Penilaian Autentik pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 4 Pematangsiantar

Assessments are often unable to assess what is really meant to be graded, even it seems that it is just giving a score. In fact, a real assessment is needed according to the results shown by students. This study aims to analyze the planning and implementation of authentic assessments as well as the obstacles faced in Islamic religious learning at SMP Negeri 4 Pematangsiantar. The study used a qualitative descriptive study, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the planning of authentic assessment is done by first compiling an instrument based on the learning objectives that have been set, but in this case the teacher only modifies the instrument that has been approved by the curriculum development team of the city education office. Implementation is carried out by applying performance learning such as fardhu kifyah practice, ability tests in the form of non-tests, or observation sheets. Some of the obstacles faced by the large number of students who want to be assessed, personal value bias, difficulty in scoring management. The point is that authentic assessment is in accordance with the characteristics of Islamic education learning which does require performance-based or practice-based assessments.

Pemikiran Pendidikan Islam Ibn Miskawaih (Studi tentang Konsep Akhlak dan Korelasinya dengan Sistem Pendidikan)

The current education is far from expectations, it can be seen from the failure of Islamic educational institutions in producing a generation with good morals. Actually there are many concepts presented by previous figures, including Ibn Miskwaih. On this basis, this study aims to analyze Ibn Miskawaih's thoughts on moral education and the education system. The research method used is library research. The primary data used is the book of Tahdzib al-Akhlak. secondary data obtained from other books, and articles sourced from journals and research results. The results of the study explain that humans consist of physical and spiritual and have the potential or basic abilities that are tabi'i, but they can change due to influences from within and outside of humans, namely through education. Ibn Miskawaih hints that the purpose of education is the formation of a noble personality, which he calls isabah al-khuluq al-syrif, namely a substantially and essential noble person, not a temporal and accidental glory such as a materialistic and autocratic person. While the educational methods and tools that can be used according to Ibn Miskawaih are natural methods (tabi'i), advice and guidance, threats of rebuke, blows and punishments, flattery and praise, and educating based on educational principles.

Tahfiz Qur’an dengan Metode Tasmi’ dan Sambung Ayat (Strategi Pengorganisasian, Penyajian, dan Pengelolaanya di Pondok Pesantren Al-Lathifiyyah Palembang)

This study aims to analyze the strategy of organizing, presenting, and managing the tasmi' method and connecting verses in memorizing the Qur'an at the Al-Lathifiyyah Islamic Boarding School. This research uses qualitative research methods based on descriptive studies. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used steps of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Data verification is done by using triangulation technique which compares data from three instruments and three different data sources. The results showed that the organization of this method was carried out by organizing the curriculum and memorization material starting from juz 1, where tasmi' was carried out in half juz to one juz instead of persurat. Organizing is carried out starting from planning, determining success indicators, objectives, materials, media, implementation steps and assessments. While the management is carried out in several stages, namely the acceptance of new students, the tahsin stage, the bin-nazhar stage, the tahfizh stage, the talaqqi stage, the Takrir stage, the tasmi stage, and the verse continuation stage.

Strategi Membangun Karakter Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar (Telaah Kritis Buku “Alhamdulillah Anakku Nakal” Karya Miftahul Jinan dan Choirus Syafruddin)

A naughty child is a test from God who has to be lived with the right solution. So, parents should be grateful if they haave a naughty child. This research aims to determine the strategy to build the child character of elementary school in the book "Alhamdulillah Anakku Nakal" by Miftahul Jinan and Choirus Syafruddin. This research type is library research and the method used in data collection is the documentation. The results of this research explained that to create a good success in character education of children in a family, in addition to how to educate or proper parenting, as parents need a strategy in building the child character of elementary school. The strategies used include: (1) creating an atmosphere filled with comfort and affection, (2) inviting children to feel what others feel, (3) reminding the importance of affection between family members, (4) using habituation methods, and (5) making them accustomed to good behavior. The contributions of contemporary education in this book include: (1) building a mindset whose paradigm is about bad attitudes from children to be good, 2) parents become more relaxed, wise, and calmer seeing children's behavior that is not in accordance with their wishes, and (3) parental remorse due to wrong actions.

Eksistensi Komisi Yudisial dalam Pengawasan Hakim (Tinjauan Yuridis terhadap Undang-Undang No. 18 tahun 2011)

This study aims to analyze the existence of the judicial commission on the supervision of judges in Law no. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using a literature study approach. The main data source used is Law no. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission and the Law on Amendments to Law Number 22 of 2004 concerning the Judicial Commission. Data analysis is carried out by comparing the existence of the judicial commission from the two legal sources, and then drawing conclusions about the existence of the judicial commission, and its function of supervising judges. The results of the study indicate that the change to Law No. 22 of 2004 is the answer to the ambiguity of the duties, authorities and functions of the Judicial Commission, because it is not clear enough what is meant by "other powers in order to maintain and uphold honor, dignity, and behavior". judge." The problem becomes clearer, if the other authority is interpreted as supervision, because in the laws and regulations there are other institutions (besides the Judicial Commission) which are given the authority to carry out supervision. It is also in the context of maintaining and upholding the honor, nobility of dignity, and the behavior of judges is supervision.

Penggunaan Kosmetik Berbahaya dalam Persfektif Hukum Islam

The rampant circulation of dangerous cosmetics is something that needs to be watched out for, because in addition to violating the law, its existence can also endanger its users. Cosmetics that basically function as self-decoration turn into self-destructors. On that basis, this study aims to analyze the law on the use of harmful cosmetics in the perspective of Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative research method based on library research. The main data sources are the Qur'an and Hadith, and the supporting data sources are the thoughts of the four imams of the schools (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali) and fatwa the Indonesian Ulama Council. The results of the study indicate that the use of harmful cosmetics is forbidden in Islam, this is in accordance with the word of Allah in the Qur'an Surah al-Ahzab verse 33. All the Imams of the Schools state that the factors of the prohibition of cosmetics are seen from three things, namely the ingredients of manufacture, the method of making them, and the impact it has. If one of the three things is haram, then the cosmetic is not allowed to be used. In addition, in terms of use, Muslims should use cosmetics that have been registered with the Food and Drug Inspection Agency, and also have a halal label issued by the Indonesian Ulama Council.

Ideologi dan Spirit Sistem Pendidikan Tinggi Islam Indonesia Era Industri 4.0 dan Relevansinya dengan Pencegahan Radikalisme

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep ideologi dan spirit model sistem pendidikan tinggi Islam di Indonesia pada Era Industri 4.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah library research dengan sumber data utama Undang-undang No. 12 tahun 2012 tentang Pendidika Tinggi, dan sumber data pendukung literatur yang bersumber dari jurnal, dan buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan sistem pendidikan tinggi Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) konsep Ideologi dan Spirit Model Sistem Pendidikan Tinggi Islam Indonesia Era Industri 4.0 telah sesuai dengan amanah Undang-undang 1945 yakni mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional, dimana perguruan tinggi Islam swata bertugas mengembangkan kemampuan serta mampu membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka memenuhi apa yang termaktub dalam undang-undang yakni mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. 2) setiap perguruan tinggi Islam harus mampu menciptakan sumber daya yang unggul, handal, kreatif dan inovatif serta religius dalam rangka mengembangkan pendidikan Islam sebagai peradaban yang unggul. 3) Bentuk upaya yang dilakukan guna memberantas radikalisme yang bertebaran di lingkungan perguruan tinggi Islam swasta di era industri 4.0 dapat dilakukan melalui penguatan kembali konsep Ideologi dan Spirit Model Sistem Pendidikan Tinggi Islam di Indonesia.

Metode Storytelling dalam Membina Perilaku Religius Siswa Sekolah Dasar YP Indra Palembang

This study aims to analyze the application of the storytelling method in fostering students' religious behavior and the factors supporting and inhibiting the application of storytelling in fostering students' religious behavior. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants in this case are teachers of Islamic Religious Education and students of SD YP Indra Palembang. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the application of the storytelling method embodied in Islamic stories such as the stories of the Prophets and Apostles, friends, scholars, and pious people both sourced from the Qur'an, Hadith, or the books of the scholars. Its implementation is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The application of the method as well as in the context of inculcating the values ​​of faith, worship, morals, psychology. The inhibiting factor is the lack of learning media, lack of teaching skills. The supporting factor is the existence of school policies to make the presentation of subject matter easier and more enjoyable.

Manajemen Finansial Pendidikan di Indonesia (Diskursus Sistem Perpajakan pada Institusi Pendidikan)

This study aims to analyze the Education Financing System in Indonesia and its relation to the tax system. The research method used in this research is qualitative by using a library research approach (library research). Data sources consist of two namely primary and secondary. Primary data sources are several government legal regulations related to financing and the tax system in Indonesia, including law number 28 of 2007 concerning general provisions and tax procedures. Law number 36 of 2008 concerning income tax, the decision of the Director General of Taxes No. KEP-87/PJ./1995, PP. RI No.144 of 2000 concerning Types of Goods and Services that are not subject to Value Added Tax and. While secondary sources are other references in the form of books, journals, and proceedings related to the research topic. Data analysis uses content analysis, which is an analysis related to the content of the literature being researched. The results of the study indicate that one of the sources of education financing in Indonesia is tax. The use of these taxes is indeed in accordance with the legality of the government that aims for the prosperity of the people as much as possible, including in this case education services. In relation to taxpayers, not all aspects of education are subject to taxpayers, this is because educational institutions are not included in profit institutions. This treatment certainly aims to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Layanan Pelaksanaan Akad Nikah di Kantor Urusan Agama Medan Marelan (Studi Efektivitas dan Hambatannya pada masa Pandemi Covid-19)

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and barriers to service implementation of the marriage contract during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Medan Marelan Religious Affairs Office. This study uses qualitative research methods, with a descriptive study approach. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis uses data reduction, data verification and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation and member check. The results showed that wedding services during the Covid-19 pandemic underwent significant changes and of course with government regulations there were obstacles in terms of service. Regarding administrative services, correspondence, such as requests, issuing letters, the public can do this by implementing health protocols. As for the implementation of marriages, the Office of Religious Affairs issued a circular regarding marriages that cannot be done with a large crowd, in the sense that only a few people will attend the wedding. The inhibiting factors for the effectiveness of these services include the lack of online service facilities, and the difficulty of accessing public information related to the policies of the office of religious affairs.
