Indoroti Prima Cemerlang Corporate, also known as Mr. Bread, is one of the companies produces various kind of bread. In producing bread, the company always optimizes the usage all available sources. Analyzing productivity rate could be done by measuring the productivity of the production division. On the productivity rate measurement process Indoroti Prima Cemerlang Corporate was using objective matrix method (OMAX) and six ratios. Four ratios were the assessment of efficiency criteria, one ratio was used to assess inferential criteria, and the last one ratio was used for effectivity criteria. The highest productivity rate of sweet bread was achieved on June 2020, which increased up to 2,8% with productivity index 292,6. On contrary, the lowest productivity rate was 22,5% on April 2020, with productivity index 215,8. The linkage analysis of each productivity ratio component process to sweet loaf production in Indoroti Prima Cemerlang Corporate result was on ratio 6 with value 212,5, and ratio 2 with value 319,6. In order to improve the productivity, it is recommended to modify the ratio 1 into 190 hours, ratio 2 into 43.810.023 IDR, ratio 3 into 294.291.081 IDR, ratio 4 into 55 people, ratio 6 into 3.006.399.330 IDR and ratio 6 into 184 hours. Keywords : productivity, production, Objective Matrix (OMAX)

A Factory is a manufacturing industry that produces tea drinks in cups. A Factory is also inseparable from problems related to machine/equipment productivity. Based on the results of observations made at A Factory part of the production line that there is often a sudden stop of the production process. The discontinuation will affect the quality of the product expected and the production targets to be achieved. The problem was discussed in this research is how much the productivity level of the filling production department is, how much the production effectiveness, effective working hours, the number of defective products, and machine downtime criteria. The productivity measurement method used is the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method, so the steps of this study refer to OMAX steps, which is the criteria determination/productivity ratio of the production line, the calculation of the productivity ratio value, the calculation of the initial standard score (score 3), The determination of the goal (score 10) and the lowest score (score 0), the determination of weight, the calculation of value/criteria value, the determination of productivity value for each period, determination of index percentage. With the OMAX method, it can be seen that in period 11 (compared to period 10) there was an increase in productivity, this can be seen because the IP value (Index of Performance) which is positive (+) is 27.79 and there is an increase in the value of the calculation at the time of measurement (current) from 383.36 to 300. This increase was due to an increase in the value of all criteria.

AlliumCepathe scientific name of an onion. After potato Onion is the second most essential vegetable in our India. And also onions are very famous in all around the world. In India, the productivity of onion is about 13 lakh tons every month, and in the world, the onion productivity ratio is about 19.40 million. There are about 100 types of onion throughout the world and basically, India produces 9 types of major onion. Onion is very rich in vitamin C (12%)content and vitamin B-6( 5%)content and also rich in minerals like iron(1%) and calcium(2%). In the last 10 years, Maharashtra( 4905.0 thousand tons) is the biggest onion producing state in India. But in 2019 onion prices overlap at Rs 10 kg from Rs 100 kg as demand loss will take place. A huge amount of wastage of onion takes place every year due to bad Monsoon, transport system and the amount of wastage is nearly 25% of the total production. In 10 years a remarkable increase in the production of onion in India and also an increase in the area about 768,000 ha to 1064,000 ha. Onion production has been several benefits like it reduces our cholesterol level, fights against inflammation, decreases triglycerides and it contains a high amount of antioxidants. The impact of onion production on the Indian economy, an increase of onion productivity, price drop, Government policies related to onion production also have been focused on in this review.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Activity, Productivity and Profitability ratios on liquidity in Indonesian stock exchange companies. The independent variables used in this study are the ratio of activities, productivity ratios, and profitability ratios. Meanwhile, what is used as the dependent variable is the liquidity used based on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) company. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector, totaling 17 companies. The data used is from companies that publish complete financial statement data for the 2015-2019 period. Based on the calculation results obtained t-count -2.131 <-2.03951 and the significance level is 0.041 <0.05, it is concluded that H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant negative effect between the ratio of activity to liquidity. The productivity ratio is -0.508> -2.03951 while the significance level is 0.615> 0.05. So that the hypothesis H2 is rejected, which means that there is no influence between the productivity ratio to liquidity. Profitability ratio obtained t-value of 7.933> 2.03951 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so that the hypothesis H3 is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant effect on the ratio of profitability to the liquidity ratio and the results of data analysis obtained an f-count value of 24.014> 2.90 and a significance value. 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the activity, productivity and profitability ratios simultaneously have a significant effect on the liquidity ratio.

The study was conducted in East and South-eastern coastal plain zone of Odisha. Total factor productivity (TFP) in milk production and its determinants were estimated using cross-sectional data obtained from 120 sampled peri-urban dairy farms. The study revealed that TFP was highest for large farms (0.2801) and crossbred cows (0.1328) which meant increase in scale of production and adoption of crossbred cow would be helpful increasing productivity of dairy farms. Herd size and productivity ratio were found to be significantly affecting TFP. An increasing herd size by adopting a greater number of crossbred cows and a proper balanced nutrition would ultimately enhance the productivity of peri-urban dairy farms in Odisha.

CV.
