Given the importance of the subject of aesthetics of the television image in children's drama and its great impact in raising the level of artistic production of children's drama, and the interest of most satellite channels in this type of production that simulates different age groups for children, this research comes as a scientific attempt through which the researcher seeks to become familiar with the topic of the aesthetic of the television image in Children's drama, and its functions and all its parts in children's dramas, including dramas, cartoons, dolls, and children's cinema films, by analyzing scenes from different samples in order to reveal the aesthetics of the television picture and its parts and all its functions. Where the research in the first chapter reviewed the methodological framework indicating the introduction and problem of the research with an indication of the importance of the research and the extent of the need for it and its objectives, as well as identifying the definition of the search terms. Elements of cinematic language and its expressiveness and aesthetic connotations in children's drama, while the title of the second topic was the dramatic forms directed at children, through which the research reviewed the role of digital technologies and forms of drama, and the last topic represented the aesthetic of the artistic elements in children's drama, which was addressed through it to the directing artistic treatment and its aesthetics in Children’s drama, and the researcher came up with a set of indicators that were a tool for analyzing the research sample. Then the research reviewed the third chapter, which included the research procedures. The final chapter represented in the analysis of the research sample, through which he reached results, among which the works were distinguished by the simplicity of their events and the characters embodied in them that make the child He interacts with it being close to his reality. Among the conclusions that the aesthetic of the television picture is a means of conveying and expressing various contents through children's drama. Based on the foregoing, the research deals with an important aspect of the creative process in producing television drama for children, through the audio-visual medium, by identifying the aesthetics of the television image in children's drama.

With the advent of the MPEG-4 Visual and H.264 compression standards, the role of the MPEG-2 compression standard has not diminished at the present time, since these standards are largely compatible, especially for information highways. Today, in a number of countries, the MPEG-2 compression standard is actually the main one for broadcasting, the functioning of which is based on the operation of DVB-T terrestrial digital television systems. Due to the fact that the majority of the currently used STBs support the MPEG-2 standard, it will remain widespread for at least the next few years. The ITU-T H.264 /MPEG-4 Part 10 AVC standard (abbreviated as H.264/AVC) is a promising new technology for encoding and compressing audiovisual information. The compression efficiency of the H.264/AVC standard is higher than the MPEG-2 standard with equal visual perception. The H.264/AVC standard was developed independent of the transport layer of the transmission systems used. Therefore, information delivery in the H.264/AVC standard can be carried out using any existing transmission and broadcasting systems, including: systems with IP protocols (including streaming delivery), transport streams of broadcasting systems in the MPEG-2 standard, as well as specific formats H.264 / AVC files for storage and processing on servers.

Image processing is method of performing some operations on an image, for enhancing the image or for getting some information from that image, or for some other applications is nothing but Image Processing [1]. Image processing is one sort of signal processing, where input is an image and output may be an image, characteristics of that image or some features that image [1]. Image will be taken as a two dimensional signal and signal processing techniques will be applied to that two dimensional image. Image processing is one of the growing technologies [1]. In many real time applications image processing is widely used. In the field of bio technology, computer science, in medical field, envi-ronmental areas etc., image processing is being used for mankind benefits. The following steps are the basics of image processing:Image is taken as an inputImage will be processed (manipulation, analyzing the image, or as per requirement)Altered image will be the outputImage processing is of two typesAnalog Image Processing:As the name implies, analog image processing is applied on analog signals. Television image is best example of analog signal processing [1].(DIP) Digital Image Processing:DIP techniques are used on images, which are in the format of digital for processing them, and get the required output as per the application. Operations were applied on the digital images for processing [1].In this paper, we will discuss about the technologies or tools for image processing especially by using Open CV. With the help of Open CV image processing will be very easy and efficient. When Open CV is collaborated or integrated with python the results are mind blowing. We will discuss about the process of using python and Open CV.

This article focuses on how mode and genre shaped the formal and narrative possibilities in The Tripods (BBC, 1984–5). It explores how the first and second series are substantially different from each other and offers an approach that attempts to explain the complex ways in which generic boundaries are made to operate within television. Such an approach can offer insight into how modifications in mode were a desire to replace an existing but ailing show, Doctor Who (BBC, 1963–) with one that would be successful because it fitted the existing industrial model of televisual flow. However, The Tripods ultimately failed because it deployed a strategy of visual distinction in contravention of the prevailing industrial televisual model. The regulation of form can be shown to be historically specific on British television, and the article examines assumptions regarding the fluidity of genre in this particular medium. The modification of The Tripods from an adventure show that addressed a general television audience to one that specifically addressed fans of science fiction demonstrates how shifts in genre can be linked to wider arguments about the increased complexity of the television image and a strategy of visual distinction as an example of the ‘era of availability’ on British television. Finally, a discussion of genre demonstrates the tensions between stability and uncertainty in an extensive cultural form such as television, and how the modality of genre is made complex by bringing together the social and the technological.
