Result: the findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between extraversion personality trait and teacher effectiveness(r=0.28; p<0.05), especially with dimension knowledge of subject matter of teacher effectiveness(r=0.29; p<0.05) and teacher character dimension(r=0.34; p<0.01) as well as agreeableness personality trait and interpersonal relationship dimension (r=0.27; p<0.05), whereas it was found that there was no significant relationship between teacher effectiveness and personality traits of openness to experience(r=0.05), neuroticism(r=-0.22) and conscientiousness(r=0.18). Experienced teachers are significantly higher in teacher effectiveness than less experienced teachers (F=3.66; p<0.05).

In the present study, an attempt has been made to understand the relationship between teacher effectiveness and temperament. Descriptive survey method of research was used for this study. The sample consisted of 427 secondary school teachers, which were randomly selected. Teacher Effectiveness and Gender constituted the independent classificatory variables while Temperament was criterion variable. Teacher Effectiveness Scale (TES) prepared by Kumar and Mutha (1974) and Dimensions of Temperament Scale (DTS) by Chadha and Chandana (1984) were used to collect data from the teachers. For testing the hypotheses, two-way-analysis of variance technique was employed. The analysis revealed that most effective teachers were found to be higher on three traits of temperament i.e. 'Ascendant', 'Accepting' and 'Tolerance' than least effective teachers. Gender differences were found on two temperaments viz. 'Cooperative' and 'Warmth'.

Employee turnover has become a key performance indicator for many organizations as they struggle to retain talented employees. The negative impact of turnover on organizational performance has continually forced organizational leaders to seek better ways of retaining valuable employees. The relationship between man and work has always attracted the attention of philosophers. A major part of men’s life is spent at work. Work is social reality and social expectation to which men seem to conform. It not only provides status to the individual but also binds him to the society. An employee who is satisfied with his job would perform his duties well and be committed to his job, and subsequently to his organization. This paper examines relationship among job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employees’ turnover intentions at Unilever Corporation in Nigeria. The data for this study was collected from 117 employees currently working at Unilever Nigeria PLC using the survey method via the questionnaire. Pearson Correlation and the multiple regression analysis techniques using the SPSS version 22.0 was used for the data analysis. The findings of the study revealed that both job satisfaction and organizational commitment have significant negative relationship with employee turnover intentions. In addition, organizational commitment was revealed to have a more dorminant influence on employee turnover intentions than job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications, recommendations, practice, and theory were discussed.

The method used in this research was practical in terms of objectives and correlational-descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population consisted of 160 individuals including all the second grade high school teachers in Saveh city. In this regard, 113 individuals (65 males and 4 females) were considered as a sample size using the Cochran formula and the Stratified random sampling method. (2008), knowledge management of Fong &amp; Choi (2009), and organizational culture of Denison (2000) were employed.  In order to assess the reliability of the questionnaires, the Cronbach’s alpha method was used and the related coefficients were 0.84, 0.82, and 0.94 respectively for each of the questionnaires. Moreover, in order to assess the validity, the content validity was used, and the questionnaires were confirmed by the relevant experts. The analysis of the obtained data was performed through SPSS software in the two sections of descriptive and inferential (Pearson correlation and multivariable regression). The research findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between team learning and organizational culture, and knowledge management.  The findings also demonstrated that the variables of team learning and organizational culture can predict the variable of knowledge management.</p>
