effect on the effectiveness of production at PT. Bintang Usaha Nasional. The Effect of Production Room Layout and Machine Maintenance on Production Effectiveness is 85.7%, while the remaining 14.3% comes from other variables besides the production room layout and machine maintenance.

Для ускорения реализации усовершенствованных технологий создания и использования сеяных сенокосов в ФНЦ ВИК им. В. Р. Вильямса проведена экономическая оценка производства объёмистых кормов. На долголетних (73 года пользования) травостоях в техногенно-минеральной системе за последние 27 лет продуктивность сенокоса составила 3,24,5 тыс. корм. ед./га, что повысило условно-чистый доход с 13,9 до 18,6 тыс. руб./га и обеспечило высокую рентабельность производства 6878. Экстенсивные системы при продуктивности 1,82,7 тыс. корм. ед./га также экономически эффективны и могут использоваться при ограниченности ресурсов в хозяйстве, а также на удалённых участках с целью сохранения площади сельскохозяйственных угодий. В усовершенствованной техногенно-минеральной системе с разнопоспевающими злаковыми травостоями в сочетании с повышенными дозами удобрений продуктивность сенокоса при трёх укосах повысилась до 4,85,5 тыс. корм. ед./га в среднем за 25 лет, условно-чистый доход составил 19,025,0 тыс. руб./га. На создание сеяных сенокосов со злаковыми травостоями при применении разработанных технологий совокупные затраты (4554 тыс. руб./га) полностью окупались за 2 года пользования. Экономическая оценка технологий с люцернозлаковыми травостоями при продуктивности 4,04,7 тыс. корм. ед./га показала снижение среднегодовых затрат на 1013 благодаря использованию биологического источника азота вместо минерального на злаковых сенокосах. Включение люцернозлаковых травостоев в структуру укосного конвейера в качестве позднего звена позволяет увеличить сроки заготовки сена и сенажа без снижения качества корма. В связи с необходимостью улучшения большой площади сенокосов основным направлением следует считать курс на создание долголетних самовозобновляющихся злаковых травостоев, что обеспечит экономию затрат на их перезалужение, в сочетании с созданием бобово-злаковых травостоев, что снизит потребность сенокосов в азотных удобрениях. Economic evaluation of bulk feed production effectiveness was conducted to improve methods of hayfield management. Cultivated 73-year old swards produced 3.24.5 thousand feed units ha-1 for the last 27 years increasing net income from 13.9 to 18.6 thousand RUB ha-1 and providing high production payback 6878. Producing 1.82.7 thousand feed units ha-1 extensive systems have high economic efficiency and can be used when resources are limited or on distanced areas to preserve farming area. Improved cultivation techniques and high fertilization rate increased productivity of gramineous of various maturation times up to 4.85.5 thousand feed units ha-1 for three cuts for 25 years. Net income amounted to 19.025.0 thousand RUB ha-1. Costs for gramineous hayland establishment (4554 thousand RUB ha-1) were paid back for 2 years. Mixing gramineous with alfalfa provided 4.04.7 thousand feed units ha-1 and reduced average annual costs by 1013 due to nitrogen fixation. Cultivation of alfalfa-gramineous mixtures extended harvesting period for hay and haylage maintaining fodder quality. Cultivation of long-term self-restoring gramineous ecosystems is an effective way to improve most haylands since it reduces the costs for their reseeding and decreases their need for nitrogen fertilization in combination with legumes.
