Assessing historical landscape change and its related land–use changes is necessary for understanding agricultural evolution processes and their ecological effects. In our study, the landscape patterns of paddy fields and dry farmland were studied using information obtained from remote-sensing data. Land-use changes related to cultivated land were analyzed based on transition probability index and trajectory computing method. Furthermore, the possible driving force and water resource effect of cultivated land changes were discussed. The results indicated that paddy field and dry farmland expanded by 56.99% and 10.92% in the West Songnen Plain, respectively, compared with their own area in 1990. Trajectory analyses showed that dry farmland was usually more stable than paddy field. Climate warming, wind speed reduction, population growth, technological development, as well as land use policies all drove cultivated land changes. The net water consumption of cultivated land showed an increased trend. To achieve the sustainable development of land-system, optimizing land-use structure as well as configuration between water and soil resources should be given more attention in the future.

The aim of this paper is to find the impact of pay & promotion, work load a teacher’s job satisfaction. This study was used SPSS and SMART-PLS to analyze a data using quantitative research method. The research to which have distributed the question among teachers, graduates and a different professional. This study is significant for universities, colleges and schools, academic and non-academic staffs. Because this study have helpful for the administration in institute to better understand needs and demands of their teachers and what will be the factors which could make them satisfied. This study have conducted in Multan, Khanewal, Vehari, Bahawalpur G.D khan and it is targeting to cover approximately 7721 population with the sample of 350 as defined by Sekaran (2012) that for 7000 to 8000 required samples sized is 372. This research also examines the influence of compensation and promotion upon job satisfaction at educational institution level. The reveals that pay and promotion not significant impact on job satisfaction of teacher. (Yee 2018) investigate in his study that pay and promotion are insignificant. Work load can also be significant association with job satisfaction of teachers. Raza et al (2015) investigate that work load significant impact on job satisfaction. The influence of these factors calls for the further research. There is also need to carry out a similar but comparative study in rural setting.

The aim of this research was to analyse the effect of job demand on burnout and to analyse the moderators (job resource and personal resource) effect on the relationship between job demand and burnout. This research used quantitative research method with 232 peoples sample respondents. Data analysis techniques were using multiple linear regression and MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis) to determine the effect of moderators. The results of this research are follows: 1) Job demand has a significant positive effect on burnout, and tested on every Job demand dimensions (Qualitative demand, quantitative demand, and organizational demand) positively affects burnout significantly. 2) Job resources become moderation predictor of job demand on burnout. Meanwhile, when tested on every dimension of job demand (Qualitative demand, quantitative demand, organizational demand), then can be concluded Job resource becomes moderation quasi in qualitative demand on burnout, and job resource becomes moderation predictor in quantitative demand on burnout, job resource becomes moderation predictor in organizational demand on burnout. 3) Personal resources become moderation predictor between job demand on burnout. Meanwhile, when tested on every dimension of job demand (Qualitative demand, quantitative demand, organizational demand), then showed Personal Resource becomes moderation quasi on qualitative demand on burnout, and Personal resource becomes moderation predictor in quantitative demand on burnout, Personal resource becomes moderation predictor in organizational demand on burnout.

What explains which groups are included in a party coalition in any given election cycle? Recent advances in political party theory suggest that policy demanders comprise parties, and that the composition of a party coalition varies from election to election. We theorize three conditions under which parties articulate an interest group’s preferred positions in its quadrennial platform: when groups are ideologically proximate to the party median, when groups display party loyalty, and when groups are flush with resources. Using computer-assisted content analysis on a unique and rich data source, we examine three cycles of testimony that 80 organized groups provided to the Democratic Party. The analysis compares group requests with the content of Democratic and Republican National Committee platforms in 1996, 2000, and 2004. Results show that parties reward loyal groups and those that are ideologically proximate to the party but offer no confirmation of a resource effect.

Building is one of the main branches participating in formation of a technosphere. On the one hand, buildings serve for life-support of people, on another — this branch and technologies reduce space and life time of biosphere. On the basis of MIPS-analysis the estimations of construction material resource effect are executed. Methodology allows to take into account the complete volume of resources withdrawn from the bowels of the earth for a production of construction materials.
