Hybrid nanostructures have a great potential to improve the overall properties of photonic devices. In the present study, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were infiltrated into nanostructured porous silicon (PSi) layers, aiming at enhancing the optoelectronic performance of Si-based devices. More specifically, Schottky diodes with three different configurations were fabricated, using Al/Si/Au as the basic structure. This structure was modified by adding PSi and PSi + AgNPs layers. Their characteristic electrical parameters were accurately determined by fitting the current–voltage curves to the non-ideal diode equation. Furthermore, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used to determine the electrical parameters of the diodes in a wide frequency range by fitting the Nyquist plots to the appropriate equivalent circuit model. The experimental results show a remarkable enhancement in electrical conduction after the incorporation of metallic nanoparticles. Moreover, the spectral photoresponse was examined for various devices. An approximately 10-fold increment in photoresponse was observed after the addition of Ag nanoparticles to the porous structures.

In the realities of the pandemic, chat bots have become indispensable helpers. They do not need a lot of resources and constant human control. A method of interacting with social networks through a specialized software interface Web API, which is the basis of the REST architecture, is considered. The basic structure of requests for receiving and sending data to servers is presented. On the example of the implementation of a chatbot for vk.com, capable of automating a dialogue with users, the main design stages are presented, including the requirements for the implementation and operation mode based on the client-server architecture, implementation and testing. The project server is implemented on a Raspberry Pi4 single-board computer. Demonstrated code for performing basic queries and implemented a Long Polling approach to continuously track and distribute user messages. Methods were formed to obtain the necessary resources from the server, to declare a new resource on the server, to update information on the server, and to delete certain objects from the database. The result was a patented software product "Intelligent assistant of VSUIT for social networks".

Three-dimensional (3D) flat-knitted fabrics have become a topic of interest in the field of composites in recent years because of the growing need for rapid preparation of complicated shape preforms. In order to improve the mechanical properties of 3D flat-knitted fabrics, two types of 3D flat-knitted fabrics with reinforcement yarn (FKFR) were developed using ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) yarn. Their basic structures were composed of plain structure and interlock structure with tuck stitch, respectively, and the reinforcement yarn was integrated into the fabric as the weft inlay. The tensile, bending, drape, and bursting properties of the two fabrics were characterized. Results showed that the basic structure of the fabric has impacted on the mechanical properties of the fabric significantly. The tensile and bending properties of the fabric with interlock structure were better than that of the fabric with plain structure. During the transverse stretching process, the surface structure of the fabric with interlock structure was more stable. Moreover, transverse yarn strength utilization of the fabric with interlock structure was 1.05, which reached the level of ordinary woven fabric. In addition, the bursting force of the fabric with excellent tensile properties was lower than that of the fabric with a plain structure because the latter has better extensibility.

Makassarese language belongs to the Austronesian language family, currently spoken as a mother language by a group of people in South Sulawesi province, eastern Indonesia. This research focuses on personal pronoun organization in the sentence construction of the Makassarese language. The form, position, and function of personal pronouns in the language sentences are explained. It used ‘simak’ (to-observe) method in form of a conversational involved-observation technique including recording and note-taking in collecting data. The data sources were oral data and text data. The oral data were taken from five informants selected purposively. The text data were taken from the folklore script of South Sulawesi written in the Makassarese language. The data were presented descriptively and analyzed by using the distributional method. The findings show two forms of personal pronouns used dominantly in constructing sentences: free personal pronoun and bound personal pronoun (clitic). Position of the free personal pronoun is in front of, in the middle of, and at the end of a sentence. The clitic is in front of and at the end of the verb. In addition, there is also clitic attached at the end of the noun that serves as possessive. The sentence starting with a free personal pronoun forms the pattern of SV (subject-verb) or SVO (subject-verb-object) and the sentence starting with clitic-attached verb forms the pattern of VS (verb-subject) or VSO (verb-subject-object). The basic structure of the Makassarese sentence is VS or VSO. The derivative structure is SV or SVO with other varieties.

Abstract In the next manuscript we will show an interesting physical application of the technique of optimal control over a direct current, more exactly on a direct current motor. For this, the mathematical support or scaffolding that allows to establish the model of the problem will be presented in the development of the document, which contains a basic structure supported in a general dynamic system (linear or non-linear) and an objective function that will depend on the system. Although in essence the optimal control problems correspond to infinite spaces, the finite-dimensional case will be analyzed initially and then made an extension to the case of a quadratic linear regulator for an interval of infinite duration. The results of the implementation of this optimal control technique on a direct current motor will be analyzed by means of Bole diagrams that will represent the frequency response of the system and a follow-up diagram of set points and rejection of disturbances.

Machine learning (ML) utilises data and algorithms to simulate the way people learn and improve their accuracy over time and it’s also a subdivision of artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science. In AI, ML is a relatively recent domain that involves studying computational methods for discovering new knowledge and managing existing knowledge. Methods of machine learning have been applied to a diversity of application domains. . However, in recent years, as a result of various technological advancements and research efforts, new data has become available, resulting in new domains in which machine learning can be applied. This paper introduces the definition of machine learning and its basic structure. These algorithms are used for various purposes, including data mining, image processing, predictive analytics, and so on. The primary benefit of using machine learning is that once an algorithm learns what to do with data, it can do so automatically. This survey replenishes a brief outline and outlook on numerous machine learning applications.

The Electrically Excited Doubly Salient Variable Reluctance Machine (EEDSVRM) is a new type of brushless machine designed according to the principle of air gap reluctance change. There is neither permanent magnet steel nor excitation winding on the rotor. The rotor is made of silicon steel sheets, thus the structure of the variable reluctance machine is very simple. There are many optimization methods for this type of machine optimal design, such as novel machine topology optimization, finite element simulation-based optimization, mathematical analysis-based optimization, intelligent algorithm-based optimization, and multiple fusion-based optimization. Firstly, this article introduces the basic structure and working principle of the EEDSVRM and analyzes both its common regularity and individual difference. Then, the different optimization design methods of EEDSVRM are reviewed, the advantages and disadvantages of the different optimization methods are summarized, and the research interests of the optimization design of variable reluctance machines in the future are prospected.

The development of the national economy and its components in modern conditions is increasingly dependent on technological shifts based on innovation. The ability to form and effectively use potential is becoming a decisive factor in enhancing the competitiveness and development of enterprises. The development of managerial capacity will allow enterprises to adapt quickly to new environmental conditions and make effective management decisions. With the transformation of the economic system towards social orientation, there is a transition from outdated forms of enterprise potential management to a new vision of the quality of management potential. Basic approaches to assessing the quality of management potential in its innovative development were formed. The main features of the innovative development of managerial potential were identified. The main features of the development of innovative management potential were determined. A basic structure for management potential innovative development measures was proposed, which regulates that a company’s policy in the field of improving the efficiency of management capacity is a subordinate element of the general strategy of an enterprise, but at the same time it is necessary to monitor the balance between economic performance and social justice.
