The COVID-19 pandemic began to enter Indonesia in early 2020, in this case the responsibilities and obligations of doctors are one of the concerns during the pandemic. The responsibility of medicine from a legal perspective is very diverse and implemented in various countries. In Indonesia, to realize the responsibilities, obligations and rights of the medical profession, it can be done through the fulfillment of a code of ethics that needs to be developed in various conditions. This study used a qualitative juridical research model with a review of legal texts and other supporting literature. It is hoped that this research can provide an overview of how the medical profession responds to the phenomenon of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia and the future prospects for professional development and a medical code of ethics.

The study is devoted to the current problem of modern psychological and pedagogical science and practice − the formation of professional responsibility of future teachers at the stage of training and the role of pedagogical disciplines in this process. The purpose of the article is to clarify the essence and approaches to the study of professional responsibility and identify ways to form it in future teachers at the stage of study in higher education. The article analyzes the state of development of the problem in the psychological and pedagogical literature; the essence of the concept of «responsibility», «professional responsibility of future teachers», approaches to their study, outlined ways and methods of forming professional responsibility in higher education. Educational and professional training programs for bachelors of pedagogical specialities, based on the analysis of scientific sources, and generalization of pedagogical experience, it has been determined that future teachers' professional responsibility formation involves: formation of their active professional and subjective position and responsible behaviour in teaching; cognitive competence in the field of pedagogical axiology and focus on self-development. Methods and forms of work that contribute to the formation of professional responsibility of future teachers in the integrated course «Pedagogy» have been characterized. Methods of acmeological influence on the personality of future teachers, their motivational sphere, value orientations and professional values, on the development of their subjectivity and professional-pedagogical position, are presented. It has been determined that the formation of professional responsibility is facilitated, in addition to the study of professional training, pedagogical practice, training practice, and the involvement of students in volunteering and various actions and projects. In the process of formation of professional responsibility of future teachers imprint the professional and pedagogical position of teachers, the value orientations of the student group, the whole system of attitudes of the subject to the future profession, which is purposefully formed. The prospects of further scientific research have been outlined, which consist in substantiation, development and implementation of the system of future teachers' formation professional responsibility through formal and informal education at the stage of professional training.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that qualitative changes in military professional activity necessitate high-quality professional training of future military specialists capable of manifesting professional responsibility in the context of constantly changing social and military practices. The purpose of the article is to present the results of a study demonstrating the psychological and pedagogical potential of the relationship between reflexivity and life-meaning orientations in the formation of professional responsibility in future military specialists. To obtain empirical data, the technique for determining the level of reflexivity by A.V.Karpova, a test of life-meaning orientations (in the adaptation of D.A.Leontiev), and also mathematical and statistical methods of data processing. In the course of the study, the interrelation of reflexivity and life-meaning orientations of future military specialists was revealed, which provides an assessment of the productivity of a lived segment of life, the degree of comprehension of prospects and direction of actions; developing the ability to control behavior in professional and life situations; awareness of freedom of choice in accordance with the goals set, understanding of responsibility for the successes and failures in their activities, due to its capabilities. The methodological support of the formation of professional responsibility of future military specialists on the basis of the relationship between reflexivity and life-meaning orientations has been determined, which includes: reflexive seminars aimed at the development of self-governing personality mechanisms; the use of situational tasks as a methodological technique that imitates a practically significant professional situation; the method of projects, which allows to apply in practice the intellectual resources of the student, to form teamwork skills and responsibility for the result in the conditions of educational and professional activities; organization of research activities, providing search and research activity in relation to non-standard professional tasks. The productivity of the influence of the interrelation of reflection and the peculiarities of life-meaning orientations on the formation of professional responsibility of future military specialists has been confirmed.

The study aims to identify the responsibility of the external auditor in examining and evaluating the dimensions of sustainability information from the perspective of the auditors who are working in Iraqi companies and auditing offices. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was created and distributed to a random sample of the study population consisting of auditors working in Iraqi companies and auditing offices. 83 questionnaires were retrieved, and all were valid for statistical analysis, which indicates100% of the sample study. The results of the study show that there is awareness among the external auditors in Iraq about their responsibility to examine and evaluate information related to dimensions of economic, environmental and social and the governance rules for sustainability and their application of the standards on the global reporting initiative (GRI). Besides, the presence of high trend among the auditors causing them to be accountable to the society who are the stakeholders, causing problems that can hinder the performance of the auditors in fulfilling their professional responsibility. This study will highlight several pieces of evidence from the works of literature as references of information to the external auditor and the corporate sustainability in Iraq to the future empirical and theoretical researcher.
