On December 26, 2004 and March 28, 2005, Aceh experienced an earthquake phenomenon. These two earthquake phenomena caused damage to the Aceh region, including the Aceh Singkil area in Kampung Teluk Ambun. As a result, Teluk Ambun Village, which is in daerah aliran sungai (DAS), had to be moved. Currently Teluk Ambun Village is located in transmigrasi daerah aliran sungai (Trandas) which is in the plantation area. As for the problem in this research is how the socio-economic changes in fishing communities after the occurrence of regional transmigration. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. To obtain the data used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are socio-economic changes in fishing communities after regional transmigration, namely changes in fishermen's income, then some fishermen make a shift in their main livelihood, namely as oil palm farmers. In addition, there is a change in the mindset of the fishing community about the importance of education and knowledge, fishermen are paying attention to the education of their children so they can get a good job.

This article attempts to explain to readers how to describe the traditions, culture and empowerment of coastal communities on the island of Sabang. As is well known, Sabang is the main mouthpiece of Aceh's tourist destinations which are often introduced to all countries around the world. Sabang Island is no less attractive than the island of the gods Bali, but somehow Sabang is not as popular as Bali. In fact, Indonesia's initial barometer starts from Sabang, marked by the Zero Kilometer Monument of Indonesia which is located at the end of the island of Sabang. If you claim to be an explorer throughout Indonesia, then it is not worth mentioning that you have traveled throughout Indonesia if you have not set foot in Sabang, especially if you have not arrived at the Zero Kilometer Monument. A portrait of the welfare of the Sabang coastal community is also described in this article. People on Sabang Island have various traditions and cultures that are not necessarily shared by other coastal communities, such as the short market tradition and the culture of napping, subjects who have the authority to trade in the Sabang market have a tradition of opening shops or starting buying and selling activities starting from after dawn (dark morning) until noon (12:00) continue after Asr (16:00) until evening (22:00), meaning from 12:00 to 16:00 all trading activities in the market Sabang is not active. The final conclusion in this article explains that it is time and should the coastal communities be empowered both from the economic, educational, social and cultural sides. When there is a prosperous society, the leader in the area is also categorized as a leader who has the potential to prosper the people. All people in Indonesia certainly want the “welfare” cake, but to make it happen it is very much influenced at the local level, this is what is often forgotten by each individual in general, without realizing small things can actually have a big impact on the social welfare of our society. nowadays. The achievement of the basic needs of the people is a portrait of prosperity and prosperity, because no matter how high the positions of government officials are, they are still serving the people, in fact the people are the real bosses.

Terjadinya konflik dan tsunami Aceh, selain menimbulkan keterpurukan dalam bidang sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya masyarakat, juga menimbulkan masalah sosial lain yaitu anak terlantar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk penanggulangan anak terlantar, serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penanggulangan anak terlantar di Kecamatan Panga Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakanTeknik Siklus Kesamaan Data. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa, bentuk penanggulangan anak terlantar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial di Kecamatan Panga Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, dilakukan dengan memfasilitasi berbagai keperluan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan anak terlantar, baik yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah setempat, maupun oleh Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam penanggulangan anak terlantar di Kecamatan Panga Kabupaten Aceh Jaya adalah, adanya Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat yang menampung anak-anak terlantar untuk dibina secara formal dan informal. Sedangkan faktor penghambat kurang berkembangnya Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat dalam menanggulangi anak terlantar di Kecamatan Panga Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, dikarenakan minimnya bantuan yang didapatkan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat untuk operasional dan biaya asuh. Saran-saran hasil penelitian ini, kepada dinas terkait diharapkan dapat memberikan modal usaha kepada anak terlantar sebagai tindak lanjut pasca pendidikan di yayasan. Dan bagi Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat, diharapkan dapat menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak lain, guna mendapatkan pendanaan yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengembangan yayasan dan pengadaan fasilitas yang lebih memadai bagi anak-anak terlantar yang ada di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat.

The existence of COVID-19 has attracted the attention of the public, even at the beginning of its appearance, this disease was frightening. However, when there are calls to work at home, worship at home, and various policies that are considered detrimental to the community, and exacerbated by hoax news, slowly there is rejection and even distrust of the existence of COVID-19. So this research was carried out to see how students' knowledge about covid-19 and their belief in the ability of the state through the government both at the center and the regions. Students were chosen as research objects, apart from the fact that some students did not carry out health protocols on campus, also because students were seen as agents of change so that good knowledge of students would bring good knowledge to the community. The results showed that students had good knowledge and were in tune with the information provided by the government. Regarding some students not wearing masks, it was more because they were not in a crowd. Students believe that the state through the government can handle this covid-19 well, although students also see that there are some unsatisfactory things such as the ban on going home, Chinese foreign workers are instead allowed to come. Even though these foreign workers continue to carry out strict screening, they are ensured that they are in safe conditions for the community. The non-applicability of the lockdown is also considered a weakness in handling, even though the government has explained the economic growth that must be fought for.

Indonesia adheres to a democratic system of government. Each citizen, on the basis of the choice of ordinary people, chooses free political participation and then changes their direction as a sympathizer. Today, the excitement of political participation in Indonesian society to spread on Aceh has been somewhat hurt because some people have changed the political climate to be bad. This is reflected in the previous political participation side by side to deliver rhetoric to reap the voice of the people, but it has become a competition for each other. The purpose of this study is to find out what types of political participation occurred in constituents in Banda Aceh and West Aceh and who are the actors or groups that weaken or strengthen political participation in the constituents. The research method used is a qualitative approach with informants consisting of key informants, subject informants and non-subject informants. The results showed that the types of political participation in the constituents of Banda Aceh and West Aceh were very different and that sympathizers and political actors continued to strengthen and weaken the constituents. It is expected that this research will be a comparative study of the dynamics of policy in the Aceh region.

Asabiyah merupakan kecenderungan solidaritas dalam kelompok, acap digunakan untuk menilai stabilitas dan kohesivitas kelompok sosial tertentu. Peran asabiyah sangat menentukan lahir dan runtuhnya sebuah bangsa, negara dan peradaban. Tulisan ini mengunakan pendekatan sosio-historis, bertujuan untuk menganalisa konsep asabiyah Ibnu Khaldun dan bagaimana konsep ini terkait dengan solidaritas berdasarkan agama. Solidaritas agama, misalnya, telah mendorong usaha menyatukan negara Islam seperti gerakan Pan-Islamisme, Persatuan Arab dan Persatuan Muslim. Data untuk tulisan ini dikumpulan melalui pendekatan analisa dokumen (document analysis). Tulisan ini mendapati bahwa antara asabiyah dan solidaritas agama memiliki hubungan yang mutually-inclusive. Bahwa, asabiyah memiliki peran penting dalam kemunculan awal sebuah negara dan peradaban. Sedangkan solidaritas agama diperlukan sebagai identitas dan kesadaran yang menyatukan perbedaan identitas budaya dan etnis (asabiyah) dalam sebuah negara dan aliansi. Pada tahapan awal lahirnya sebuah negara asabiyah sangat diperlukan sebagai pemantik semangat juang dan keberanian. Sementara solidaritas agama bisa menekan etnosentrisme dan menghilangkan persaingan, kecurigaan dan kecemburan di antara entitas etnis yang berbeda. Ringkasnya, identitas budaya dan etnis (asabiyah) dan solidaritas agama saling membutuhkan dan menguatkan terutama  untuk mencapai pembangunan dan kemajuan. Jika ikatan asabiyah menguat tanpa ikatan solidaritas agama akan memicu kemunduran dan keruntuhan bagi sebuah negara dan peradaban.
