Systems engineering (SE) and SE management is the objective of all SE efforts, which defines the transformation of specific customer needs into a system product, service, or enterprise systems. Enterprise systems of systems engineering apply systems engineering fundamentals to the design of an enterprise. It is created by knowledge, principles, and processes tailored to the design of enterprise systems. Enterprise is a complex, socio-technical system that includes interdependent resources of people, information, and technology to reach a common goal. Enterprise systems is complex that a system configuration can be controlled among the different stakeholders. There are four different steps in enterprise systems process; it includes technology planning (TP), capabilities-based engineering analysis (CBEA), enterprise architecture, and enterprise analysis and assessment. This is the main reason that the enterprise work is developed and established at HAVELSAN Inc., Information and Security Technology Division. SE and technical processes for enterprise projects require establishing a systematic taxonomy and SE process customization. This chapter presents the work done on SE for enterprise projects at HAVELSAN. The chapter presents the results of the study of similarities and differences of the various applications of systems engineering of product systems oriented against enterprise systems.

Introduction. In today's rapidly changing external environment, a stable profitability and a high level of competitiveness of national enterprises' products is only possible if an effective logistics cost management mechanism is formed, which ensures the optimal value of these costs in production conditions. Researched scientific and practical issues of competitiveness, as well as logistics, A.A. Mazaraki, І.М. Semenenko, Р.А. Fatkhutdinov, I.N. Gerchickova, B.А. Anikin, J. Schumpeter, D.J. Bauersox, D.J. Christopher, M.R. Linders, D. Waters, J.B. Haywood, et.al. The purpose of the paper is to reveal the importance of logistics in improving the competitiveness of the enterprise, analysis of its logistics potential, development of recommendations for the use of logistics tools in the practice of the enterprise. Results. This concept forms the basis of an enterprise's economic strategy: the logistics process is used as a tool in the competition. In today's environment, one of the main problems of domestic enterprises is the lack of logistics strategies designed for integrated supply chain management in order to optimise their resources. Unfortunately, there remains a lack of capacity to implement logistics approaches in their operations and to develop a logistics strategy in line with their own logistics potential. The importance of strategic planning in logistics is due to the possibility of developing strategic development programmes for companies, aimed at the optimal organisation of flow processes and increasing their competitiveness. Introduction of logistic approaches into the practice of PJSC “Odeskabel” and development of logistic strategy according to the own logistic potential can significantly reduce expenses of the enterprise and increase its competitiveness. Conclusion. The importance of strategic planning in logistics is due to the possibility of developing strategic development programmes for companies, aimed at the optimal organisation of flow processes and increasing their competitiveness. Introduction of logistic approaches into the practice of PJSC “Odeskabel” and development of logistic strategy according to the own logistic potential can significantly reduce expenses of the enterprise and increase its competitiveness. The results of the authors' researches and achievements of the leading scientists have allowed recommending a number of directions of reducing the logistic costs of PJSC “Odeskabel” in order to increase its competitiveness.

The article highlights the issues of effective and efficient management of social communications at the enterprise. Analysis of the literature has shown that there is no single approach to determining the essence of social communications of an enterprise. The authors studied the essence and place of social communications in the enterprise; examined in detail their types, advantages and disadvantages. This made it possible to develop a model for managing organisational social communications. The authors also graphically presented main obstacles to effective communications and developed a matrix for the distribution of responsibilities and powers of management staff involved in the process of providing (forming, maintaining or improving) social communications of the enterprise.

The purpose of the paper is to analyse theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of strategic development as a factor in ensuring the economic stability of a modern market enterprise. Methodology. The study has been carried out based on studying the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of strategic planning as a basis for strategic development of the enterprise; types of strategies for the development of a modern market enterprise; analysis of strategic development in the context of economic stability of the enterprise. Results of the research. In the course of research, it has been established that strategic development of the enterprise is impossible without premature drawing up of systematic process of strategic planning of the enterprise. Each individual component of economic stability of the enterprise has been characterized by its options for the use of development strategies. Practical implications. The practical significance lies in obtaining a synergistic effect due to a combination of several development strategies that will help to obtain the desired positive result. Conclusions. Strategic development should be aimed at ensuring the ability of the enterprise to achieve strategic development goals and economic sustainability in particular.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to substantiate the constituent elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of mobilization of the resource potential of the enterprise. Methodology of research. The following methods are used in the article, namely: monographic – to study the works and substantiate own interpretation of the concept of organizational and economic mechanism of mobilization of resource potential of the enterprise; systematization and generalization – selection of components of the organizational and economic mechanism of mobilization of resource potential of the enterprise; analysis and modelling – development of a model of organizational and economic mechanism for mobilizing the resource potential of the enterprise. Findings. The author's interpretation of the concept “organizational and economic mechanism of mobilization of resource potential of the enterprise” is presented. The model of the organizational and economic mechanism of mobilization of resource potential of the enterprise is developed and the constituent elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of mobilization of resource potential of the enterprise are substantiated. It is proved that the construction of organizational and economic mechanism of mobilization of resource potential of the enterprise should combine a significant set of elements, the quality of formation and application of which depends on the effectiveness of measures to mobilize various elements of resource potential, which, of course, should affect the efficiency of the enterprise, especially in economic and financial crises. Originality. A conceptual model of the organizational and economic mechanism to ensure the mobilization of the resource potential of the trade enterprise, which includes the purpose and objectives, principles, subjects and objects of mobilization; support subsystems, functional, target; methods, ways and tools of resource potential mobilization. Practical value. The obtained results can be used in the activities of trade enterprises during the formation of the system of mobilization of resource potential to increase the efficiency of its use.
